Appartamento molto accogliente a pochissimi passi dal mare. Dotato di tutti i confort. Tutti i servizi necessari (supermercati, bar, edicola) nelle vicinanze. I proprietari molto gentili e carini. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana di vacanza in questo bel paesino..ci siamo trovati benissimo nell'appartamento,ben tenuto,pulito e comodo..vicino alla spiaggia..simpatici e ben disponibili i proprietari..Ciao Simonetta,se torneremo a Fiumaretta,riscelgo il tuo appartamento senza pensarci 2 volte..

"Alloggio ben tenuto e conforme a quanto descritto nell''annuncio. Comodissimo per raggiungere sia le località del Golfo dei Poeti (Portovenere, Lerici, San Terenzo, Tellaro) sia le marine toscane (Carrara, Massa, Forte dei Marmi, ecc.). In mezz''ora di auto siamo andati a Colonnata, in mezzo alle cave di marmo, ad apprezzarne l''ottimo lardo. Apprezzato il posto auto privato. Ribadiamo la cortesia e la disponibilità della Sig.ra Simonetta. Ne terremo conto per eventuali future vacanze."

"Appartamento perfetto e conforme alla descrizione, dotato di tutto l''essenziale. Comodissimo il giardino con veranda e il parcheggio riservato, sicuro e al coperto. Il paese è accogliente, piccolo e tranquillo, con vari negozi e bar. Ottima la posizione sia per "vita da spiaggia" sia per escursioni (alcune veramente a portata di mano) in Liguria e in Toscana (posti bellissimi che meritano veramente!). "Veramente carino l''appartamento arredato in modo semplice e funzionale, completo di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno. Molto bella anche la posizione, a pochi metri c''è tutto, alimentari, parrucchiera, macelleria, farmacia...tutto. E in poco tempo si può raggiungere sia la Versilia che le 5 Terre."

"Die Bilder zeigen die Wo...

"Die Bilder zeigen die Wohnung sehr genau. Sie ist einfach aber zweckmässig eingerichtet. Abens scheint die Sonne auf die Veranda. Der Garten (ca. 40qm ist von einem Zaun umgeben so dass unsere drei kleinen Kinder (6, 4 und 2 jährig) gefahrlos spielen konnten. Für ganz kleine Gäste hat es einen Hochstuhl, jedoch kein Kinderbettchen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir schätzten sehr die Nähe zum Meer und die vielseitige Umgebung (Cinqueterre, Montemarcello zum Wandern, Pisa, Florenz, La Spezia, Lerici,... als Ausflugsziel und vieles mehr)."

Posto rilassante e a misura d'uomo. l'angolo cottura potrebbe essere un po' migliorato magari aggiungendo un piano d'appoggio, ma nel contesto si sta bene. La proprietaria e' molto disponibile.

Alles war wie in der Besc...

Alles war wie in der Beschreibung. Eine einfahe und saubere Wohnung und die Lage ideal für Ausflüge nach Cinque Terre, Pisa, Firenze. Der Sandstrand war gut. Die Aussicht von der Wohnung könnte besser sein (Strasse und ein hohes Haus). Am Anfang Probleme mit warmen Wasser und Heizung, die Vermieterin kam zu helfen.
