Excellent Time

During our visit to Sarasota, we wanted to stay somewhere central so that we could access beaches, shopping, aquarium, amusement parks etc. and this location was perfect. They had all the beach gear we needed, accommodated a bed rail for my youngest, was very clean and has a great space for the kids to play around. They loved it.

Perfect family beach getaway

The best rental we’ve stayed at yet! We had to reschedule due to hurricane damage and from the initial booking through after checkout, Milena was so helpful and communicative! The house is clean, stacked with plenty of entertainment and relaxation and in a great location! We hope to come back and stay at this beautiful home again!

Great spot in Sarasota

This property worked great for our month long stay in Sarasota. Home is exceptionally clean and well-furnished for all our needs. Screened in Lani with pool was a hit with our grandkids and everyone else. 15 minutes to Siesta Key Beach and St Armonds. Will definitely stay here again.

Girls Weekend

We had a wonderful experience and great weekend. The house is beautiful and has everything you need when a way from Home and for the beach. The host was so easy to get a hold of and helpful. Very prompt.

Great place

We had a girls weekend there and everything was as advertised. The pool area is just enough for adults to relax, we played pool and ping pong at night and all beds were comfy. The owner was very Quick to respond and we enjoyed all the beach equipment. We would love to stay there again in to future.

Harrell vacation

We really enjoy our stay. We have 4 kids and the house and pool were the perfect fit for us. The only thing we didn’t like was having to bother/message the owner when we wanted to turn pool jets on. During the day the house did get warm but all in all it was a great stay and vacation.

Perfect Place!

Quick Sarasota get a way

Absolutely wonderful place to stay with every amenity we could want. Extremely comfortable. Very responsive to communication. Only negative is the steep driveway but by far one of the best vacation rentals we have done.

Fun in the Sun

This was a great find. The property was so clean and the location was great because we were able to go to both Siesta Key and Lido Key and neither was very far. The game room was a blast. I forgot how much fun playing games was. We would definitely stay here again. Hopefully soon.

Perfect Sarasota get away!

So glad we found this place. Perfect location. Close to everything we wanted to do. So cutely decorated. Super clean, comfy beds, had everything we needed. Game room was super fun! Would highly recommend staying here. We will be back! A+++

Awesome perfect location

Pictures are exactly what advertised. The house we great and lots of space for all of us. Anytime we had a question we got a response immediately. Really appreciated all the beach chairs, towels umbrellas and wagon. Made things so easy to spend time in the beaches. The location was perfect for shopping and getting ti many beaches. Had more than enough supplies did t have to purchase anything extra. Would stay again.

HS Graduation

Top notch experience for a fun, and at times frantic, weekend. My son graduated high school in Sarasota, and I wanted to host family from out of town to commemorate the event. The house was perfect for us - spacious, accommodating, updated and well appointed. The pool was a hit, but the game room probably saw more action :) Milena was super attentive to everything and was always in contact. It was an amazing and memorable weekend - many thanks for helping to make that happen, Milena.

We could not have asked for anything more from our time at Siesta Breeze. The home is warm, welcoming and had everything we needed for a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Beautiful and relaxing

Thank you for sharing your home with my family. The house was just as I was expecting. Beautiful and felt just like home. The pool and game room were a win for us. I loved being able to watch a movie while relaxing in the pool. We all enjoyed every minute of our stay. The only thing I didn't like was the driveway being so steep on a busy road with our teenagers driving our cars. 😬 We would love to stay again. The Presnells

Great House, but busy street

The house is really great - stylish, great back patio and pool. No dishwasher was only deficiency, but just a minor inconvenience. But the house is on a busy, yet residential, street - 4 lanes. And there is a very short uphill driveway. Getting in and out might be a challenge at certain times a day. And there was considerable road noise during the day. Other than that the house was clean, comfortable and very well done - our thanks to the host!

Great home, modern amenities, close to the brach

We absolutely loved our time. The game room was awesome. The house was beautiful and extremely clean. Initially I wasn’t expecting the house to be on a somewhat busy street, however it did not pose any issues and by the second day we viewed it as a plus - quicker access to wherever we were going. The pool was a bit small but the game room more than made up for any missed pool time. Excellently stocked beach gear in the garage. It was truly wonderful not to needed to purchase or bring anything else. I had a little trouble one day with the electronic front door lock but I suspect it was user error. The owner/manager responded promptly with a code change and we were in before we knew it. We would absolutely recommend and return again.

Beautiful home!!

We have family in the area and it’s so wonderful to stay in such a beautiful clean spacious fun home! Milena has everything you need for your stay and the game room was over the top fun! We enjoyed it so much! I. Spent a lot of time on the patio from Morning to night so nice and relaxing plenty of chair the tv and seating were amazing. I loved the swing and picnic table! This house is spotless and so well decorated and set up for your comfort ! She has lots of extra gadgets as well! Amazon dots for playing music! The beds were so comfy as well. She is so willing to help with anything you need and answered me so quickly when I had a question! We will definitely be back to stay at this amazing home! She really has done such a beautiful job. Probably the nicest one we have stayed in that’s for sure ! The pool is Gorgous and was so nice to have a heated pool for our November trip. Don’t hesitate to stay here. Thanks so much Milena we loved it !
