Idéalement placé en toscane !

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cet appartement. Alessandro est très accueillant ! Ce logement est idéalement placé pour allier plage et visite de la toscane. Nous sommes allés à sienne, san giminiano, voltera, florence, pise, lucca.... 2 parcs de jeux pour les enfants sont à 2 minutes à pieds du logement. Le petit village de Montescudaio est absolument charmant, et plusieurs événements y étaient organisés sur les 15 jours où nous étions présents. Seul bémol pour nous, le matelas du canapé lit est très fin et il n'y a pas de volets occultants dans le salon ce qui nous a dérangé pour dormir, nous qui aimons être dans le noir complet. Je recommande néanmoins cet appartement pour vos vacances !

Praktische und gut gelegene Ferienwohnung

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, für 2 Personen genug Platz, Küche, Schlafzimmer, Bad waren sauber, gepflegt und gut zu nutzen. Wlan vorhanden aber langsam (es ist ein Bergdorf, das sollte man nicht vergessen). Mit der Heizung standen wir in Konflikt, Nachts heizte sie schon mal, tagsüber selten. Da kann es Ende März, Anfang April schon mal kälter werden. Wir können uns aber vorstellen, die Wohnung noch einmal zu buchen.

Appartamento davvero ben attrezzato, più della media. Facile parcheggiare è collegato piuttosto bene per raggiungere Cecina. In un Borgo molto bello e con percorsi in mezzo ai boschi. Per famiglie ed amanti del relax

Nette, kleine Wohnung, in schönem Ort

Montescudaio hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war klein aber für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder ausreichend. Die Ausstattung war in Ordnung. Es gab einen Spielplatz gleich um die Ecke, welchen wir Abends gerne genutzt haben. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es auch ab 9 KM Lidl, Coop, Eurospin, Conad. Im Ort gab es eine Bäckerei, Pizzaria, Bar mit Eisverkauf. Das Vermieter-Ehepaar war sehr nett und immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit bei Problemen. Es gab gute Tipps zu Stränden und bei Fragen von uns. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und würde sie nochmals buchen.

vacanza a montescudaro

bellissima zona per passare indimenticabili ferie nella piu' tranquillita' e serena vacanza con la famiglia ,infatti ci i siamo trovati molto bene facendo una settimana in appartamento in affitto a Montescudaio contattando Alessandro che si e' rivelato sin da subito una persona molto seria e disponibile , quindi consiglio a tutti di andarvi a fare un giro da quelle parti . Questa e' la terza volta che vado in TOSCANA e ci ritornero' ancora grazie Alessandro e la sua famiglia .

Vacanza a Montescudaio

Eravamo alla ricerca di una vera vacanza low-cost nel cuore della Toscana e, a Montescudaio, l'abbiamo trovata! Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questa sistemazione in un caratteristico e tranquillo borgo collinare toscano. Da qui si può far tappa sia verso le più note città toscane, sia verso località balneari varie, accoglienti e ben attrezzate. Particolarmente ospitali e cortesi sono stati i proprietari dell'immobile, Alessandro e Cristina, a cui va il nostro rinnovato grazie!

Accogliente

Casa molto accogliente e fresca, proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile. Si trova al centro della toscana da cui si raggiungono comodamente le città principali grazie all'autostrada che dista pochissimo. Paese molto tranquillo e perfetto per i bambini. Belle spiaggie a pochi minuti da casa. Noi eravamo in quattro e ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Joli appartement, petit mais agréable.

Idéal avec des enfants en bas âge car l'appartement est assez petit et le lit d'appoint dans le salon a un matelas plutôt fin. L'immobilier est récent, le lit est grand (160) et le matelas de haute qualité. Alessandro est très accueillant donnant de bons conseils pour les visites et activités à faire. Le centre du village est accessible à pied, l'été, il y a beaucoup d'animations le soir et les gens se retrouvent sur la terrasse. Très convivial. On a aimé visiter les villes Voltera, le quartier de Venise à Livorno et les fumerol. La plage de Di Bibbona nous a beaucoup plu, avec ses bois flotté mais il nous a fallu plusieurs jours pour la trouver. Faire du vélo sur la toute des pins est très chouette.
