A very functional studio located just 1 minute from the beach and close to the resort’s shops—no need for a car.
Well-designed, it can accommodate 4 adults thanks to its mezzanine and high ceilings. Tastefully decorated, it has been completely renovated in a cosy, cocooning style with a trendy seaside vibe.
Located on the ground floor, it features a balcony and outdoor furniture, allowing you to enjoy the resort’s main square—just close enough, but not so close that you’re bothered by the noise.
The seaside resort of Quend Plage is nestled in the heart of nature, surrounded by a pine forest, not far from the Marquenterre Nature Reserve, between the Baie de Somme and the Baie d’Authie. It features an 18-hole golf course, sailing and sand yachting clubs, and bike paths connecting to nearby resorts. Beautiful walks await nature lovers.
A private storage room is available for kitesurfing gear.

L'appartement était tel que décrit dans l'annonce, facile d'accès et très proche de la mer et des commerces, sans avoir le bruit de l'agitation. Proche aussi d'un sentier de randonnée, parfait pour les balades avec mon chien .Nous avons pu nous arranger parfaitement pour l'arrivée, tout c'est très bien déroulé pour mon weekend.

Bien situé,au cœur de Quend proche sentier pour ballade.Par contre Logement avec manque de propreté (poussières,taches,odeur.)rideaux usés,je regrette également le manque de placards dans la pièce principale et la sdb.nos affaires sont restées dans la valise.Je ne conseille pas ce logement sauf si vous n’êtes pas regardant sur l’hygiène

L'endroit et les environs étaient très biens, nous recommandons. La propreté de l'établissement laissait par contre un peu à désirer et la bouilloire électrique était défectueuse (les plombs sautaient à chaque utilisation).

Désolé Chantal que cette première avec Abritel vous ait moyennement plu. En effet le linge de lit et toilette est à prévoir par le locataire, idem pour le ménage de sortie (option possible), c'est précisé dans l'annonce. Il est également précisé que les animaux sont acceptés mais qu'il faut toutefois demander au préalable son accord au propriétaire, chose que vous n'avez pas fait. Un petit conseil pour vos prochaines réservations, prenez plus de temps pour bien lire les annonces avant de réserver, celà vous évitera les déceptions. Cordialement. Raphaël
