About Villy Charitopoulou
Back in 1990, my parents bought this piece of land. They put a lot of personal effort, work and love in order to get to the result you see today. We enjoy every piece of this house during all the seasons of the year. My favorite one is spring time, a period full of colors and flower smells. Our kitchen yard gives us every year many organic vegetables (tomatoes, peppers, green beans, zucchinis etc.), while our chickens make almost 15 eggs every day. Every day I enjoy the sunset with a class of wine and sounds of the natur!
Villy Charitopoulou purchased this Chateau / Country House in 1990

Use carefully the water . c) The sewerage system is local, thus we don’t throw papers or any sanitary items (cotton, ladies fem care napkins ) in the toilet. d) For your convenience after coming from the beach, we have installed out door showers.

GREAT TIME BETWEEN SEE AND NATURE
We spent 2 amazing weeks in Villy's house, ideally situated 5 minutes by feet from a lovely quiet beach. At our arrival, we were warmly welcome with a nice lunch and we discovered the house and its surrounding. The house is perfect for kids with a lot of space to play and relax and with a great view on the sea. The house has a vegetable garden and a chicken coop that fed us during our stay with super tasty tomatoes, zucchini, egg plant, water melon etc
We went to 2 close extra beaches in Livanates and Arkitsa that were very nice with restaurants and amenities. The site of Delphi's is 80 km away and is a great place to visit. We also took the boat to Evia Island for the day.During our stay Villy was always in touch with us and helped us a lot with all the special queries we had, she was a great and friendly host! I definitely would recommend this place if you want to have a relaxing holiday.
Dear Julia,Charlie, Thomas, Marie and Kids
You have beautiful families and have been very friendly guests. It was my pleasure to help you with any request and I am really happy to find out that you and your kids enjoied the place.
You are always welcome!
One of the most beautiful ancient areas to visit is Delphi, only 80 klm away, you can enjoy a day in the museum or the outside ruins. Additionally, the winery of Hatzimichalis can be a special wine tasting visit, joined with your purchases. However , if you like spa you can spend a day in Therme Sylla, on the island of Evia. Reachable via Arkitsa just in one hour from home.
