Charming 3-room terraced holiday home with mezzanine: 65 m² living area + 15 m² garage + 10 m² veranda and a fully enclosed, private garden in a quiet residential area with a community swimming pool “Le Clos de la Plage” in Argelès-sur-Mer (66) in the area of Argeles Plage, halfway between the beach, village and marina, 700 m from the sea and animations

La maison est très agréable et bien agencée.Elle est suffisamment grande et confortable, il y a tous les équipements nécessaires et même plus. La piscine est juste à côté et la proximité avec le centre d' Argelès et de la plage est idéale. On a beaucoup apprécié la flexibilité de l''horaire d'arrivée et même du départ. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Ein sehr schönes Haus, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Gute Einrichtung, haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Das i-Tüpfelchen war der fast direkte Zugang zum Pool.

Excellent sejour

Quel merveilleux séjour. Malgré le temps un peu couvert et humide (les locaux ne s'en plaignent pas) nous avons bien explore le coin. Sans voiture nous avons visité grâce aux autobus a 150 m pour 8 euros la semaine. Incroyable ! Nous avons aussi aprecie la maison super confortable et agréable, ainsi que l'apéro sous le citronnier. Grand merci a notre propriétaire et a la personne qui nous a si gentiment accueillis.

Maison clé vacances sur Argeles

Nous avons été très bien reçu par la personne qui nous remet les clefs, elle nous a même proposé de l appeler si besoin, nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette région accueillante, le quartier est agréable, le loueur de vélos très sympathique, les pizzas juste à côté sont très bonne et copieuses, les commerçants en général sont très agréables. Concernant le logement, maison très fonctionnelle et agréable, un petit bémol sur l'usure des casseroles, quelques unes sont très fatiguées et dans les salles de bains des tâches de moisissures et de rouille, mais sinon rien à redire. Nous remercions la famille Preuss. Laetitia et Frédéric.

In der Unterkunft fühlt man sich wie zu Hause im Urlaub. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Einrichtung bietet viel mehr als üblich. Es ist zu Fuß alles super erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Maison très proche du centre, logement suffisamment grand pour 7 personnes , heureusement qu'il y avait la climatisation. Cuisine équipée avec un large choix de vaisselle / et mini électroménager/ lave vaisselle. Accès direct à la piscine. Terrasse bien sympathique avec un citronnier afin de se faire de bons mojitos 😋 2 salle de bain , bien pratique quand on est nombreux . 🙂 Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

It’s a very nice place for a holiday

It’s really the big apartment with the nice small garden. The apartment is good equipped especially the kitchen. A location is good. There is a food store not far from the apartment. It’s needed around 10 minutes for a walking to the beach. So I ‘m ready to recommend the apartment and I ‘m thinking that I will spend my holiday here.

Schönes Haus mit perfekter Lage!

Das Haus liegt ruhig in einer Sackgasse. Die Garage die zum Haus gehört reicht auf Grund der dort stehenden putzutensilien nicht für ein Auto. Da nebensaison war war parken jedoch kein Problem! Ansonsten super ausgestattet!

Le top du top ... Rien ne manque ... Conforme aux photos ... Tout à pied (village , plage, port, resto, commerces ,.. à +/-1.5km ...) Pour vos visites : Banyuls, Collioure, Cadaques (en bateau), Rosas, Empuriabrava, il y a aussi de très beaux marchés sur place et en Espagne à faire. Location très propre , meublée avec gout et du matériel de qualité ( clim.. , cuisine super équipée , salon intérieur (cuir), literie très bonne , 2 sdbain, 2 wc, véranda, terrasse extérieure meublée ,..) Une proximité avec la piscine non négligeable ( +/-3mètres ) Un seul bémol , si j'ose ;) un moustiquaire à la fenêtre (chambre étage ) Adresse à garder pour soi !!!! (tellement on s'y sent bien ) Encore merci à vous 2 et la très accueillante Nancy Duchenne Sabine et Pascal ( Belgique) ( vacances :01/09/18 au 15/09/18)

Belle situation

Maison bien située, tout est faisable à pieds tant la plage que le village. C’est appréciable car le stationnement est compliqué. L’espace intérieur est bien pensé pour une famille avec ados dont le rythme est différent. La proximité de la piscine est très pratique et la résidence est propre. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances et les enfants veulent retrouver leurs copains de vacances l’annee prochaine.

Belle situation

Maison très bien située entre village et plage. Tout est faisable à pieds et c'est ce qui nous a énormémént plu. La résidence est agréable et la piscine très bien entretenue. Nous avons apprécié d'avoir 2 espaces distincts entre le rez de chaussé et l'étage surtout quand on a des ados avec des rythmes différents. Et heureusemnt que nous avions la clim car il a fait très chaud lors de notre séjour. Nos enfants étaient ravis de leurs vacances et nous demandent à y revenir l'année prochaine. L'arrière pays est magnifique et beaucoup de petits villages sont à voir et nous n'avons pas eu le temps de tout faire donc oui nous reviendrons.
