Lovely beach property

Excellent location, very spacious and well equipped. The property was spotless and well prepared for any needs any renters may have. The owner was always in touch and ready to help with any questions. We appreciated the restaurant suggestions she emailed us.

The location and view are wonderful. The beautiful condo is well furnished and stocked. King beds were comfortable. Large living room overlooking the ocean is great for family gathering. The owner, Erika was very helpful. As was the staff. we hope to return again.

Excellent experience every year

We found this property a few years ago and have returned every year since then. It accommodates our family of 6 well, with more than enough room and sleeping arrangements. We all tend to gravitate to the large living room which is extremely comfortable with an incredible beach view and a large balcony. Erika has always been a fantastic host.

Good stay

This unit has a large living room which is great for entertaining. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary items. The air conditioner worked great which was a pleasant surprise because often we've rented units in Port A where AC can't keep up. The room with the bunk beds is small but our teenage boys made do. They really enjoyed the sound system in the living room. Overall satisfied.

My husband, Bick, my three children, and I have enjoyed BeachSide #514 as our second home for the last 16 years. We live in Austin and visit Port Aransas often. We are in the restaurant business in Austin, and we find that Port Aransas has some of the best restaurants in Texas! We are lucky to have such a wonderful escape, and we hope you will enjoy our home-away as much as we enjoy it.

Why they chose this property

The Aransas Princess Condominium is by far the finest property in Port Aransas. The building has less than half of the condos available as rentals. This helps to keep the property immaculate. The beach directly in front of the Condo is essecncially a private beach in that the area is sectioned off from automobiles. During the busy summer months, one can easily secure a section of the water front on the beach.

What makes this property unique

Our condo, BeachSide #514, is a unique condo in that we have an end condo. Since we are an end unit, we have three balconies. The views from our condo are "Million Dollar" views. Our condo is the only condo on the end that is available for rentals. Also, our condo offers a HUGE living room. We have two extra-large sectional sofas with tons of room for game playing, and rowdy kiddos.
