Why they chose this property

The 200 years old, newly refurbished stone-house is situated in the natural harbor of island Sipan, village called SIpan Luka (luka=harbour) near Dubrovnik. Ferry from Dubrovnik goes 5 times a day and docks in Sudjuradj, picturesque village on Sipan island., 6 km from SIpan Luka.
The standalone house is located directly at the seashore, just within the the village center, accessible by car or on the walking promenade. Location is minute away from excellent restaurant “Dubravka”, best tavern at the Adriatic sea “Marko” and hotel “Sipan”
