Perfect Tour de France base

The chalet was wonderful and in the perfect location to use as a base as my wife and I followed the last three days of the Tour de France. The home was what you think of in a typical alpine chalet and has been decorated with care. My French is not very good but communication with the host was no problem. Isola 2000 has multiple restaurants and is great for hiking, biking and of course skiing

A well equipped chalet in the perfect location

Bernard is the ideal host. We arrived late in the evening and had trouble with our transfer due to heavy snowfall. Bernard came and met us at the airport, and didn't leave until we had sorted out our travel problems. He was also available on the phone during the week to answer any questions. The chalet is compact, but cleverly designed and well equipped with everything a self-catering family could need for the week including cooking equipment, cable TV, excellent Wi-Fi and games. Pictures and description online are accurate. The chalet is located a few minutes walk from the top of the funicular which takes you down to the main shopping complex at the Front de Neige. There is also a ski shop at the top of the funicular which we should have used (for convenience) but didn't know about before we booked our skis. One of the big advantages of this chalet is the ski-in/out location. Skiing out involves taking the lift within the main building in front of the chalets down to the ground floor and crossing the main road. This takes a few minutes and is very easy. Skiing back is via the Diva run which passes behind Hotel Diva (keep straight along the trail and don't turn left down to the Diva Hotel!) This route takes you to the back door of the chalet. It could not be more convenient! We would happily book this chalet again if we come back to Isola 2000.

Excellent Chalet Rental

Bernard greeted us on arrival and showed us round the chalet,good communication prior to stay. Chalet is gorgeous, everything you would expect in an Alpine Chalet pictures speak for themselves. You can ski back to the chalet front door. To Ski out take the communal lift and cross road and ski down to the ESF meeting point. You wont be disappointed.

Fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Il’surplomble La station d.Isola 2000 . La vue est superbe et la terrasse très agréable. La station propose beaucoup d.activites qui séduiront tout la famille. Les sentiers de randonnées sont à proximité du chalet. Cela donne envie d’y retourner en hiver pour profiter de la cheminée et des pistes de skis ! Les propriétaires sont très gentils et attentifs à l’accueil des vacanciers. Nadine

Lovely Chalet

Lovely, clean, well appointed chalet. It is at the bottom of the Diva run, which although it was shut when we were there, I was able to walk up the narrow, flat piste to check it was 'skiable'. And the next day my 9 year old snow ploughed slowly down it. There is a lift in the 'Community Building' to get you down to within 300m of the Funicular which will take you into the village. Very comfy warm beds. Lovely hot shower. And when I couldn't get the oven to work, Bernard went out of his way to make sure we could get it working. Thank you for helping make a lovely holiday.

Super séjour dans chalet haute qualité

J'ai passé 4 jours dans ce chalet. Nous avons été entierement satisfait. Sans surprise, conforme à la description, aux photos. le chalet est très bien décoré, on s'y sent très bien. C'est très propre, le ménage est bien fait à votre arrivé. Très pratique, à 150 m du funiculaire qui amene au centre de la station en 2 minutes. à recommander (nous sommes exigeants :-))

Séjour Isola 2000 - Chalets du Mercantour Friry

Beau séjour dans un chalet très bien équipé, propre et confortable a l'écart du centre de la station. Tout est fait pour satisfaire les hôtes (accueil chaleureux des propriétaires qui ont pris le temps d'expliquer le fonctionnement de tous les équipements, draps et linge de maison fournis). En plus le beau temps était de la partie durant les 15 jours. La région est superbe côté français et italien (route de la Bonette plus haute route d'Europe, le col de la Lombarde et la descente jusque Cuneo, la vallée de la Roya et la Riviera de Nice à Menton...)mais demande pour la découvrir quelques heures de voiture. Les alentours d'Isola offrent quelques belles balades mais nous trouvons que les montagnes qui entourent Isola 2000 sont fortement détériorées pour les sports d'hiver. Seul bémol le manque d'activités proposées par la station en été et beaucoup de commerces fermés dans la galerie.

Location idéale

Positionnement du chalet à quelques minutes des centres d'intérêts, extrêmement pratique. Equipements complets, de qualité, en fonctionnement....., wifi super, literie excellente, vraiment rien à dire sur ce chalet. Propriétaires très attentionnés, location sans mauvaise surprise, nous n'hésiterons pas à le recommander, et bien entendu à revenir.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans ce chalet ravissant, confortable avec une belle et bonne exposition géographique, départ pour les pistes de skis quasi les skis aux pieds et une arrivée skis aux pieds! Le chalet est cosy, chaleureux, très bien équipé et chauffé, douillet, fonctionnel, plaisant, agréable, bien exposé, parfaitement accessible. Les propriétaires sont de remarquables hôtes, facilitateurs et sympathiques. WIFI parfait, TV grand écran avec Canal + Cinéma. Nous avons passé près d'une semaine dans un véritable havre de paix, à l'abri des intempéries hivernales et très heureux de disposer d'une telle qualité de confort. Nous y retournons l'an prochain car quand on trouve une bonne adresse, on ne cherche plus ailleurs.

SUPERBE SEJOUR A ISOLA 2000

Superbe séjour à Isola 2000, grâce à ce chalet trés confortable, trés propre et description toutes conformes à l'annonce. départ et retour à ski trés appréciable, situation plein sud, nous a permis de déjeuner touts les midis sur la terrasse face aux pistes. Et aussi trés bon accueil des propriétaires ce qui est aussi important on recommande vivement ce chalet !!!! FAMILLE TROUILLARD

L''aménagement et l''équipement sont de très bon niveau (Propreté, literie, équipement de cuisine, ....). Situé au pied des pistes, le chalet est le point de départ de nombreuses ballades et la terrasse offre un point de vue magnifique. très beaux lieux pour des vacances en famille

Le chalet est très bien équipé et conforme en tout point à la description. A conseiller en basse saison pour d'agréables vacances en famille où les enfants se sentent comme à la maison. Un détail important : des propriétaires charmants et disponibles; le chalet nous a été mis à disposition en 24H. Merci pour ce séjour.
