The limit of guests on the property is the booking amount of persons, this reflects our "No Events or Parties" house rule. If more people are on the property at any time than the booking reflects, the damage deposit will be withheld.
In addition, only two (2) vehicles are allowed on the property unless arrangements are made before booking. There is no on-street parking allowed. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the vehicle owners expense.
There is one only recorded surveillance camera in use outside the front of the house facing the driveway and the front door.
The limit of guests and vehicles, along with the surveillance camera is to ensure the safety and quality of experience for our guests and also to be sure the properties use is in harmony with our great neighbors.
