Located away from prying eyes and into a lush greenery, you will enjoy all the modern comfort of this villa with refined decoration and bathing in the sun: large windows, a large 70m2 living cathedral, contemporary kitchen with island, 4 bedrooms with their own ensuite bathroom and independent water (one room with a bathroom), all with a beautiful garden and an unobstructed 180 degrees view on hills, on the village of Saint Jeannet and on the seaside until the Cap d'Antibes ....
Reservations range from Saturday to Saturday only and for one week at least.

What an amazing property

Franck has the most immaculate property which he clearly loves and takes care of. The interior design and layout was perfect and the grounds were perfect. Superbe ! En tout point conforme à la description et aux photos, même mieux. Tout est parfait, propre, de qualité, excellente literie, cuisine parfaitement équipée rien ne manque. Jardin et piscine entretenus par le propriétaire toutes les semaines. Propriétaires aimables, serviables, tout en étant discret et respectueux. C'est un véritable havre de paix pour se reposer et admirer la beauté du paysage. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. Perfect summer holidays

Wir haben die drei Wochen bei Franck sehr genossen. Insbesondere der Pool war perfekt. Nach unseren Wanderungen zu den Baous konnten wir uns gut erholen. Die sehr gut eingerichtete Küche hat es dann ermöglicht, schöne Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten und diese am Pool zu geniessen.

Wundervolle Ferienlokation

Die Villa war einfach nur wundervoll. Alles wie beschrieben im Inserat, top Ausrüstung, sehr sauber, Küche gut eingerichtet so dass man gut für 8 Personen kochen kann. Und natürlich nicht zu vergessen, der mega grosse Pool. Die Kommunikation mit Franck war bereits vor den Ferien 1A, er war während dem Urlaub immer zu erreichen und es war sehr angenehm. Unsere Familie hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und wir haben uns in den 2 Wochen sehr gut erholt. Die Strände und Nizza sind in ca. 25 Minuten zu erreichen und Einkaufs- sowie Essensmöglichkeiten sind nahe erreichbar. Sollten wir wieder hierher reisen, diese Villa ist sicher mit in der Entscheidungsrunde.

Very good property

Great property. Location is wonderful away from hustle and bustle of Nice. WiFi was slow at times but I’m sure that was a teething problem with new system.

Wunderschöne Villa

wir waren zu acht für eine Woche bei Franck in der Villa und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Villa ist wie auf den Bildern wunderschön und sehr sauber. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Franck war sehr angenehm und er war während unserem Aufenthalt sehr gut zu erreichen und hat sich um alles schnell gekümmert. Sofern wir wieder an die Cote d‘Azure reisen kommen wir sehr gerne wieder hier her zurück.

Beautiful villa offering comfort, style and everything needed for a wonderful holiday

Just spent a week at this beautiful villa with my husband, our three children in their 20s and my daughter's boyfriend. This is an elegant villa, tastefully decorated throughout. You can tell that the owners really care about this villa and it feels like a beautiful home rather than just a kitted out holiday let. The main living space, large with double height ceiling, is open plan, airy, bright and spacious. The kitchen area is a joy to cook in with very modern appliances and extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The whole house opens up on to pool area with it's comfortable sun loungers and a large eating area, which can be in the sun or shade with the click of a switch. The pool itself is a lovely large well maintained pool to swim or float around in. There are 3 very comfortable, modern and tastefully decorated bedrooms with on-suites, all opening on to the pool area; the main bedroom having a large, modern bathroom with both bath and large shower. I couldn't fault this villa at all and would highly recommend it. The only negative is that we found it hard to drag ourselves away to visit the surrounding area as we were so comfortable at the villa. There are very pretty old towns to visit close by, such as Vence, and Nice is an easy 25 minute drive away. Franck, the owner, is really nice; very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Amazing Luxury Villa with fantastic views

This is a high specification Villa which the owner Franck has presented beautifully. We had a fantastic family holiday there and this Villa is without doubt one of the best we have stayed in across Europe. The Villa is extremely spacious and clean with every detail considered for luxury comfort. The view from the villa is amazing with the coastline in the distance and mountains nearby. Very quiet with good local access to supermarkets etc. Close to lovely villages such as Vence and of course the AutoRoute is some 25 mins away giving full access to the Cote D'Azur. Wonderful stay and would strongly recommend. We will definitely return to this wonderful retreat. Thank you Franck.

A beautiful house and pool, very well equipped, spotlessly clean, close to airport and villages.

We had a lovely time in this villa with a 2 year old due to its open plan nature and comfortable seating. The position above Nice meant it was pleasantly cool in the evenings and was 45 mins drive to the beaches of Villefranche or Antibes. The local bakers is a gem 5 minutes drive away. Initially there weren't enough duvets but Franck resolved that rapidly, he is very helpful and friendly.

Séjour très agréable

La maison se situe dans un lotissement très calme. Le jardin est très bien entretenu. La piscine est chaude, très propre et sans odeur de chlore. La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Tout est propre, neuf et en parfait état de marche. La maison n'a pas de climatisation , mais il est tout à fait possible d'avoir une température agréable dans les chambres en gardant les volets fermés la journée (et ce malgré qu'il ait fait très chaud cet été). Le propriétaire est très aimable et disponible en cas de besoin. Je ne pourrais que conseiller cette villa aux intéressés potentiels.

Superbes vacances

C'est un endroit magnifique, un havre de paix pour se reposer et admirer la beauté du paysage, à quelques kilomètres de Nice, de Cannes ou de Monaco, sans avoir à subir l'agitation des villes côtières en été. La maison est en tous points conforme à la description de l'annonce et mérite amplement les éloges qu'elle suscite dans les commentaires précédents. Depuis la terrasse, on admire tantôt la baie des Anges, tantôt les contreforts des Alpes du côté du col de Vence, tout en regardant chaque soir le soleil descendre sur l'horizon. La villa en elle-même est très spacieuse et confortable, pratique, meublée avec un goût sûr et sans fioritures. Son atout principal est sa situation de plain-pied, ce qui a permis à nos enfants pourtant handicapés d'y circuler sans aucune contrainte. Le quartier est sûr et tranquille. La piscine invite à la baignade et bénéficie d'un ensoleillement permanent, gage d'une température délicieuse. Les propriétaires sont extrêmement gentils et disponibles, considérant leurs locataires comme leurs hôtes. Ils s'attachent à rendre votre séjour le plus agréable et le plus reposant possible pour vous permettre de vivre chez eux une parenthèse de repos et de détente inoubliable. A découvrir les yeux fermés, en ne regrettant qu'une chose : Que les vacances soient si brèves !

C'est le Top !

Très agréable villa, parfaitement aménagé et avec gout. Spacieuse. au calme, en bout d'une voie sans issue. Rien ne manque, surtout dans la cuisine, pièce très bien située pour préparer les repas, tout en profitant de l'extérieur, très bien équipée. Grande piscine. Un seul petit bémol : peut-être à déconseiller aux familles avec enfants en bas ages, car jardin en escalier, un coté de piscine non protégé avec rambarde, risque de chute. Propriétaire très accueillant, aux petits soins de ses hotes et de sa maison, mais non encombrant.

Désormais les deux côtés de la piscine sont protégés par des garde-corps. La plus grande partie du jardin d'agrément se situe autour de la maison (Environ 600 m2 de pelouse). La partie "en escalier" est agrémentée mais en général jamais utilisée. Enfin, les abustes qui entourent la pelouse ont beaucoup poussé et il n'est plus possible maintenant de passer à travers. A noter que depuis le début que nous louons cette maison, aucun incident ne s'est produit.
