About this property

Lovely apartament very well furnished composed of a day area with kitchenette and two bedrooms, both with their own bathroom. One of the bedroom has a double bed, the other one has a single bed that can be converted in bunk bed. The flat has a large terrace that looks over the sea, with table, chairs, a sun umbrella and sun beds. The apartment is part of an old country house completely restored in 2007 with bioarchitecture principles. The house is surrounded by a peaceful garden with olive trees and flowers. We are 5km from toll station of Lavagna (motorway Genova-La Spezia); 8km from the beach; 25 km from Portofino; 40 km from the Cinque Terre.

Nous avons passé un séjou...

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable à la villa Paggi. Alessandra et son mari sont très accueillants et discrets. Ils sont toujours prêts à répondre à nos questions et donnent des conseils très judicieux pour les visites. La villa Paggi bénéficie d'une grande terrasse avec vue imprenable sur la mer. Calme et repos y sont assurés. La villa Paggi est idéalement située pour découvrir la région, et bénéficie de la proximité de l'ensemble de services à moins de 10 minutes ( gare, commerces, plage) Vous pouvez y aller en toute tranquillité ! "Notre séjour de cet été ...

"Notre séjour de cet été à été vraiment fantastique. Alessandra et son mari sont très accueillants, et très gentils en plus d être très professionnels. Le logement est décoré avec goût et bien agence. La vue est magnifique et il y a une grande terrasse. Nous aimerions y retourner !"

"Location conforme à l'an...

"Location conforme à l'annonce.Propriétaires très gentils et au service du client.Absolument à conseiller. Endroit très calme. Aménagements extérieurs et intérieurs de toute beauté. Super PDJ. Alexandra nous donnait de bons conseils pour les visites et les restaurants. Acces par une petite route sinueuse et un peu étroite " ma c'est l'italie ; va bene ).Vue imprenable."
