This villa is characterised by its location in the middle of the nature reserve on the slope of Montgó. Here, the tranquil location with views of Denia on one side and Montgó on the other invites carefree enjoyment.



The impressive view over Denia, its castle, the port and the beautiful beaches, as well as the sea can already be admired from the car parking area that the property has.



The villa is located on a large plot of land with palm trees, cacti, oleanders, olive trees and pistachio trees and can be reached through a few steps. These lead to the main entrance and the large solarium terrace with an outdoor shower and the 8x4 metre swimming pool. Again, the views are fantastic.



It has 2 bedrooms on the main floor, a bathroom, an open-plan kitchen with dining area, and a living room integrated with a fireplace.



Through the door of the salon's courtyard, you access the large terrace of sun and shade. Here you will find a comfortable resting corner where you can once again enjoy these impressive views.



Located via an exterior staircase, we access the studio which has a vestibule with access to the bedroom and bathroom. Here is the fantastic view once again!

The location of the villa is far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough to the centre of Denia, the port or the beautiful beaches.

You can walk to bars and shops, but a car is recommended due to the mountain slopes.
