130sqm apartment ideal for large families or groups of friends

Very bright apartment at the 3rd floor of a typical Venetian building on Campo Santa Marina, with characteristic canal views. It consists of three double and one single bedroom, a comfortable living-room with one sofa-bed, a very practical wardrobe room, a large kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. It has all comforts, and the furniture is simple and functional, with lovely little coloured tiles on the white walls and warm parquet flooring. With a 5 minutes walk you are at Rialto bridge; within 10 minutes by foot you reach Piazza San Marco. By its location and features this recently restored apartment is ideal for a holiday in Venice in terms of quality, location and price.

HUGE apartment. Great location - everything you need - restaurants, grocery store, coffee/tea at the bottom of the stairs. Anything else is a quick walk from the apartment. Francesco was great. Excellent communication. Answered all my questions. Couldn’t ask for more.

Fantastic for family

Great host. Great location. This place was ideal for our family's stay in Venice. It’s a large, spacious apartment within steps of a canal for water taxi access. It’s minutes by foot from the main attractions, and other nice areas, but we like the relatively quiet location, away from the throngs of tourists. There’s a grocery store around the corner as well as a great spot for takeout pasta. We made good use of the well equipped kitchen. Orial met us at arrival and was very helpful and responsive. He made sure our departure to airport by water taxi went smoothly. I highly recommend this stay.

gite spacieux et agréable bien équipé bon accueil de Orial qui nous a récupéré à la sortie de la navette fluviale et qui est de très bon conseil très bien situé pour visiter Venise tout est accessible rapidementcommerces (grosse épicerie) à coté pour petit ravitaillement chaque soir.nous étions 7 adultes il faut s organiser pour les wc dans la salle de bain bref je recommande vivement cet appartement

Bon séjour

L'appartement est idéalement situé dans le quartier du Castello. Il est spacieux, bien équipé. Certains matelas mériteraient d'être changés. L'accessibilité est difficile : 3 étages sans ascenseur, mais c'est courant à Venise. Le contact avec le gérant est très bon et très facile. Nous y étions venus en 2015 et nous y séjournerons de nouveau quand nous reviendrons à Venise.

Tolle Lage, gemütliches große Schlafzimmer. Das Duschen (Haare waschen) war kompliziert der Wasserdruck kein Wasserdruck. Die Heizung wurde nicht richtig warm, aufgefallen da wir kalte Tage erwischt haben. Für die Preisleistung für Venedig passend. Wer mehr Luxus braucht, muss halt tiefer in die Tasche greifen 😉

Geräumige Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Herzlicher Empfang durch die Gastgeber. Wir wurden in alle Belange ausführlich eingewiesen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und ruhig gelegen. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche gute Restaurants, abseits der Touristenströme. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und für alle steht sehr großzügig Platz zur Verfügung. In der Küche stehen alle Utensilien zum Kochen zur Verfügung. Einziger Nachteil: in der Nacht war es immer mal wieder laut.

La dolce vita !

Grand appartement, très fonctionnel, situé dans un immeuble typique dans une agréable cour au bord du canal, à seulement 5mn à pied du Rialto et de la place Saint-Marc. Un petit supermarché se trouve dans le quartier où il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour pas cher. Francesco et Chiara ont été très disponibles pour la préparation du séjour et pendant notre présence. On a passé un merveilleux séjour ! Grazie mille !

schöne große Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gepflegt und sehr schön. Die Zimmer bieten großzügig Platz, sogar eine Abstellkammer ist vorhanden. Die Küche mit Gasherd und großem Kühlschrank sowie großem Esstisch ist auch sehr einladend. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt mit viel Auswahl, auch die Sehenswürdigkeiten (Markusplatz, Rialtobrücke, Meer) sind nicht weit und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist oben und nur über das Treppenhaus (52 Stufen) zu erreichen; so hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Gassen und auf den Seitenkanal neben dem Haus. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat uns z.B. Tipps für den Aufenthalt gegeben.

New Year in Venice

Well located and equipped apartment, ideal for our party (four adults and three children) (with judicious bathroom schedule in the mornings and evenings ). The Owner was very helpful and understanding when our train was delayed about two hours (and with other advice and assistance).
