Great location. Quiet except squeaky floors. One day, when the unit above was occupied, we woke up ever time they moved, again due to squeaky floor. It was for one day from our 2 week stay, so can’t complain.

Great trip to Porto!

Maria’s place is in a great location, close to many restaurants. She easily communicated the check-in process and also checked in with us after a day to see if we needed anything. The apartment is walking distance (wear good walking shoes!) to many of the top places to see. Overall, we enjoyed staying here!

Its hard to review this specific property because we were given a different property that had other features. However, because of the weather and our planned activities, we were looking for updated flat that was shown in the pictures and not an unapproved change. The flat we stayed in didnt have the openness that is shown in this listing so the rating is based on the flat we were given.

Great location with everything within walking distance

The property was just as advertised. There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The area is very lively and we had a wonderful time just walking around. The apartment was well distributed and had plenty of space for me and my friend. The apartment was supposedly recently renovated, but there was mold on some of the walls. I would recommend that it gets painted. Also, I had informed the owner that we would be taking a late flight and if they could store our luggage. I was told yes, however, on the day that we had to leave we had to take our luggage to the Metro station nearby to have it stored until we were ready to go to the airport. If I would have known about the trouble we would have to Uber to the station and then Uber to the airport, I would have chosen another location. Other than this, everything else was good.

Très bel appartement avec une jolie terrasse. Lits confortables. À proximité de beaucoup de services. Possible de faire tout à pied. Si vous avez une voiture il y a un stationnement public payant à la journée, pour 48h ou pour 72h. Très sécuritaire. L' hôte est rejoignable facilement. Je le recommande à tous.

Porto -Unterkunft eine große Enttäuschung

Die Ferienwohnung an Sauberkeit und Ausstattung in negativen Sinne nicht zur Überbitten. Kommunikation mit Vermittler war schlecht. Gesamte Wohnung nicht sauber, allgemein schlechte Zustand,WC Klobrille verdreckt,Dusche genauso. Nicht mal Fenster sauber gereinigt.Die Wohnung sehr dunkel, Wände + Boden+ Eingangstür in sehr schlechten Zustand.Für so ein Preis in so einen Zustand spricht nichts gutes.

Dificuldade de comunicação, constantes exigencias sem fundamento, e constantes reclamações. Exigiu 3 limpezas do apartamento em 4 dias, e avariaram a máquina de lavar a roupa depois de forçarem a porta e a borracha. Não voltaria a receber a hospedagem deste hóspede.

Comfortable Stay

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The King bed was very comfortable and kept me in bed a bit too long in the morning! The location was perfect as there were numerous restaurants and shops close by and a short walk to the river front. I do recommend sneakers as the roads are cobblestone and quite steep. Great for burning off the fabulous wine and food after dinner. The owner was very responsive in answering all questions and made the process very easy. No issues at all with check in/out. She recommended some excellent restaurants including Flow, a must go to for dinner, but reserve at least a day in advance. The only downfall here was parking. The two parkades close by were fairly expensive, however, they were safe and only a 2 minute walk away. There is street parking which is free overnight but you need to pay during the day. We were able to park on the street at night and move the car in the morning for our travels. The apartment has a beautifully decorated large terrace which is nice for morning coffee. There is a great little wine bar beside the apartment for a nightcap and great company. Overall I would highly recommend this place for its comfort, cleanliness, and convenience.

Belle surprise

Séjour très agréable tant en ce qui concerne la ville de Porto que pour l'appartement très bien situé. A proximité de restaurants, commerces, station de métro et sites touristiques. Logement très propre, fonctionnel, et donnant sur une petite cour. Très calme. Notre seule déconvenue a été que l'appartement ne comporte pas deux chambres comme mentionnées dans l'annonce mais une seule avec un grand lit, et pour les deux autres couchages, direction le canapé.......Ce n'est pas un problème, sauf si l'on tient à avoir deux chambres lorsque l'on part à plusieurs !!!! Sinon, très bon accueil (Antonio) et bons conseils pour les visites et restaurants. Je conseillerai cet appartement à mes connaissances.

appartement fonctionnel bien équipé. Bonne situation pàp au centre historique de Porto. accueil symphatique et professionnel ( beaucoup de renseignements pratiques donnés sur la ville : visites, restos etc..) Bref un très agréable séjour.
