Villa Michel: parfait pour profiter de la Corse

Un petit coin tranquille pour un séjour de rêve en Corse. Location très agréable et fonctionnelle. Idéale pour 4 personnes. Situation idéale pour profiter du secteur Porto-Vecchio. Des plages magnifiques à proximité et de belles balades en montagne également. Des proriétaires à l'écoute et disponibles même sans être sur place. Bref, excellente location

Bon séjour

Globalement bon séjour dans cette appartement à Lecci . Bon emplacement pour visiter le sud de l’île Maison propre et relativement grande Communication rapide et efficace avec les propriétaires Le gros bémol de notre séjour a été la température dans le logement . Il n’y a pas la Clim ( comme indiqué dans l’annonce) mais malgré le fait que le logement soit dans les hauteurs il fait vraiment très très chaud ce qui a rendu nos nuits très compliqués … Heureusement les propriétaires nous ont fait apporte un deuxième ventilateur .

Une maison ideale au calme Et bien positionné

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! La maison est spacieuse il y a deux chambres un grand séjour et une belle cuisine avec deux terrasses en douche extérieure. Une très belle vue sur les collines verdoyantes au calme et la lune. Paolo et Linda sont à l’écoute et pourrons vous aider avec les lieux pour dire les courses. La plage de saint Cyprien est à 10 minutes de voitures. La position est stratégique pour visiter l’intérieur aussi à 20 minutes. Idéale pour une famille. Je recommande !

Sehr gute und saubere Unterkunft - sehr netter Vermieter - einfache und unkomplizierte Kommunikation

Sehr schöne und grosse Unterkunft. Zwar relativ abgelegen, aber mit dem Auto sind sehr schöner Strand (San Ciprian, Cala Rossi) in 7min und guter Laden mit Bäcker in 5min erreichbar. Outdoor Holzkohlengrill vorhanden.

Buon appartamento

Casa conforme all'annuncio. Si tratta di una villetta bifamiliare. Posizione molto tranquilla, sulle colline in campagna, nella macchia mediterranea. Anche di notte molto silenzio, solo qualche cane che abbaia ogni tanto. La spiaggia più vicina è San Cipriano, raggiungibile in meno di 10 minuti di macchina. E' assolutamente indispensabile avere la macchina. Ci sono diversi supermercati e negozietti di alimentari sparsi nelle vicinanze. La veranda della casa è fruibile soprattutto a pranzo e a cena, visto che è orientata a est, quindi al mattino ha il sole diretto. La casa dispone di un piccolo giardinetto sul retro con sdraio, barbecue e doccia esterna molto comoda. All'interno la casa è spaziosa. Grande bagno. Dotazione della cucina sufficiente, nel senso che c'è l'indispensabile. Sono presenti dei ventilatori nelle stanze principali. Proprietario molto cortese, attento alle necessità degli inquilini. Si è impegnato a soddisfare al massimo tutte le nostre richieste, per questo lo ringraziamo molto. E' stato molto serio e affidabile. Potete fidarvi di lui.

Tranquilla e spaziosa

La casa si trova in una zona molto tranquilla, la notte si dorme nel silenzio totale. Spaziosa, dotata di tutto (anche lavatrice), ha una comoda doccia esterna per lavar via il sale al ritorno dal mare. Dalla casa si raggiunge in auto la spiaggia in 10' (St. Cyprien) o 15'-20' (Pinarello) - entrambe le spiagge molto belle e (inizio Agosto) non affollate, un po' di alghe a seconda delle giornate ma solitamente fondo sabbioso e acqua trasparente, qualche barca ormeggiata di troppo ma alla fine non disturbano. La tv satellitare permette la visione di tutti i canali italiani. A 10' c'e' un mercatino che vende tutto l'essenziale ma a prezzi alti, meglio fare 5' in piu' di strada e andare ad uno degli altri due supermercati sulla strada principale. Il proprietario sig. Paolo e' estremamente premuroso e gentile: pur non essendo in loco ci ha inviato indicazioni stradali precise per arrivare comodamente in loco e ci ha contattati una volta arrivati per sapere se tutto andava bene.

très belle location

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison, très bien agencée, très propre, très confortable. La maison est très bien située dans un bel environnement de maquis, très calme et l’accès aux plages de saint Cyprien et de Pinarello est facile(il faut une voiture).Nous conseillons cette location et notamment pour des personnes recherchant le calme et la tranquillité . L'accueil du propriétaire est très cordial.

