Gated Golf Community Pool Home
Kelly Greens Golf and Country Club is located just minutes from the glorious beaches of world-renowned Sanibel & Captiva Islands.The Newly redone (2017) 6800-yard par 72 championship golf course wends its way through the community and is designed to appeal to anyone who plays for the enjoyment of a more demanding course . Our Home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with a Pool , lanai and outdoor living area complete with Bar and refrigerator .Uniquely appointed and comfortable to enjoy your stay with all the conveniences of home . A full membership transfer fee of $400 allows you the use of the Clubhouse restaurant, tennis courts, golf, fitness facility and clubhouse pool. A Clubhouse only membership transfer fee is $150 (no pool, golf, tennis or fitness facility). Golf carts are required until 4 pm at a additional cost of $32-55 / 18 hole round ( 2020-21 ) .
