Everything you could need

We really enjoyed our stay in this great villa. It is modern, nicely decorated and has everything you could need for a holiday stay including a nice heated pool. There was a good little welcome pack to greet us when we got there, which was appreciated. It's in a quiet location, a bit of a walk from the main resort (25 minutes for us) but not too bad and less than €5 if you want to get a taxi back. If we were coming back to Lanzarote we'd definitely stay here again.

The place to relax!

We stayed at the villa for 10 days in August and we had the most wonderful stay. The villa’s location is perfect - a 20 min stroll to the centre of Playa Blanca. 10 minutes to Marina Rubicon - where we enjoyed many of the restaurants. The villa is well equipped- everything you need to make your stay stress free, relaxing and welcoming. The pool is perfect too. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and definitely recommend to others. Thank you so much!

Gorgeous villa, home from home and in a great location!

The villa was beautifully clean and more spacious than I think the photographs portray. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. The heated pool was fantastic and our boys spent the entire week in it!! The villa is easy walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and in a very quiet development. We had a few problems with the internet for the tv but it didn't really affect our enjoyment and the lady next door was incredibly helpful. I'd love to go back and stay again, we couldn't really have asked for better.

Fantastic stay

We had a great time at this wonderful villa. Everything has been thought of to ensure a lovely,relaxing week! Heated pool with lots of sunbeds and chairs(shade too when you need it) and a villa which has every amenity you could ask for. Fran next door is very helpful too. Top tips -Blue Note restaurant at the Marina and La Cocina de Colacho - a truly stunning meal! El Golfo 20 minutes away by car has superb seafood and you can watch the waves crash on the shore as the sun goes down. Al & Carol

Lovely Villa!

We spent 9 days in this lovely villa. Clean and well equipped. Located in a good and quite neibourhood, about 1.2k from the center of Playa Blanca which can easily be reached by foot in 15-20min or by car in 5min. We (especially the kids) enjoyed a swim in the pool and have a drink on the patio after a day exploring this unique island or after a day at one of the absolutely fantastic beaches of Papagayo. Many thanks Julie and Nick. We really enjoyed our holidays and hope to be able to come back someday!

fantastic villa in great location

We have had a great week at Villa Rhodantha, everything was ready for us on arrival. The interior of the villa was lovely and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. There was plenty of hanging space in the bedroom and an extremely comfortable bed. The exterior of the villa had plenty of seating set in a beautiful garden with the pool as an additional bonus. The villa is located in a quiet cul de sac about 15 mins walk from Playa Blanca, we walked down to the town every evening. There is a large selection of bars and restaurants in the town and if you walk a bit further

Lovely clean quiet villa

Lovely villa very clean and all the facilities you would need , great welcome pack of milk tea coffee juice biscuits and wine Very quiet but that suits us -very relaxing Lady next door very helpful .we were early so were able to drop our cases while she was stillcleaning there and go for a walk Walk into town approx 15 mins and nearest supermarket ,shops,restaurants there , there are no facilities in the vacinity of the villa so you have to go into town. No prob tho walking -all decent pavements and taxi back is 3-4 euro Resort is ok and all the restaurants we ate in were ok all their menus are much the same but ok

Gorgeous sunny villa, everything provided for a relaxing break away

We just got back from 8 nights staying at this lovely, comfortable, relaxing and peaceful villa. The villa provided us with everything we needed and more, including comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen and lovely bathroom. Lovely pool area with sunbeds and comfortable seating/dining. It was spotless.. clean and tidy. A short 15-20 mins walk to supermarkets and to Playa Blanca shops, restaurants and bars, and the beach. 25 mins walk to the Marina, but everything accessible and for us we didn't need a car as spent each day relaxing around the pool, enjoying the sunshine and walking everywhere to stretch our legs. Taxis are only €4 from town. This is a modern and beautifully kept villa and we will certainly be looking to stay here again soon. Thank you to Julie and Nick for lending us your beautiful home and to Fran for making sure we were OK and that everything was so tidy and clean.

Fabulous! Fabulous!

Property exactly as advertised. Feels very homely. Well equipped with all you would need to cook at home. Pool area great, plenty of comfortable furniture, pool temperature was good too. Bed was so comfortable with high quality bedding & towels. Wifi was speedy & reliable. Location is great for us as we enjoy the 15 minute walk down to the seafront, Great to have Fran on hand next door for any queries. Only constructive feedback I can offer is that the key safe is a little fiddly to use & would maybe benefit from a small hook to hold the keys in place. Clear communication from the owners who replied promptly to any messages Hope to return again and am missing my morning coffee by the pool. Thank you Julie

Wonderful Villa

My family and I have just returned from a weeks stay at Villa Rhodantha and we cant recommend this place enough. The villa itself has a very homely feel with everything you need. The positives are the heated pool, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable outdoor seating areas and on demand TV and films for when the weather isn't so good. The location is approximately 20 minutes walk from the centre of Playa Blanca, and probably another 15 minutes to Marina Rubicon, so as we had two young children we chose to drive most evenings, which was not a problem as we hired a car, but just to be aware of. Alternatively the taxi cost is EUR 3-4 For families the villa is also only a 10 minute walk from the Aqua Lava Waterpark which is open throughout the year and has heated pools, and in February no queues. The nearest beach is a 15 minute walk and also ideal for families, although a bit cold in February! If you are looking for a relaxing holiday in Lanzarote, then this villa and the resort of Playa Blanca will not disappoint you. Thanks again for allowing us to spend a week in your wonderful home. We definitely hope to return some time in the future.

