Beautiful apartment in a fabulous location

Spent two fantastic weeks staying at this lovely, comfortable apartment. It’s ideal for exploring the stunning beaches of the Costa Smeralda and centrally located for visiting the North, North East and North West coasts. The village of San Pasquale has a great local shop selling fresh bread, fruit, veg and meat. Being on top of a hill you get a lovely breeze to keep you cool. Even though we stayed in August, we were never too hot and never needed the aircon, but it’s there in the master bedroom and living room should you need it. The apartment was spotlessly clean and lovingly decorated in a beach / Sardinian theme and you can tell it’s the pride and joy of the owners rather than being operated as a holiday rental business. It’s got everything you could possibly need to cater for yourselves and we enjoyed many dinners on the terrace with views over the Maddelana archipelago, which you must visit if you stay here. Of course there are many great places to eat nearby if you prefer to go out, including a pizzeria in the village which was great and in nearby Palau (try Il Kalamaro if you like seafood). Claudia, the owner, is so kind and helpful, and responded really quickly to all our enquiries and requests for advice about the local area. The property is looked after by a lovely couple who live just across the road and despite our beginner level Italian, were just so warm and helpful. We were sad to say goodbye to Giacoma and Carlo and hope to see them again one day when we have learned more Italian! If you are looking for a holiday in the North East of Sardinia, I would 100% recommend this apartment and will try to book again next time we want to take a holiday in the area. We have stayed in many, many holiday rentals as we always go self catering, and this is one of the very best. Thank you Claudia for a truly wonderful stay. We hope to come back!

Appartamento molto accogliente e pulitissimo. Vista sul mare. Dotato di tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari.I signori Giacoma e Carlo sono gentlissimi e disponiblili per qualsiasi problema.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, alles super korrekt und komplette Ausstattung.

Wir waren das erste Mal auf Sardinien und sind davon total begeistert - daran hat Claudias Ferienwohnung einen erheblichen Anteil. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, mit Liebe eingerichtet, hat in der Tat eine schöne Terrasse mit tollen Ausblick und die Ansprechpartner vor Ort sind total süß. San Pasquale ist eine kleine Ortschaft, die auf einer Anhöhe liegt, wo auch immer ein angenehmes Windchen weht. Wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs und einen Wagen sollte man auch auf jeden Fall dabei haben, um die vielen versteckten Strände, die die Insel zu bieten hat, entdecken zu können und um auf die Anhöhe zu kommen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Exceptionnel

Une terrasse avec un point de vue exceptionnel, des chambres agréables et joliment décorées, une cuisine bien équipée, cette location, bien située dans un petit village à proximité (entre 15 et 30 minutes en voiture des plus belles plages de la région) , est tout simplement exceptionnelle. Un havre de paix avec les commerces indispensables accessibles à pied. Nous avons été très gentiment accueillis et conseillés par Giacoma et Massimo. Ce qui nous a bien simplifié le choix de nos lieux de baignade ou de promenade.

Venite qui!

Abbiamo prenotato questa casa per la nostra vacanza in Sardegna lo scorso anno e non ci siamo mai pentiti della scelta! La casa è fornitissima, pulita, ben arredata, senza contare che è sempre fresca e situata in una zona molto tranquilla. Molto disponibili Carlo e Giacoma, che ci hanno accolti al nostro arrivo! Naturalmente lo spostamento in macchina è necessario, qui come altrove in Sardegna, ma c'è anche il posto auto vicino l'ingresso. Personalmente la trovo adatta per famiglie e magari coppie di amici che desiderano vivere in tranquillità il soggiorno in questa bellissima isola. Consigliamo vivamente!!

Incantevole...

I proprietari, Claudia e Massimo, sono molto gentili e disponibili. La casa è accogliente, pulita, confortevole e fresca. Dal patio si gode una vista stupenda. Giacoma e Carlo sono persone squisite e premurose, per non parlare della mitica mappa della zona disegnata da Giacoma...utilissima e dettagliata!!! San Pasquale è molto carina e passeggiando si possono scoprire panorami mozzafiato, da non perdere il belvedere e la salita al punto d'osservazione sul monte sovrastante. Infine, ma ovviamente non per ordine d'importanza, grazie alla posizione strategica il mare su tre versanti è raggiungibile in pochi minuti. Adatta anche a famiglie con bambini come la nostra. "Nous avons été formidabl...

"Nous avons été formidablement bien accueilli, la location était conforme au descriptif. Tranquillité,fonctionnelle pour une famille de 4.Bon point de départ pour visiter les plages du Nord et les environs. Nous avions même des sites conseillés par notre hôte et c''était appréciable. L''accueil fait par la dame qui s''occupe du logement était super parce que disponible, de bons conseils. Sa connaissance du français a facilité nos échanges. La location a beaucoup de charme. Déjeuner, diner sur la terrasse est un plus quand on a des enfants... Nous recommandons cette location et serions prêts à retourner dans cette région. Nota bene : les parkings donnant accès aux plages sont tous payant à 1 euro de l''heure il faut être malin ou bien avoir un budget. Le premier jour, on s''est fait avoir, les suivants on s''est mis à marcher..."

"charmante maison idéalement située à égale distance de Santa Teresa et Palau dans un village surplombant la mer. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Giacoma et son mari qui se sont tenus à notre disposition pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux. Ils sont également de très bons conseillers pour les belles plages à proximité ainsi que les bons restos. Merci à Claudia et son mari pour cette jolie location très bien décorée et entretenue, et pour avoir été si arrangeants pour nos dates de réservation."

"Non possiamo che parlare benissimo della casa e dell''ospitalità ricevute. La foto pubblicate sul sito non rendono giustizia a questo appartamento. L''abitazione è dotata di tutto ed è molto confortevole e silenziosa. I proprietari che abbiamo avuto modo di conoscere solo telefonicamente sono delle persone molto gentili e disponibili e l''accoglienza di Carlo e Giacomina, è stata veramente straordinaria. Consigliamo a tutti la permanenza in questo piccolo paesino della Gallura, situato in una posizione strategica per visitare tutto il nord della Sardegna."

"This is a great house to stay and discover the northern part of Sardinia. The house is fully equiped and very nicely decorated. In addition, it is nicely situated in the calm village of San Pasquale, which in itself is close to nice beaches, towns and sights while at the same time outside the tourist hussle. The renters Massimo and Claudia were very kind and forthcoming. Moreover, the local contacts Jacomina and Carlo, who live in the house opposite, were ever so kind and warmly provided us with support, usfeful advice and even some nice gifts."

"Un séjour parfait. Gentillesse des propriétaires ( malgré leur absence); gentillesse des voisins ( Giacomina et Carlo) qui nous ont reçus. A l'arrivée, un petit cadeau de bienvenu ( une bouteille de vin sarde), des fleurs fraîches....Une maison décorée avec goût et qui dispose de tout le confort. Un prix très convenable. Il est toujours agréable de ressentir le fait qu'une réservation de ce type n'est pas seulement une affaire d'argent. Très franchement, à ce jour, notre meilleure location Homelidays"
