Casa Etrusca one bedroom fully equipped apartment sleeping 2property is modernized and has stunning views. There are two rooms the bedroom with a double bed and the kitchen/living area which has a sofa bed. The space is about 55-60 square metres and the apartment is all on the ground floor. The bathroom has a shower toilet bidet and sink. The kitchen has a gas hob and is fully equipped and there is a washing machine.

The village of Terriciolla boasts stunning views and is situated 30 minutes drive from Pisa Airport. There is parking across the road.
The bakery is across the road and there are shops, restaurants and wine bars in waking distance. Terriciolla is a reknowned wine region, enjoy walks in the stunning countryside and then go to the local enoteka for wine and good food, or the local pizzeria for authentic Italian pizza or pasta dishes. The village has a butcher and grocery stores so once there you do not need to drive anywhere and simply enjoy a relaxing break away.

Retraite en campagne Toscane

Petit village typiquement Toscan mais avec tous les commerces de première nécessité. Bien situé pour visiter quelques sites touristiques majeurs. Juste une face de l appartement longe la route mais peu de passage routier. Tout se passe de l autre cote avec le balcon et la vue sur la toscane! Idéal pour se reposer. Appartement spacieux,charme de l ancien. Nous avons apprécié les ustensiles de cuisines nombreux et de qualité pour faire à manger.

Urlaub mit Überraschungen

Vorweg : Wir ( Paar 21 und 22 Jahre) hatten hier die Zeit von 09.08.21-22.08. verbracht. Check-In : Übliche Check-In Zeit angegeben ab 16 Uhr. Als wir also nach ca 10h fahrt in Terricciola ankamen, stellten wir zu unserer Überraschung fest, das wir keine Mail mit Angaben zum Check-In bekommen hatten. Somit die Agentur kontaktiert und hier kann man nur positives sagen. FeWo hat uns innerhalb einer Stunde ein Hotel in Florenz zur Überbrückung von drei Tagen klar gemacht. Deshalb hierbei nichts zu meckern. Im Anschluss die Vermieterin VERSUCHT zu kontaktieren mehrfach ohne Erfolg. Im laufe einer Stunde mehrfach von zwei Handys versucht. Kurz vor Abfahrt zum Hotel in Florenz ( ca 1 1/2 h von der FeWo) hat sich dann überraschend die Vermieterin gemeldet. Sie konnte sich auch nicht erklären warum wir keine Mail erhalten haben. Also Schlüssel aus dem Schlüsselsafe geholt und die Unterkunft bezogen. Die Unterkunft: Von aussen Pfui von innen geht so. Das Gebäude sieht von aussen stark Runtergekommen aus und liegt DIREKT an der "Hauptstraße" des Ortes. Die Fassade hat lange keinen Putz oder eine andere Art Reparatur gesehen. Rustikal Toskanisch. Im inneren sah es aber Stellenweise leider genau so aus. Teils fehlender Putz an den Wänden, sichtbare Leitungen der Lampen. Allgemeiner Eindruck aber "okay". Die Küche bzw der Kochbereich ist zweckmäßig Gasherd, Elektro Ofen, Toaster, Wasserkocher usw... aber hier gilt wohl Sauberkeit als Untergeordnet. Die Krönung dessen war für mich eine tote Wanze in einer der Weinkaraffen. Weiter zum Wohn/Essbereich hier kann man nicht viel sagen Zweckmäßig,Rustikal. Zum Schlafbereich mit TV und Bett ebenfalls das gleiche. Das Bett allerdings groß und bequem. Das Badezimmer, aufgeteilt in Vorraum mit Schrank und Waschbecken und hinterer Teil Dusche, Toilette. Im allgemeinen ebenfalls in Ordnung aber auch hier Unsauber. Besonders die Dusche ist hier sehr negativ aufgefallen. Der Balkon hat ein intensives Tauben Problem. Dementsprechend kann man sich vorstellen, wie es dort aussieht. Zusätzlich scheint sich ein mittelgroßes Bienenvolk im löchrigen Gemäuer der Hauswand einzunisten. Wir saßen also insgesamt nur selten und auch eher ungern dort. Die Umgebung der FeWo ist im großen und ganzen schön. Guter Blick über ein kleines Tal. Aber LAUT Tauben, Hunde, Verkehr meist natürlich Nachts. Fazit: Wer möglichst wenig Zeit in der FeWo verbringt kann sie nutzen. Allen anderen mit mehr Anspruch raten wir eher ab.

Soggiorno a Terricciola

Tutto ok...a mio parere sarebbe meglio cambiare le pentole e pensare ad una soluzione efficace per i piccioni che stazionano sull antenna TV e sulla grondaia impedendo l uso del balconcino che da su un panorama piacevolissimo. Credo poi che un intermediario italiano, essendo in Italia, sia apprezzabile. Grazie.

Die Wohnung liegt nach Norden und in alten Gemäuern, bleibt also bei hohen Aussentemperaturen relativ gut temperiert. Alles hat mir gefallen, ausser dass die Tauben über dem Balkon auf Vorsprüngen und in Nischen sitzen und mit ihrem Kot den Balkon unbenutzbar machen. Das wäre mit einfachen Mitteln zu beheben und würde den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machen.

Il et très bien situé pour visiter les principales villes de la Toscane et pour découvrir les belles vallées dont celle du Chianti. Appartement très bien équipé, propre. Même si nous n'avons pas rencontré le propriétaire, ses indications étaient très claires et conformes à la description.

Logement conforme à la photo. Situé dans un village calme et typique, il est au pied de petits commerces qui nous ont bien rendu service. L'appartement est charmant, décoré avec goût, parfaitement bien équipé et nous avons même eu le plaisir de trouver en arrivant tout ce qu'il nous fallait pour manger. La vue de la chambre est belle et apaisante. Le village comporte à 2 pas un superbe point de vue sur les collines toscanes. La gare de Pontederra non loin nous a permis d'effectuer pas mal de visites en train ( principaux sites très bien desservis). Bref, nous recommandons chaudement ce logement pour une plongée inoubliable en Toscane!

We stayed at the house for four nights and we are very satisfied. The owner is polite and helpful. The house has very easy accass, is fully equipped, clan and enough convenient for our four member family. We visited Pisa, Firenze, Potendera, Voltera and we admired Toscana a lot!

Piccolo appartamento molto confortevole. Ampio spazio, bel terrazzo con vista sulla valle ed ingresso indipendente. Comodo parcheggio libero di fronte all'appartamento a due passi dal centro. Unica cosa da integrare, a mio avviso, un piccolo forno, anche a microonde.
