A lovely villa, clean, private and great communication with owner who was very helpful

Photographs and descriptions on the property were accurate and clear. The owner was available throughout and provided helpful information.

Nice location. Only 10 min walk from a pitoresque harbor with shops, restaurant and bars.

We had a very warm welcome with food and drinks. The swimming pool was very nice and refreshing. A must for the temperature. If we had an issue it got solved immediatly. The service level was excellent. The pictures on the website of the house and surrounding, give a good impression of the reality. The styling and furnishing is a bit outdated, but nothing to complain about. Overall, very good to stay if you want to have a relaxing holiday!!

Perfect

Only about 15 minutes drive from the airport and in a very peaceful setting with fantastic views of the sea and hills. A short walk into the harbour area where there’s a good range of choice of restaurants and a well stocked supermarket with everyday use items. Jocelyne and Manuel are lovely hosts always helpful and available if needed. The villa is well equipped and comfortable with lots of outdoor space and a very good size swimming pool. Lots of places to enjoy the sun and the views and also a nice shaded area to eat. Theres great coastal walks to be had too. A great place for a very relaxing stay. I would thoroughly recommend.

Peace and Quiet

Joeclyn and Manuel were perfect hosts. The villa is a great place to be, 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen lounge and a dinning veranda. We were seeking a quiet villa and this is what we got. only 10 min walk from the nearest shops and restaurants, and there is enough to get you through 7-10 days self catering stay with a variety of eating places, from Pizza, Pub, Bars, Grills, Indian, Veggie, and a supermarket for breakfast and lunch essentials, even though you can easily eat out breakfast and lunch including dinner. If you are looking for more activities and more beaches, then this will not be for you, unless you have a car to drive 10km along the coast or to one of the few nearest larger towns.

Vacaciones inolvidables

Las fotos se ajustan a la realidad. Jocelyne nos recibio con comida en el frigorifico para prepararnos una cena y cervezas, refrescos y vino en la nevera. Los propiertarios viven en una vivienda adosada a la propiedad que se alquila, pero son muy respetuosos y nada intrusivos. El día de salida nuestro vuelo salía por la tarde y nos permitieron permanecer en la propiedad todo el tiempo que quisieramos.

Ein sehr entspannter Aufenthalt

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage ist perfekt. Der Ausblick fantastisch. Die liegenschaft ist ruhig, gepflegt und doch ist vieles schnell erreichbar. Wenige Minuten zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto nach Puerto Calero. Wer mit dem Bus fahren mag, hat die Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Zum Empfang war der Kühlschrank mit selbstgekochtem, sehr leckerem Essen gefüllt. Vielen Dank dafür! Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeber..gerne jederzeit wieder.

Wunderschönes ruhiges Anwesen

Großes Grundstück in schöner, ruhiger Lage mit fantastischem Blick aufs Meer und Puerto Calero. Eigener Parkplatz am Grundstück. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den Pool jeden Tag genutzt. Bei der Anreise fanden wir einen komplett gefüllten Kühlschrank vor, ausserdem Kaffee Kapseln und Brot. Auch selbst gebackener Kuchen und vorgekochtes Essen fehlte nicht! Vielen Dank für einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt!

Heerlijk verblijf op Lanzarote!

Een heel prettig huis, met hele attente eigenaren. Van alle gemakken voorzien, zelfs een boodschappenpakket bij aankomst. Het zwembad is fantastisch. De ligging is nabij verschillende stranden, supermarkten, restaurants. Enige puntje van aandacht zijn de bedden in de ouderslaapkamer. We hebben genoten en zouden graag nog eens terug komen!

Fantastischer Blick auf Meer und Berge, bis hin nach Fuerteventura

Schönes, ruhiges Haus in Einzellage mit grandiosem Ausblick. Herzliche und unkomplizierte Vermieter, Kühlschrank zum Willkommen so gefüllt, dass man gut über den ersten Abend kommen konnte (inkl. einer vorgekochten Hauptmahlzeit). Im Haus alles an Gerätschaften und Ausrüstung da, was man sich so vorstellen kann, nicht alles brandneu, aber alles problemlos funktionstüchtig. Wir sagen nochmals Danke!

fantastischer Ausblick auf Meer und Berge

Für den Urlauber, der nicht direkt an der Promenade wohnen muss, ist das hier genau das richtige. Trotzdem ist man in fünf Minuten an der Partymeile von Puerto del Carmen oder etwas kleiner und ruhiger an der eigenen Hafenpromenade von Puerto Calero mit vielen Bars und Restaurants. Als Willkommensgruß hatten wir ein komplettes Abendbrot mit einer Flasche Wein und anderen Getränken im Kühlschrank. Die Eigentümer sind sehr aufmerksam und herzlich. Von der Ferienwohnung hat man einen sehr schönen Ausblick sowohl auf das Meer als auch auf die Berge. Trotzdem wir mit dem Wetter etwas Pech hatten, konnten wir Pool und Garten wunderbar nutzen für die Tage zwischen den Ausflügen. Als Basis für unsere Inseltouren war der Standort sehr gut gewählt. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit ist man an den schönen Stränden im Süden als auch bei den kulturellen Highlights im Norden.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison et les équipements sont conformes à l' annonce. Tout le nécessaire est fourni. La maison dispose d' une très belle vue, se situe un peu à l' écart et propose un cadre reposant et calme. Elle est assez bien située, tout est relativement proche en voiture (supermarché, plages, Timanfaya, puerto Carmen, Papagayo....) Il est possible de se baigner à 10' à pied, plage de lave , sinon il faut également 10' en voiture pour les plages de sable. Les propriétaires habitent dans la maison mitoyenne mais sont très discrets et serviables. Jocelyne nous a laisse un repas pour notre arrivée (fort apprécié). Nous recommandons cette location.

