The apartment has a fantastic view, is cosy, hot showers, good WiFi, loved the ski in and out, and ski hire and ski school is next door as well as the spar for morning criossants. Overall a fabulous holiday. Pascal was very quick in his responses back and very helpful. We have booked again for next year

Top Apartment - couldn‘t be better

We already stayed in Pascal‘s apartment 3 years ago and came back, because we can‘t imagine a better place to stay. Perfect location, very clean, lots of space, very cozy and equipped with everything you might need.

Great location and property

First time for us in Belle Plagne the resort is fantastic The apartment is wonderful with great views across the valley. Close to restaurants and shops. Added value is there is an allocated parking space in the upper car park and a ski locker for the apartment. The host was brilliant.. The family loved the stay and want to come back.

The apartment was wonderful for our family of 5. It was compact but that was to be expected and was clean and tidy. The apartment was in a good/central location with a Spa less than 1 min walk away and right on the slopes. A perfect xmas holiday and would love to return again one day

Lovely well furnished flat and great location!

A clean, very practical flat which comfortably housed our family of 5. Very conveniently located in Belle-Plagne (a short drive from Plagne-Centre) but accessible via a free shuttle bus from Plagne Bellecote. The owner was very responsive and the check-in was very smooth. Slight additional cost for the weekly parking (highly recommended) and bed-sheets/towels. A wonderful stay and looking forward to next year!

Perfect, practically ski-in ski-out

Pascal was a fantastic host. Left all the amenities we'd need for cooking and extras to greet us. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was spacious.He gave us underground parking for free which turned out to be very useful.For people in snow-season, you can ski out of the apartment via the final bits of Arpette, or Belle Plagne (both blue runs). And if you want to arrive at the apartment from the slopes, Laines (blue) takes you past the entrance of the apartment block.Notes for future guests: - For the kids the smart TV is great.- There's a raclette grill and fondu set in the apartment.- The spa bath is perfect after a long day of skiing.- Bedding and towels are 20 euros extra per person.- There is a SPAR supermarket directly opposite the apartment block.I'll definitely be returning if I can!

Schöne Unterkunft in den französischen Alpen, super Lage!

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben, die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber Pascal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, großes Lob dafür!Allerdings war die Lage, bedingt durch FeWo Direkt, nicht so wie beschrieben! Ca. eine Stunde Fußweg entfernt vom eigentlichen Ort der Unterkunft… absolute Frechheit und daher dieses Portal unbedingt meiden!!!

Location parfaite

Nous avons séjourné du 23 au 31 décembre en famille, 2 adultes et 3 ados. Appartement avec accès direct aux pistes et casier de rangement pour les skis au rez de chaussée. Superbe vu du balcon sur les montagnes, logement très propre et calme, avec un +++ pour la baignoire balnéo :-). Parking un peu compliqué à trouver, mais propriétaire dispo de suite par tél. Je recommande, nous y retournerons.

Moyennement contente

Appartement propre Mais canapé dur quand on est assis dedans. Lave linge se met en erreur lors de l essorage La TV ne marche plus de temps à autre. Il n y a que les chaînes italiennes ou anglaises Chasse d eau qui coule ( WC à l étage) Dans la station ,, du bruit généré par des travaux en cours dans une résidence en face .....TOUTE LA JOURNÉE Un peu déçue. Aussi , pas d activités dans le centre de la belle plagne .....centre de la station un peu " mort ". Sinon beaux paysages Proprietaire sympa Il est venu nous voir le dimanche en fin d après-midi.....Pas d état des lieux......bizarre Si je pouvais réserver à nouveau ça ne serait pas là. Malheureusement , je ne pourrai demander un remboursement ?!?!? On est partis un jour plus tôt. Le vendredi.......au lieu du samedi . Mme Wintz.

Quelle surprise que de lire ce style de commentaire . 15 ans de location est une deuxième appréciation négative sur mon appartement . Je me permets dons de répondre point par point à vos problèmes rencontré durant votre semaine . Je n'ai jamais entendu la moindre critiques sur le canapé du salon depuis 15 ans de location , vous êtes la première à me signaler ce problème . Pour le lave linge je suis passé le samedi et dimanche pour vérifier son fonctionnement ( 2 lavages ) et je n'ai constaté aucun soucis ... Le système d'évacuation des wc peut parfois resté en position ouvert , cela est déjà arrivée . Je vous ai expliqué que cela n’empêchè pas son utilisation et vous avez refusé de réutilisé ce wc pour la semaine . Vous m'avez appelé le jeudi vers les 14 h pour me signaler que n'aviez plus les chaines française à 18 h celle ci était revenu . Je ne gère pas le système de réception TV de la station . Il y a effectivement 2 chantiers en cours sur la station , rénovation principalement fait en intérieur . J'habite à belle plagne à l'année et n'est pas constaté de bruit empêchant la tranquillité du site . Je ne fais pas d'état des lieux puisque je marche à la confiance . Je prends le risque en cas de dégradation dans l'appartement de ne pas etre couvert . C'est un choix en faveur de mes vacanciers. Pour finir je suis passé le dimanche soir et vous m’avez fait une ébauche désastreuse de ce que vous viviez en état venue à belle plagne . La route Nice la plagne trop longue , la route de montée qui tourne trop , pas d'animation dans la station , vérification de la propreté du logement en marchant en chaussette blanche et vérifier si celle ci reste blanche . Vous êtes partie 1 jour plus tôt de votre plein grès . Quelle déception d'avoir un commentaire de ce style , alors que je fais mon maximum pour entretenir mon appartement en état . Pour finir , j'ai offert 2 kits draps et serviettes pour la semaine , mais cela est vite oublié . J'apprends tous les jours à mes dépends la dure réalité des commentaires d'internet ....
