About this property

Villa with garden with lawn Els Poblets Ilona

Well-maintained chalet on a fenced plot located in a residential area just 2.5km from the beach. Garden with palm trees, cypresses, hibiscus and lawn. The swimming pool is 8x4m with Roman steps, a maximum depth of 1.80m and minimum of 1.20m and outdoor shower.



Access to the house is through a glazed terrace and garden furniture. Once inside, we find a living-dining room with air conditioning, satellite TV and a fireplace.



Next to the living room is the kitchen with an American bar equipped with ceramic hob, filter coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster and a two-door refrigerator.



We continue with two double rooms, both rooms with two individual beds together. Both with air conditioning, mosquito nets and built-in wardrobes. Between the rooms is the bathroom with shower.



Distance to the town centre 800m, bars and restaurants 700m and to Denia 9 km.



Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), wifi, sheets and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.

perfekte kleine Villa

Die Villa Ilona entspricht der Beschreibung und es gab sogar einige Neuerungen. Die Küche wurde erneuert und ist zweckmäßig in der Nutzung. Neue Betten. Außenfassade neu gestrichen. Dachterrasse sehr gut nutzbar. Es gibt viele Steckdosen im gesamten Haus - schöne Außenbeleuchtung. Sehr gepflegt und sauber. Würde immer wieder buchen und auch empfehlen. Der Service seitens Carlos Ferien ist mehr als Super. Danke dafür. Wenn Denia dann Carlos Ferien. Fernseher im Wohn und Schlafraum mit Astra Sat. super. Microwelle - Kaffeemaschine - Toaster - Spülmaschine -Waschmaschine - Küchenutensilien. (Den Wasserkocher haben wir gespendet) Neuen Wasserschlauch Außen anbringen. der alte hat zu viele Löcher. Kostet ja kaum was. Moskitonetze in der Veranda mal prüfen. sonst alles super zweckmäßig.

Alles. Sehr gute Lage. Kein Durchgangsverkehr. Schnell zufuß am Strand oder auch in Els Poblets. Sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Sogar Gardinen, welche das Haus noch gemütlicher macht. Küche perfekt ausgestattet. Pfiffiger Tresenschrank von beiden Seiten zu öffnen. Betten super toll. Badezimmer behindertengerecht mit Erlebnisdusche. Wasserfall oder Regen von oben, Wasser auf 2 Positionen an der Seite und einen normalen Duschschlauch. Man kann sogar im Sitzen duschen. Dachterrasse mit Blick über grüne Landschaft und sogar ein bisschen Mittelmeer. Das Haus ist Klasse, der Garten schön, der Pool groß. Hinter dem Haus findet man Schatten wie auch Sonne und auch Windstille. Sollte ich mal ein Haus kaufen oder bauen, so wäre Casa Ilona das passende Objekt. Nichts. Das Haus ist perfekt.

Estancia cómoda y tranquila

Casa con todo lo necesario, hemos estado muy cómodos, la piscina genial. Y que admitan perros también . Tuvimos 2 problemillas en la casa y por parte de carlos ferien nos los solucionaron rapidísimo. Llevamos confiando en ellos 3 años seguidos, y repetiremos y si es posible en esta casa Pequeñas cosas que no han influido en que hayamos disfrutado de nuestra estancia. La luz de la piscina nos dijo el chico que se encendería por la noche pero no. Y la puerta de fuera cerraba bastante mal y algunas veces se quedaba abierta. La tele no se veía del todo bien y la conexión wifi tampoco funcionaba muy bien

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Guter, schneller Service bei der Ankunft, man wurde quasi schon erwartet. Man wusste sofort welches Haus wir angemietet hatten. Wir bekamen sogar eine 24h-Notfallnummer!!! sehr selten. Am Ende wurde sehr flexibel auf die Uhrzeit unserer Abreise. Übergabe sehr pünktlich, professionell, einfach gut. Wir hatte das Wäschepaket mitgebucht. Dies fiel etwas dürftig aus und hatte keine Geschirrtücher. War aber kein wirkliches Problem für uns.

Probleme mit der Heizung ansonsten alles gut!

Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und den Ortskern und das Meer konnten wir mit einem Spaziergang bequem erreichen. Wir fühlten uns mit unserem Hund überall sehr wohl und willkommen. Für die kälteren Abende wäre eine funktionierende Heizung von Vorteil.

Haus Ilona

Haus , Grundstück, Pool gut. Sehr positiv selbst unser kleiner Prager Rattler konnte das Grundstück nicht eigenmächtig verlassen. Wlan sollte kostenlos angeboten werden.
