This charming, recently renovated house features a modern and open design, fully equipped and tastefully furnished for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The house is laid out on one floor and offers a cozy living room with a fireplace, adjacent to a spacious, modern kitchen-office.

There are three bedrooms: two with twin beds and one with a double bed. All share a full bathroom with a shower cabin.

Outside, you’ll find a lovely pool surrounded by a small garden and several terraces, as well as a porch-terrace and an additional bathroom with a shower.

The house is equipped with air conditioning in the living room (extra cost).

The property itself has a lot of potential, with plenty of space and a private pool. The location is very convenient. However, I see some disadvantages: There is only one bathroom upstairs for the three bedrooms, and another one downstairs where using the shower can be tricky due to a faulty water control valve. The air conditioning is only installed in the living room and doesn’t reach the bedrooms, making warm evenings uncomfortable. The storage area is cluttered with random items, including some flat balls, and the hairdryer looked worn out and unsafe to use at first. Better organization is needed. In the kitchen, there are three coffee makers, but one is broken and should be removed. The ironing board was worn out and dirty, and really needs replacing. The front door doesn’t close properly on its own and tends to swing open unless locked with a key, which is inconvenient when carrying food in and out and causes the air conditioning to escape. Guests have to take out their own trash to dumpsters about a 10-15 minute walk away in the town center, which is inconvenient, especially without a car. Recycling bins on the property would be much better. Some areas, like the rusted frames by the pool, could use refreshing. Overall, the house is fine and we managed to enjoy our stay, especially outdoors, but we feel that it could offer a slightly higher standard.

Super schöne Finca, ruhige Lage, perfekt zum entspannen, privater Pool, Grill vorhanden, viele Pool-Liegen, Handtücher... Alles super. Matratzen (jede Feder gemerkt) und Bad (sehr veraltete Dusche) waren nicht so gut. Wird aber laut Vermieterin im kommenden Jahr erneuert. Insgesamt top 👍🏻

Reibungslose Abwicklung. Tolle Betreuung durch Villas Planet. Lediglich Dusche im Garten war von Anfang an defekt und wurde auch während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht repariert.

Kommen gern wieder

Idyllisch gelegenes Haus Viel Platz, haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Das Einzige, was gefehlt hat war eine Klimaanlage.

Großes Haus und riesiges Anwesen in ruhiger Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Gegebenenfalls wäre ein Mietwagen für größere Einkäufe oder Tagesausflüge dennoch sinnvoll. Der Pool ist ein absolutes Highlight der Unterkunft. Luftmatratzen und Wasserbälle waren ebenfalls vorhanden und der Pool wurde regelmäßig früh morgens gesäubert. Sehr praktisch war das zweite Bad im Außenbereich. Leider konnte man beide Badezimmer nicht abschließen. Die Küche hätte besser ausgestattet sein können. Alles in allem hatten wir dort aber einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, gerne wieder!

Hallo, die Finca war schön und gut gelegen. Auch war das PReis-Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung. Kleines Verbesserungspotential wäre, wenn ein Bestecksortiment für 6 Personen, mehr als nur 2 Weingläser vorhanden wären. Die Kaffeemaschine brüht sehr sehr langsam, so dass wir mit dem Wasserkocher das heiße Wasser über den Kaffee gebrüht haben. Auch hat der Backofen bei uns nicht funktioniert. Ansonsten war alles zweckmäßig. Grüße

Wir waren mit 3 Personen Gäste für eine Woche. Die finca liegt sehr ruhig gelegen, aber dennoch zentral. Auf den Nachbargrundstück gibt es Hähne, die können schon mal lauter werden, unbedingt Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen. Der Strand, die City und Supermärkte sind sehr leicht von hier zu erreichen. Ich empfehle den Lidl für eure Einkäufe, der ist weiter weg als der Aldi, jedoch größere Auswahl und günstiger, es lohnt sich. Zur Ankunft: nicht erschrecken, das Tor ist geschlossen, es ist ein schiebetor und muss seitlich aufgeschoben werden. Wir waren anfangs etwas verwirrt, da ein Schloss mit Schlüsselloch vorhanden ist. Bitte das Schloss ignorieren und das Tor einfach aufschieben. Check-in mit Schlüsselbox sehr einfach. Ausstattung wie beschrieben. Der Pool ist super und auch die relaxmöglichkeiten, das Gelände ist riesig, es befinden sich Dattelpalmen, Olivenbäume und feigenkaktus auf dem Gelände. Potenzial für mehr wäre da, aber in allem sehr schön. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter top und unk

Wir waren eine kleine Mädelstruppe von 5 Personen und haben die Zeit in der Finca sehr genossen!Die Lage ist sehr ruhig aber trotzdem nicht zu abgelegen. Wenn man Unternehmungen machen möchte, ist man mit dem Auto sehr flexibel! Mit dem Auto waren es 5 Minuten zum nächsten großen Supermarkt und 10 Min. nach Cala D'or, 15 Min nach Arta. Der nächste Strand wäre auch fußläufig erreichbar gewesen :)Das Grundstück ist riesig und die der Außenbereich sehr schön gestaltet! Die Veranda war zum frühstücken ideal und die und wir haben auch Gebrauch vom Grill gemacht! MEGA! Neben dem Pool gab es noch eine weitere Sitzecke unten wo man in der Mittagssonne sich gut zurück ziehen konnte :) Es gab ausreichend Liegen für den Pool. Es gab sogar noch eine 2. Dusche und Wc im Außenbereich! Der Besitzer ist in der Woche zwei mal morgens früh vorbei gekommen und hat den Pool gesäubert :) Rundum eine super schöne Woche gehabt. Ich würde die Finca wieder buchen!

Herzliche Eigentümer die wir gerne empfehlen möchten!!!

Ein schönes Haus und nur 10 Minuten zum Strand! Der Pool in seinem Farbspiel ist wirklich schön:) Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend um zu kochen, putzen oder einen schönen Grillabend zu verbringen. Die Zimmer haben eine perfekte Größe und auch der Wohnraum ist optimal! Es gab null Probleme bei Absprachen/Termine (Wechsel Bettwäsche/ Handtücher/ Poolreinigung) mit Sebastia und Isabella:) Natürlich muss man in Spanien (Gerade außerhalb) auch mit Moskitos und den üblichen Verdächtigen Tierchen rechnen aber wer schon in diesem Land war, kennt es auch. Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 2 Pärchen und 2 Singles dort und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Danke für die Betreuung und wir kommen wieder :):):)
