Amazing stay. Jusr what we needed.

Loved this resort, the view from the patio, concenience to taxis, the pool, Sapphire Beach and Red Hook ferry. Also caught the parasailing boat right outside the door.

Exactly as advertised

The property was nice and clean. Everything worked properly and the condo had a spectacular view. It is also close to Red Hook, which is nice for shopping, eating and drinking. And Sapphire Beach is within walking distance which makes it nice as well. Hard to beat for the price. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo Overlooking the Marina

The condo was very clean and very accurate as described on the VBRO website. The 1st night the power went out. I contacted Terrance and he responded right away. Apparently, St. Thomas has rolling power outages at various times each day. Power went out several times during our stay at several other locations, i.e., St. Johns, restaurants and shopping. That's Island Life! We truly enjoyed our stay.

Not horrible not great

Never received an email from owner with code to access condo even after reaching out and asking for instructions. Had to be given code from secretary. Wi-Fi had been updated which would’ve been great but his instructions for Wi-Fi haven’t been updated from old Wi-Fi network so no Wi-Fi. All in all it was a fine stay but won’t be staying there again.

Paradise Retreat

My wife and I stayed the last week of April for our Anniversary. I can't say enough about this cozy little studio with amazing marina and island views. The unit has more than you will need, from the beach chairs and coolers to the bathroom linens and kitchen extras. Had a minor issue with a door handle breaking due to the salt air corrosion... emailed Stacy... and the next day it was fixed. Talk about quick responses. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows and extra blankets if needed. In the email when you rent Stacy tells you to close the bathroom sliders at night if you have the AC on... don't over look this advice, it makes a huge difference plus it allows you to run the AC shorter. The views are amazing as described. Nothing like sitting on the balcony having coffee early in the morning watching the boats leave the marina... could totally get used to island life living. We interacted with several of the residents in this building and on the Sapphire property and found all to be welcoming and knowledgeable. Directly across the parking lot is a really nice pool and a little restaurant that serves very good cuisine, pizza, pub food... and the coldest beers we found on the island. The new Sapphire Bar & Grill on the beach is awesome... you never have to leave the resort... even had live music a couple of afternoons. Make sure you check out the man on da beach... Thomas... can't miss him he hand makes cool things out of palms and coconuts, is very reasonable... and has some great stories of the islands. Just want to say thanks to Terrance and Stacy for sharing your perfect slice of paradise with us. Rich & Jenn Burlington, NJ

Great View!

The property is outdated and in need of some repairs. Our biggest concern was the lack of internet and TV. We did reach out to Terrance and finally had access to internet, but never got TV. The property's best feature is the great view!

Perfect location

Condo was a great location for our winter trip. Easy to get to Sapphire beach or hang out at the pool it was all we could have asked for. Condo has everything you could need or want, has plenty of stuff for a beach day as well. Would stay here again for sure.

Great stay. Pool and restaurant/bar extremely close, few feet away. View from balcony is great. Sapphire beach is amazing with best snorkeling on island. The beach is walkable but much better to drive(less than 1 minute drive up and down hill). Red hook for restaurants, groceries, and ferry to St Johns is 3 min drive. Great location

This property absolutely did not disappoint! It was in a perfect location to Saphire Beach, Red Hook to catch the ferry and the restaurant across from the room was so accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for the wonderful vacation!!

Great location

The property met our needs! It is dated and in need of some TLC but was clean and well stocked. Bed was comfortable. Best part of this unit is its location, Steps from the restaurant and pool, close to the office, short walk to the beach. We had an amazing week diving, driving around the island, visiting St. John. We would stay here again.

We had an amazong stay! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for the week we stayed! The view from the balcony is absolutely gorgeous! We spent every morning on the balcony taking in the views! Loved Sudis bar/restuarant across the parking lot! Terrance was a great host we would definitely book again!

Harbor views are incredible

Had a fantastic time here. The unit is perfectly situated at the entrance of the marina, bed and linens were clean and comfortable, and the home is spotlessly cleaned. Lots of extra toiletries, in case anything was forgotten. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and can’t wait to return.