onder de indruk

Wij huurden deze leuke bungalow voor 10 dagen in maart. Het weer zat niet mee maar de rest was fantastisch! We hadden geen auto en hebben veel gelopen (naar Puerto Calero ongeveer een kwartier, langs de kust over een prachtig wandelpad in 5 kwartier naar Puerto del Carmen) en ook met de bus waren er goede mogelijkheden. De bushalte is dicht bij het huis. De eigenaren waren heel gastvrij: afgehaald van het vliegveld, verrukkelijk eten stond klaar in de koelkast en heerlijke drank daarbij. Het huis zelf is niet groot maar heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, we zaten bovendien het liefst buiten op het (overdekte) terras. De buitenruimte is giga mooi en ruim. Super zwembad, groot terras, stoelen en tafels, ligbedden, matrasjes, alles is er! Nogmaals hartelijk dank voor de goede zorgen en dat we van jullie mooie plekje met alom uitzicht over zee mochten genieten!

très agréable séjour - nice stay !

nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, sur l'île de Lanzarote, et ce en partie grâce à nos hôtes : Jocelyne et Manuel ! cela commence par un "vrai accueil" , avec le sourire ! puis cela continue par de gentilles attentions : un repas froid préparé à notre arrivée, de bons conseils de visites, de restaurants, le sourire tous les matins, une grande discrétion et enfin cela se termine par un petit cadeau de départ ! La maison est fidèle à la description (bien équipée, propre, pratique, confortable) et idéalement située pour découvrir toute l'île ! la vue depuis la piscine ou de la terrasse est simplement splendide : 180° sur la mer, les volcans, et l'île de Fuertenventura ! Bref, on recommande vivement ! merci à Jocelyne et Manuel !

sehr gut, absolut empfehlenswert, ruhig, sauber

Die Wohnung ist genau so wie beschrieben, sauber, absolut ruhig. Der Pool ist nicht im Schatten, hat den ganzen Tag Sonne und kann sich deshalb schnell erwärmen. Es gibt eine riesige sonnige Dachterasse!. Genügend Liegen sind vorhanden. Alles ist großräumig, man kann sich auf dem Gelände sehr wohl fühlen. Die Lage ist genial, mit dem Auto (erforderlich, aber auf den Kanaren sehr günstig) ist man in 5 Minuten überall. Die Bewohner sind sehr hilfsbereit, aber unaufdringlich. Sehr empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub, wir kommen wieder.

Super location

Une maison très bien équipée, au calme avec une position idéale pour rayonner sur l'ensemble de l'île. Une vue à 180° sur l'océan et une jolie terrasse. Un accueil remarquable des propriètaires qui sont très sympathiques et attentionnés. Un repas nous attendait dans le frigo le jour de notre arrivée. Nous aimerions y retourner !!!!

absolument enchantés !

A recommander ! Maison parfaitement équipée et très propre. Jocelyne et Manuel vous accueillent chez eux et ont grandement participé à ce que notre sejour soit superbe ! Pleins de delicates attentions qui font la différence. Et une île superbe. La maison est très bien située pour visiter avec une voiture. Nous sommes ravis de ces 10 jours !

Superbe villa dans un cadre magnifique!

La maison était conforme à la description. Située en dehors des zones touristiques, mais proche de toutes les commodités, cette maison avec piscine a comblé notre petite famille. Les propriétaires parlent français et leur présence discrète est un véritable "plus" (conseils, bons plans, visites à ne pas manquer, ...). Nous n'avons manqué de rien. C'est bien simple, la famille est tellement séduite que nous comptons y retourner l'année prochaine :-)

Excellente location

Jamais nous n'avons loué une maison aussi bien équipée, avec des hôtes aussi charmants et disponibles sans être "collants". Le repas du soir qui nous attend dans le frigo est une succulente et divine surprise ! La maison est très agréable à vivre, bien située près du petit port et au centre de l'île, facilitant les visites. Les restos conseillés par les hôtes nous ont ravis, tout particulièrement EL LARGO à Arrieta. Une voiture est évidemment nécessaire.

Dans la station la plus huppée de l'île

Accueil chaleureux, discrétion et disponibilité des propriétaires (mitoyens), maison récente utilisant des matériaux anciens, équipement hyper-complet, vue sur océan et montagne, calme complet, proximité aéroport, l'île étant petite, position assez centrale pour les visites. Malgré une météo venteuse, nous avons passé une très bonne semaine.
