Wer es etwas ruhiger haben will aber einen Pool . Genau richtig !

Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit . Leider keine Klimaanlage vorhanden . Pool super. Ausstattung Haus sehr gut.

Liebevoll eingerichtet Ferienwohnung und Garten, die Gastfreundschaft ist unbeschreiblich gut

Liebe Maurizia, vielen Dank das wir bei euch eine Woche unseres Urlaubs verbringen durften. Die Wohnung ist für eine Familie angenehm groß und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Eure Herzlichkeit und die tollen Tips haben aber alles übertroffen. Auch haben wir eure Tiere und die Nachbarskatze ins Herz geschlossen. Das Haus liegt wunderbar ruhig und nichts stört die Ruhe. Der Garten ist gepflegt und der Pool war super. Wir haben während unserer Zeit hier auch Rom besucht. Mit dem Auto sind es ca. 1,5 h, aber man kann Rom auch mit dem Zug erreichen. Alles in allem war es eine super Woche, vielen Dank dafür.

Séjour magnifique !

Très belle location, très bien située à 1h20 en train de Rome et 45 min de la mer de l'Argentario, àun quart d'heure de la plage, tout près de Tarquinia. L'appartement est très spacieux, décoré avec beaucoup de gout et fonctionnel, avec une petite terrasse privée, ombragée dès 15h00. La piscine est très grande et entourée de tout le matériel pour se détendre au soleil ou à l'ombre de la tonnelle. Maurizia et Stefano, les propriétaires sont toujours prêts à donner de bons conseils et rendre service, en toute discrétion. Nous recommandons cette location.

"La casetta est très mignonne, meublée avec goût, au calme, le petit déjeuner servi sous la tonnelle est un régal. Maurizia et Stéfano ont fait leur maximum pour rendre notre séjour agréable, et ils ont réussi ! merci à eux deux."

N''hésitez pas à demander des conseils à vos hôtes pour la découverte des sites étrusques et autres balades culturelles,sportives ou encore balnéaire. Et profitez aussi de leur belle piscine. "Zeer net en ruim apparte...

"Zeer net en ruim appartement in een zeer rustige omgeving. Uitzicht (vergezichten) over velden. Huisraad is compleet en van goede kwaliteit. Uitstekend zwembad. Appartement ligt aan half-verharde weg. Goede uitvalsbasis voor Noord-Lazio, Zuid-Toscane en Zuid-Umbrië."

"Location située au calme et à l'écart de la route, très belle situation pour visiter l'Etrurie, Tuscania, Tarquinia et Viterbo. Accueil très agréable, piscine relaxante, vues sur les champs à perte de vue. Beaucoup de chaleur en toute simplicité de la part de Maurizia. Très belles vacances !"

"Die wunderschöne, geschm...

"Die wunderschöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. In absoluter Ruhe gelegen, liebevoll gepflegt, sehr gut ausgestattet und penibel gereinigt, ist die Wohnung im ersten OG des Hauses auch bei großer Wärme sehr angenehm, da alle vier Himmelsrichtungen Fenster mit Fliegennetzen aufweisen. Die Entfernung zum Meer ist mit dem Auto in 15 min gering, allerdings benötigt man ein eigenes Auto, da das Haus mitten in Feldern liegt und nur über eine Schotterstraße erreichbar ist, auf der normalerweise Schafe zur Weide geführt werden. Der ca 16 Meter lange Pool ist in bestem Zustand und wird täglich gepflegt. Murizia und Stefano sind sehr aufmerksame, rücksichtsvolle, freundliche und zurückhaltende Vermieter, die die Wünsche Ihrer Gäste immer berücksichtigen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren von Maurizia durch ihre Kuchen, die Aprikosen und Feigen reichlich verwöhnt. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen!!! Mille grazie per una settimana bellissima Maurizia e Stefano!"
