Flat in Vilafortuny, very quiet area, ideal for couples and families with children. Large garden area of 3000m2 with swimming pools, communal barbecue and bar open by the community in high season. The flat consists of a living-dining room with open kitchen, a double bedroom with double bed, a twin bedroom with trundle bed and bathroom with bathtub. It has 2 fans, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, TV and stereo. Very cosy and bright, with beautiful views of the swimming pool from the large balcony.
The flat is located in a very quiet residential area, with no parking problems or noise. A good place to relax.

Die Hausbesitzerin Sonja ist eine sehr nette und freundliche Gastgeberin. Wir waren zu viert in ihrem Apartment und es ist ein sehr tolles Apartment. Es halt alles, was man braucht. Die ganze Anlage ist wunderschön wie auf den Bildern. Parkplatz ist auch in der Nähe möglich kostenlos. Nur zum empfehlen.

Séjour très agréable dans un bel appartement lumineux, très bien agencé, très propre, calme dans un environnement idyllique (Vue sur parc et piscine) De plus, la propriétaire est très sympathique et de bon conseil. C'était parfait et nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette belle région.

Un séjour formidable.

Nous avons été accueillis par Sonia la propriétaire du logement. Elle est très aimable et pleine d'excellents conseils pour passer un bon séjour. Le logement est irréprochable et l'environnement très agréable. La piscine n'est jamais surpeuplée (encore moins en semaine) et parfaitement entretenue. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour plein de bons souvenirs. Encore merci Sonia 👍😉

Beautiful homely property. Great size for a one bed, with a fantastic view over the gardens and pool

The photos of the apartment really don't do the place justice. With high ceilings in the living area it feels so roomy. It's so clean and with the wooden flooring it's cosy but not cold. In fact my only tiny complaint is that there is no air conditioning but fans are provided and they are adequate. The surroundings are beautiful. It is so peaceful that if you are wanting a really quiet, chilled holiday, this is the perfect place. We loved it and can't rate it highly enough. The communication with the owner Sonia was really easy, welcoming and simply pleasant. It's a walk to the beach and town but a couple of local bars and the supermarket breaks up the walk.. about 15 mins to the beach and Vilafortuny.... worth it though. Not busy like Salou and Cambrils centre. The beach at Vilafortuny was so quiet and clean when we went..with a little bar, food place. It was lovely and I am definitely not a beach person... Perfect holiday... new found love of Catalan too

Je recommande cette location!. Résidence au calme passés en famille, loin des fortes zones à "touristes" ,piscine très agréable, lieu propre et étonnant , dépaysement total ! La chambre offre une très bonne literie surtout après une journée passé au parc port aventura . Pas de clim dans l'appartement , néanmoins il y'a des ventilateurs a disposition . Supermarché a 200 m à pied , on n'y trouve de tout , très pratique . Grand barbecue à l' extérieur en retrait de l'habitation moment conviviale avec les autres vacanciers . Appartement fonctionnel, le balcon donnant vu sur la piscine fort sympathique le soir à l 'apéro . Idéalement situé , il ce trouve a 8 klm de Salou (15 min en voiture pour aller au parc Port aventura ) , et 5 min en voiture pour le bord de mer ainsi que le centre de Cambrils très prisé pour ces jolies rues piétonnes. Pour l'emplacement de la voiture, il y'en a toujours au abord de la résidence ,un Grand plus !. Mais par dessus tout , la propriétaire Sonia , charmante personne , très accueillante avec de bon conseil pour les sorties , un grand merci pour votre gentillesse et votre sympathie Sonia, a une prochaine fois avec grand plaisir ! Christelle Olivier et les enfants.

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans cette résidence calme et très bien entretenue. Le logement est fonctionnel et dispose d'une magnifique vue sur sur le jardin. La location se trouve dans un quartier calme et à 2 minutes a pied d'un petit supermaché, ultra pratique !! Le seul bémol est le manque de clim mais deux ventilateurs sont mis a disposition. Piscine très agréable. Nous avons vraiment apprécié nos deux semaines de vacances !!!

La piscine est très agréable et on peut bronzer sur une herbe bien verte et bien grasse ou se mettre à l''ombre des palmiers. On trouve facilement une place pour se garer et le super marché est à coté, la mer n''est pas loin non plus. Nous avons juste souffert un peu de la chaleur dans la chambre car elle est au soleil tout l''après midi, la climatisation serait un plus appréciable. Globalement nous avons passé un agréable séjour, la propriétaire est disponible et sympathique et parle bien le français."
