260m2 luxury villa facing south with swimming pool, jacuzzi and petanque, 2 minutes from the beaches and golf Beauvallon.

Large Terrace with BBQ and garden. Very bright interior with individual air conditioning, 3 bedrooms and 2 parental suites, each with bathroom and toilet. Garage and large parking space. New villa, complete and new equipment for 10 people.

Villa very nice and very sunny, in a private domain quiet and not overlooked with park located between St Tropez and Ste Maxime, walk to the beaches (underground access) and golf Beauvallon, bike paths, water sports.

The villa is spacious, well decorated and very well equipped. We were a family group and adults and children all loved staying here. The swimming pool was excellent, well maintained every week, as was the garden. The whirlpool tub was an added bonus, much enjoyed. The beds were comfortable and the aircon worked well. The 2 upstairs bedrooms have beautiful views with glimpses of St Tropez in the distance. The grounds have shady trees and a petanque court. In the garage there were bikes which we also made use of and a tumble drier. The beach, with a nice cafe, is less than 10 mins walk. The owner responded quickly to our questions and was friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. We thoroughly recommend this villa.
