The air-conditioned modern furnished villa has 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, large living room with fireplace and TV. All bedrooms are fully equipped with their own TV. The kitchen is also well equipped. The villa also includes two bathrooms with hairdryer, towels, bidet and shower. An outdoor bathroom with shower, toilet & washing machine is available on the large terrace. WLAN is available. The highlight of the villa is the outdoor Jacuzzi with direct sea view and an additional outdoor shower. Shopping facilities and restaurants are available nearby. the location and inclusions.

Everything was wonderful for our family of 3 generations for the holiday. Access to the beach was a bit tricky for grandparents at first but we all learned. The house was perfect and we will come again.

Tolles Haus am Strand

Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft in der Vorsaison mit unserer Familie. Das Haus liegt direkt an einem sehr schönen Strand. Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Den Jacuzzi fanden die Kinder toll. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder.

Wonderful stay

Great villa. Very clean and well equipped. Beds were so comfortable, showers excellent. Views were stunning from the terrace and the hot tub was great. The property is a little out of the way and taxis were not easy to come by or were very expensive. There is a great, simple restaurant (beach bar) about 20 minutes walk away and Cassibile has a few restaurants about 30 minutes walk. There are also a few trains per day into Syracusa from a station 20 minutes walk away and you can buy a ticket on the train. A car is definitely needed. We cooked in the well equipped kitchen a few nights and there are large supermarkets in nearby Avola including a Lidl. Highly recommended would definitely return.

Excellent beach stay

Perfect place to have a relaxing beach holiday. Property is right on a fantastic beach and the jacuzzi is a wonderful bonus! Whole family really enjoyed it!

Tolles Haus

Ein wirklich schönes Haus, direkt am Strand. Übergabe hat perfekt geklappt, die Eigentümer haben bereits auf uns gewartet. Alles war exakt wie auf den Bildern und super sauber. Wir haben uns alle sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Lage am Strand war wirklich toll, hat den Kindern am besten gefallen. Frühstücken auf der großzügigen Terasse ist auch wirklich toll gewesen.