Great Villa in a very peaceful location

My Wife and I stayed at the lovely Villa Rhodantha. Communications with owner during booking was easy and efficient. The directions to the Vila made the Taxi ride from the airport simple (€50) The Villa itself is very well maintained, decorated and equipped with everything (& more) that you could possibly need. A nice touch was the welcome pack to keep you going until you find the shops. There's a small supermarket about 5 minutes walk away which is great if you don't have a car and useful for heavy shopping such as Water/Beer/Soft Drinks. We mostly shopped in Playa Blanca after our evening walk for Dinner ( Shopping a little cheaper) The walk itself is a leisurely 15-20 minutes (slightly downhill) We didn't hire a car or a taxi during our stay and walked into town & back at least once a day, no problem. The pool was clean and very well looked after by the pool man although we always showered (using soap) to avoid an oil slick on the pool. This is a pain but essential if you like a clean pool. The garden was nice and we enjoyed watering it and watching it flourish during our stay. The location is very peaceful in the corner of a crescent so virtually no passers by except for the neighbours. Fran was very helpful and efficient with the weekly cleaning. Perfect balance of a friendly face if you need help but left us alone to enjoy our stay in peace. The only improvement I personally would make is making the pool area more private. It is located at the front of the villa and although there's hardly any passers by or traffic, the view from the gate is unobstructed. We found the bed comfortable, plenty of hot water and no issues at all, there's even a dishwasher & washing machine if you need it. Overall a nice relaxing place to stay and well worth the money. The villa was first class a real home from home but with non stop SUN absolutely fantastic. My wife and I could not have had better accommodation the house, gardens, pool and surroundings were first class. Hopefully get back for more holidays soonandwouldn't hesitate to book again. T

This villa has everything - gorgeous, peaceful surroundings with incredible outside facilities - a fabulous heated pool and lovely dining area with BBQ. Inside is beautifully decorated, clean and has everything you need for a great stay. Super comfy beds and the shower is fantastic. It’s a real home from home where we felt relaxed as soon as we walked through the door. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and we can’t wait to be back! Thank you for such a perfect stay!

Perfect Villa

Our first stay at this Villa and having had an issue a few years ago with a villa nearby I was apprehensive as I am now in a wheelchair most of the time. However this villa was immaculate and perfect for our family (including 2 adult children), Fran the property maintance was helpful and available if needed. The main bed was so comfy which is not always the case. We really couldn't fault the villa as it had eveything needed and just required clothes and toiletries. It really did feel like home. The only thing in my opinion for me personally to make it better would be a handrail to get in and out of pool, but that's only due to me being wobbly. I did manage to work around it and loved the pool.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit auf Lanzarote. Die Villa Rhodantha ist für einen erholsamen Urlaub in ruhiger Atmosphäre wirklich hervorragend geeignet und lässt an Gemütlichkeit und Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen! Die Villa war sehr gut ausgestattet. Alle erdenklichen Küchenutensilien waren vorhanden, zudem viele andere Elektroartikel (Föhn ect.). Das Haus war zudem sehr sauber. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Fabulous Villa, Fabulous Holiday

We love this area, and the location. A lovely quiet and relaxing area with a lovely 15-20 minute work to the resort, which has some great restaurants. The villa was exceptional with every thing you would require. I cannot think of anything that was a miss, every aspect had been considered. Lovely pool, pizza/BBQ oven and a variety of great outside seating areas. The villa benefits from a new wall that provides complete privacy for the pool area. The inside is immaculate with every mod con you could wish for. A modern walk in shower, comfortable bed, every utensil you could ever need and a lovely lounge area with a great TV package for those chilly evenings. Fran next door is on hand to greet you and ensure that you have everything you need, thank you Fran. The booking process is efficient and Julie keeps in touch throughout. I can highly recommend this villa and we cannot wait to return. Thank you Julie for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home and that is what it was like, a home from home only with better weather. Love, love, unfortunately we are back in snowy England now.

Perfekte Ferien-Location!

Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Ruhige Lage und es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen schönen Urlaubsaufenthalt braucht. Ein Auto ist von Vorteil, aber das Zentrum von Playa Blanca ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir können die Villa Rhodantha nur weiterempfehlen.

Fantastic experience!

This property was not only to the best physical standards we could hope for, but the hosts were just amazing and made us feel extremely comfortable staying here. Everything was so clearly communicated and the check in process was super easy. The area is incredible and so close to everything you need and all facilities are exactly how they are listed. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay to make a truly enjoyable visit.