Nous avons été charmé par cette petite maison ,située auprès de quelques villas . Maison confortable ,bien équipée, propre. Durant notre semaine le Mistral soufflant assez fort ,ne nous a permis d'utiliser le barbecue .Dommage mais sécurité avant tout . Un seul inconvénient , relativement isolée de tous commerces, des plages . La voiture est indispensable, mais bon , il a fait bon se reposer dans cet endroit ensoleillé .Merci à m. Paolo pour le suivi qu'il a bien voulu nous accorder . Françoise

Comfortable and airy accommodation in a quiet location

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this spacious and comfortable farm cottage. Its quiet location was, for us, a real plus: the ability to eat breakfast on the front porch in the morning sun or relax on the rear patio in the evening was absolutely wonderful. The cottage's position made it easy for us to access the local beaches as well as walks and rock-pool swimming in the mountains inland. It is also conveniently placed for trips into Porto Vecchio and Bonifacio. There are some good restaurants and eating places in St Cyprien, situated a short distance away, as well as a very useful shop selling bread and groceries. The warm welcome we received from Paolo and his wife made us feel at home straight away. All in all, this delightful villa enabled us to have a most enjoyable and relaxing week in very pretty surroundings.

Ottima scelta!

Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti! Bella villetta, circondata dal verde nell'assoluto silenzio della collina, sufficientemente distante dal rumore di locali turistici e dalla trafficatissima strada statale, ideale per coppie o famigliole che amano spostarsi ogni giorno a visitare luoghi diversi. Molto vicina alla baia di San Cipriano e Pinarello ed altrettanto comoda per raggiungere le più belle spiagge, anche fino a Bonifacio, o per addentrarsi nell'entroterra e svalicare sulla costa ovest di Propiano. La prossimità di Porto Vecchio, raggiungibile in 15/20 minuti, permette di rientrare ed uscire nuovamente la sera a cena senza dover fare troppa strada. La casa è spaziosa ed accogliente, molto pulita e ben equipaggiata, con un bel terrazzo soleggiato molto gradevole a colazione e cena. A rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole, la cordialità del proprietario Paolo che ci ha chiamato ad inizio e fine vacanza per darci il benvenuto e sincerarsi che fossimo rimasti soddisfatti. Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana e la consigliamo a chi ama la tranquillità di questa (ancora) splendida isola.

Sehr angenehmer Urlaub in Porto Veccio

Wir habe eine schöne Woche im Haus von Paolo und Linda verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, alles notwendige vorhanden und die Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Für drei Personen ist der Platz üppig dimensioniert (2 Schlafzimmer), gute Betten und auch sonst komplett eingerichtet, wir waren rundherum zufrieden.

Nous avons passé d'excell...

Nous avons passé d'excellente vacance dans cette charmante et accueillante maison. Les moustiquaires étaient les bienvenues...et la douche extérieure génial, après la plage une petite douche avant de rentrer... Tout le necéssaire (vaisselle) était présent, les lits confortables... seul bémol, la tv était que en italien mais ns ns en sommes bien passé...le barbeucue un régal... la maison est de plus bien situé, les plages sont proches...et à notre arrivée, nous attendait une bouteille de vin que nous avait offert gentillement le proprio...sa cousine nous a très bien accueilli...nous comptons bien y retourner si notre budget nous le permet...
