nous avons fait tout ce que nous avions prévu: visite des nécropoles et des musées étrusques qui se trouvaient à proximité.La maison, très agréable,nous est apparue un peu difficile d'accès si on ne connait pas. Maurizia est absolument très gentill et agréable. nous sommes tous très heureux d'avoir passé ce séjour dans cet hébergement,et dans cette campagne u LATIUM

tranquillita' tra gli ulivi

siamo stati ospiti nel mese di agosto. maurizia e stefano sono state delle persone simpatiche e disponibili. la casa è veramente una "chicca". carina, accogliente e pratica. ci siamo subito ambientati e il nostro cane ha vissuto in liberta' in mezzo agli ulivi. la consiglio per chi ama la tranquillita' . unica pecca sono stati gli insetti , anche se essendo in campagna bisogna metterli in conto!

Schönes Häuschen im Grünen

Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Verständigung war durch ihre guten Englischkenntnisse einfach. Das Objekt liegt abseits von einem Ort mitten im Grünen und ja da trifft man auch täglich auf Ameisen, Eidechsen und andere Tierchen. Für einen richtigen Stadtmenschen ist es nichts. Für uns war es perfekt. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren sauber und in großer Menge vorhanden. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Absolute Ruhe.Sehr schön

Das Haus liegt sehr abseits( lediglich 2 weitere in unmittelbarer Nähe)inmitten von Olivenbäumen. Es ist sehr ruhig.Der Schotterweg der zurückgelegt werden muss ist relativ gut befahrbar aber auch holprig. Das Haus ist sehr sauber,bis auf den Backofen, die Matratzen relativ neu und bequem. Für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern ideal. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir mussten sie kaum kontaktieren da alles perfekt vorbereitet war. Was etwas unangenehm war waren die vielen Insekten...im.Prinzip jeden Tag wieder neue....trotz Fliegen gitter finden sie Wege....wir hatten Wespen Schnaken Ameisen Käfer Spinnen und sogar Hornissen die es geschafft haben durch das Gitter oder den Kamin einzudringen. Das ist aber wohl so wenn man ein Haus abseits hat.. was etwas fehlt ist Stauraum für die klamotten.Es gibt keine Schränke aber es ging schon mal für 2 Wochen aus dem Koffer zu leben. Die Lage ist absolut perfekt für zahlreiche Ausflüge. Zum Meer nicht weit und zum See und ins Landesinnete auch nicht. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Urlaub und wir würden wieder kommen!

Schönes Ferienhaus in sehr ruhiger Lage

Wir waren 3 Gäste und 15 Tage im Ferienhaus. Die Kommunikation vor der Ankunft war problemlos und sehr nett. Es ist ein schönes Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage zwischen Olivenbäumen und vielen anderen Pflanzen. Die Verwalterin war diskret, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab sogar WLAN, was besonders unsere Tochter freute!!! Im Haus ist alles sauber und wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Es sind genügend Handtücher vorhanden und nach der ersten Woche erfolgte ein Bettwäschewechsel. Vor den Fenstern und an der Tür gibt es Fliegengitter. Man kann sich wirklich gut erholen. Leider führt der Weg zum Haus über einen ca. 5 minütigen Feldweg mit vielen Schlaglöchern und Dreck, was für das Auto nicht gut ist. Das sollte in Zukunft verbessert werden...so ein schönes Haus sollte eine bessere Zufahrt haben. Viele Grüße und vielleicht sehen wir uns mal wieder!

Molto graziosa con qualche pecca da migliorare

Siamo stati ospiti del Gilbertino per 3 notti a fine agosto. La posizione è per gli amanti della natura e della pace. Il podere è una bomboniera, arredato con gusto e fornito di tutto il necessario con biancheria pulita e profumata. Maurizia è stata davvero gentile e disponibile anche nel darci molte dritte. Trattandosi di un contesto di campagna, essendo immerso in un uliveto è normale che ci sia la presenza di molti insetti (che purtroppo se si accende il barbecue di cui è dotata la casa, corrono in numerosi e non si gode a pieno del bel patio). Ci sono le zanzariere ma comunque aperta la porta di ingresso qualche ospite etra sempre :). Direi che nel complesso è stata una buona esperienza, rivedrei solo qualche aspetto pratico nella cura dei dettagli nella manutenzione della casa, la strada per arrivarci è breve ma molto sterrata e se non sia un fuoristrada bisogna andar molto piano, dunque diciamo che un'asfaltata e un pò più di illuminazione sarebbero giuste. Magari ci rivedremo, un saluto dallo Zunno's group! Ps: salutiamo anche il bel e dolcissimo gattone rosso che ci veniva sempre a trovare, noi lo abbiamo chiamato Tommaso :)
