Eravamo già stati, io e la mia famiglia, in questo alloggio circa 10 anni addietro e ne avevamo conservato tutti un felice ricordo. Abbiamo ritrovato, tornando, tutta la magia del ricordo e posso solo dire che quello che è cambiato è cambiato in meglio.Arrivederci

Schöne Aussicht - nette Gastgeber

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem Appartement. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Die Aussicht war grandios. Die Lage eignet sich gut für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Ein Auto ist aber schon erforderlich. Bis Letojanni Stadt kann man gut zu Fuß laufen. Zum Baden sollte man besser Badeschuhe anziehen, da der Strand und das Meer sehr steinig sind. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.

Piacevole e tranquilla vacanza a Letojanni

Casa molto piacevole, spaziosa e luminosa, ben strutturata e molto ben attrezzata. Bellissima vista mare dal terrazzo, predisposto con tavolo per godersi i pasti all'aperto. La zona circostante è residenziale e silenziosa. I proprietari sono molto disponibili e flessibili alle richieste dei loro ospiti e molto prodighi di informazioni su gite da fare in zona e ristoranti da provare, veramente di ottimo livello. La copertura WiFi (appena installato) puó risultare irregolare a causa della struttura della casa (accesso più facile dalle camere che dal salone). La magnifica vista mare (da "piani alti") è controbilanciata da un accesso un po impegnativo (solo via scale) con valigie e spesa. La posizione e' ottima per escursioni a Taormina, Isola Bella, Messina e Catania.

Great stay

Lucia was very kind and gave us recommendations on what to visit and which restaurants to visit. We had a great stay at this house. The view was stunning, the sea is just nearby (a 3-minutes walk to the beach), and the beach was, due to the current situation, quite empty, which was very enjoyable. Sadly, there was a construction area nearby, which was quite loud during some nights, but this is only temporary. Nevertheless, it was a very relaxing stay and we would love to come back any time. Sicily is a beautiful island and Taormina is just a 10-minute drive away. :)

Apartment on the sea shore

In the apartment we spent a nice 11 days. It is comfortable and all equipment is functional. Especially we appreciated the air conditioning in each room. The sea view from the balcony is fantastic. Each residence has its own entrance to the sea, so it's only a few steps to the sea. I recommend water shoes. Lucia is helpful host. We were very satisfied and we gladly recommend the apartment. We have nice memories of our vacation.

L'appartement est très bien équipé, grand aérés, avec une belle baie vitrée et un balcon assez grand pour manger et mettre 2 transats. Parking privatif. Nous avons apprécié la vue sur la mer et le jardin privatif de la résidence ainsi que le plage privé. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, ils nous ont donnés de bons conseils et sont prêt à aider. Seul bémol le lit n'est pas très confortable. Nous recommandons cette location et nous serions prêt à y revenir.

"Siamo rimasti soddisfatti del soggiorno nell''appartamento. Tutto quanto riportato nelle foto e nella descrizione lo abbiamo ritrovato in casa. La casa è a due passi dal mare e alla spaggia si accede attraversando il giardino del complesso residenziale. La possibilità di attivare l''aria condizionata, vista l''umidità di quella settimana, è stata da noi molto apprezzata. E'' presente il parcheggio riservato per una vettura (cosa non da poco, vista la scarsità di parcheggio). Il centro di Letojanni dista 20/25 ca min a piedi ed è necessario prendere la macchina per raggiungerlo e fare la spesa. Il proprietario si è dimostrato sempre gentile e disponibile. Se dovessimo tornare a Letojanni, vista l''esperienza positiva, la nostra scelta ricadrebbe nuovamente su questo appartamento."

Ho trovato la casa molto confortevole ed perfettamente aderente a quanto visto sull'annuncio i proprietari sono delle persone squisite ed non ho avuto nessuna difficoltà durante il soggiorno. La consiglio vivamente a chi vuole tanto mare e tanto relax poiché le persone che vi soggiornano le ho trovate educate e molto disponibili il posto è incantevole dalla veranda si vede la baia di taormina che sembra un'affresco nei dintorni ci sono delle bellissime località da visitare ed il paesino di letoianni è un centro fornito di tutto ed a prezzi modici.La consiglio vivamente e buone vacanze a chi vi soggiornerà.

"Beautiful, spacious apartments for a comfortable stay. Located in a quiet place. Fully equipped with all necessary things, the interiors are decorated nicely. Very beautiful view from the window and the sound of the sea create a wonderful atmosphere. The sea is situated in 30 meters, but there are uncomfortable to swim, however the normal beach is located not far - a 10 minute walk or 3 minutes by car. We would like to thank the owners for their hospitality."

"Lejligheden lever fuld op til vores forventninge. Lejligheden er funktionel, der er alt hvad man skal bruge i et hjem. Beliggenheden er fin, et rolig kvarter, direkte til stranden, og i gå afstand til byen. Området er ikke turistet, man får lov til at opleve det ægte Sicilien. Apartment living fully up to our expectations inge. The apartment is functional, has everything you need in a home. The location is nice, a quiet neighborhood, directly to the beach and within walking distance to town. The area is not touristy, you get to experience the real Sicily. Appartamento vivere pienamente alle nostre aspettative Inge. L'appartamento è funzionale, ha tutto il necessario in una casa. "Casa accogliente e ottimamente attrezzata per ogni esigenza di una famiglia. Il contesto del condominio è migliore di quanto appaia nell'annuncio. La vetrata nella zona giorno con vista sul golfo antistante è veramente emozionante. La zona non è particolarmente ventilata e può essere caratterizzata da serate calde. La disponibilità di condizionatori mitiga il normale "disagio" estivo anche se la loro presenza nelle camere da letto può suggerire di non lasciarli accesi di notte. Sarebbe ideale avere degli split nella splendida zona giorno. L'accesso al mare è estremamente comodo anche se la spiaggia contigua non è praticabile (erosa dal mare) e bisogna spostarsi un centinaio di metri per trovare una spiaggia piacevole. Il mare ha sabbia/sassolini che diventano sassi dopo qualche metro all'interno del mare. I padroni di casa sono estremamente affidabili, cortesi ed accoglienti."
