About this property

VAL THORENS, T2, 26M2, south facing, 2 bedrooms and living room, functional

Our apartment is located in the residence Les Lauzières in the heart of Val Thorens. It was renovated in April 2017. Rental from Saturday to Saturday.
It is south facing and has a large balcony of 8 m² to enjoy the mountain views and the sun.
Ideal for 2 couples, or 1 couple and 2 children because it has two sleeping rooms, while leaving the living room free. Maximum 4 adults
It is very sunny and bright, facing the top Caron, in a quiet location of the resort, near the sports center, shops, ski schools.
Departure and return skis
It is tastefully decorated and is very functional.

The household is the responsibility of the tenant (possibility to request that the household be done). Linen not provided.

DESCRIPTION
.It has 2 independent sleeping areas:
  - a closed bedroom with a double bed, closet
  - a room with a BZ (2 places), a large closet,
   can be separated from the living room by a sliding door.
.In the living room a sofa bed , you find a coffee table and a window, a flat screen TV.
. very functional kitchen open to the living room: table with 4 chairs, ceramic hob 4 burners, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, raclette dishes ....... not mismatched, homemaker, champagne glass ...
. A bathroom with a bathtub.

Locatie lag dicht bij het winkelcentrum. Appartement was net zoals omschreven in de advertentie en de foto’s. De Host was zeer vriendelijk, behulpzaam en betrouwbaar. De ski in was OK. Ski out was moeilijker, zeker voor een beginnende skiër. Leuk balkon op het zuiden. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Un emplacement idéal au coeur de la station, accès direct aux pistes de ski, proximité des commerces et de la piscine, superbe vue sur le domaine skiable et un logement très fonctionnel pour notre séjour en famille avec nos 2 grands enfants :-)

Appartement bien situé Très bien équipé, lave vaisselle , four, tout le nécessaire est de qualité. Fonctionnel et propre . (très bien entretenu) Très bien pour 4 personnes , chambres séparées. Dans un domaine skiable formidable. Seul petit bémol, les casiers à skis ne sont pas très bien situés dans l'immeuble. (Mais c'est vraiment pour trouver un petit défaut) Adresse à recommander !

Très bien placé et appartement confortable

L'appartement est très bien situé à proximité des pistes et non loin du centre. Les échanges avec la propriétaire étaient rapides et agréables. L'appartement est fonctionnel et rempli parfaitement son office. Les commodités sont là, il est néanmoins à prévoir ses draps et serviettes de toilette.

L annonce sur le site précise que draps et serviettes ne sont pas compris dans la location. Par contre il est possible de les louer. Une adresse est donnée au locataire pour louer draps et serviettes à la réservation.

"Accomodation in good con...

"Accomodation in good condition with new kitchen area. Plenty of cooking equipment. Bathroom a bit tired but clean and functional. One folding bed seemed difficult to open & close but eventually got the knsck. Plenty of great snow so could ski in and out of apartment block. Close to town centre and supermarket but fairly quiet at night despite the night marshalls stopping the week before we arrived and the 500 or so students in town! Friends in other locations had far worse noise issues. Sunny balcony when sun was out. Great snow and skiing the week we were there."

"L'appartement est bien situé, proche du centre ville et les pistes. Nous n'avons pas eu le probleme des bruits malgré le fait que l'appartement soit à côté de l'ascenseur. Propre, decoration et equipement plus tôt simple mais c'est correct. Le gardien et les proprietaires sont sympa. Nous avons 2 enfants de bas ages, pas de souci pendant le sejour. A prevoir peut etre une chaise haute pour le repas des enfants car il n'y a qu'un siege pliant et 2 bancs, qui conviennent pas aux enfants de moins de 2 ans."

"Super station, logement propre, confortable et suffisamment grand pour 4, résidence calme. Petit plus : quelques attentions pratiques telles que le nécessaire à couture, les produits ménager, l'appareil à raclette... Bon contact téléphonique avec les propriétaires. Seul bémol : des chaises seraient plus confortables que des bancs (pour les jeux de société le soir avec les enfants ...)et un petit micro-onde serait le bienvenu !"
