YEAR ROUND RELAXATION...

Welcome to a well kept 2000 square foot condominium. This unit is on the top floor of our building and has an elevator that takes you to the pool, parking lot and boat dock! The unit's location provides stunning views with little noise and the elevator allows the convenience of little effort when transporting items.

The gated community of Cedar Heights is just three miles south of Camdenton, Missouri off Highway 54. We are located on the West side of the quiet and beautiful Big Niangua Arm (MM 13) of the Lake next to the scenic Ha Ha Tonic park. We are easy to find, no long & winding lake roads to this property.

We have strived to furnish the condo for your enjoyment. The full kitchen has a table & chairs, an open breakfast bar, refrigerator w/ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, clothes washer, clothes dryer, and every item you will need for cooking and eating. The spacious living room has a huge sectional, chair and cable television for your enjoyment. Broadband Internet with Wireless availability as well. The deck overlooking the lake has gorgeous views and plenty of seating for you to relax or to cook with our gas grill.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, dresser, private access to the deck, large walk-in closet, flat screen television, and a private full bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed & armoire, large closet and an adjoining bath with a tub/shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed & dresser and closet. The fourth bedroom off the loft has a king bed with a private bath. The loft is overlooking the living room with an additional couch, chair and television & a bonus queen murphy bed. The unit is furnished with linens and towels for all three baths and kitchen. All you need are your toiletries & the towels for your water activities.

The complex has 3 large swimming pools for your pleasure. Boat and Jet-Ski rentals are available nearby. Close by are many beautiful and challenging golf courses. Also nearby are dozens of lakefront restaurants and night clubs accessible by land or water. There are grocery stores and shopping in Camdenton only five minutes away and Osage Beach 15 minutes away. We are on a much calmer part of lake... Away from the big, loud boats, and brutal waves. Perfect for skiing, tubing, and fishing.

A security deposit is required to hold reservations. It will only be kept in the event of damages or late cancellations.

Perfect Getaway on the lake

We have 25 other people staying across the lake... so staying here was convenient and quick to travel back and forth. From the SPACE... to the easy access by road or boat, this place had it all. LOVED the balcony and pools too!

We were very happy with the accommodations. Everything worked as intended. We were impressed by the amount of kitchen supplies (pot, pans, griddles, etc). Overall the condo was well stocked. The washer and dryer is a big plus after swimming days.

Why they chose this property

Camdenton is a little less hectic & a lot more family friendly than Osage Beach. This area has all the amenities you need while providing a very quiet and comfortable environment. This area of the lake is always calm & great for fishing, skiing, tubing, swimming, or just casual boating. Ha Ha Tonka state park is located only a half-mile from this property and is very popular among boaters, sightseers, and naturalists.

What makes this property unique

We own and stay at this property several times a year with family & friends. This is why we have provided so many sleeping arrangements. We have tried to make it a home away from home. Our condo is well equipped with everything you'd expect to have at home, well decorated, comfortable and clean. You will not be disappointed.
