Great House, perfect renter Francesco

The house is very nice, close to the sea. To go swimming you need to pass the stone beach which is a little unconvinient. The seabed is gently sloping, the water very good, so it is perfect for children, we had no problem at all to let our 11 years old son go swimmig alone. Francesco is great! He cares immediately about every demand. The house is very good for two families. Inventory is very good, partly simple but totaly sufficient without any doubt. Only don´t forget to take swimming towels with you. We took the wooden kitchen to the terasse, due to we do not like plastic tables that much. Da prendere come esempio!

Io e la mia numerosa famiglia, marito, figli, nonni zii e nipoti, abbiamo soggiornato presso la casa del Sig. Francesco, dal 17 al 24 agosto 2021. Ci ha accolto facendoci trovare delle bibite in fresco e dei buonissimi stuzzichini, una coccola davvero graditissima e inaspettata. Siamo rimasti entusiasti della casa, grande, luminosa, pulita ed accogliente, dotata di tutto quello che può servire ad un gruppo numeroso per trascorrere una piacevolissima vacanza, da tutto quello che può servire in cucina fino agli ombrelloni per andare in spiaggia. La casa è proprio sul mare, i bambini sono potuti andare da soli in spiaggia e noi li abbiamo potuti osservare dalla bellissima veranda, dalla quale abbiamo potuto godere della vista di spettacolari tramonti. Il proprietario è una persona deliziosa, attenta, premurosa e disponibile in qualunque momento. Abbiamo avuto una difficoltà di domenica mattina, il Sig. Francesco si è attivato immediatamente e ci ha consentito di risolvere il tutto in un paio di ore, davvero una persona da prendere come esempio per una vera ospitalità ed accoglienza, siamo stati tutti davvero molto bene.

" Tramonti indimenticabili "

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'alloggio del Sig. Francesco in 5 adulti e una bimba e ci siamo trovati tutti benissimo. I punti di forza sono: (oltre alla disponibilità del proprietario e la comunicazione avvenuta con lui già due giorni prima della nostra partenza, nella quale ci chiedeva/dava dettagli importanti circa il nostro soggiorno) la tranquillità del posto, le zanzariere in tutte le stanze da letto al piano superiore, gli ampi spazi disponibili in esclusiva, i tramonti bellissimi sull'Asinara, il vento che non ci ha fatto sudare per niente, il rumore della risacca del mare, la relativa vicinanza a Castelsardo, con il suo borgo incantevole, la cucina sarda a Porto Torres................ L'unica nota diciamo stonata, fra l'altro messa a nostra conoscenza, è stato che a causa delle mareggiate, in alcuni giorni la battigia ed il mare stesso, non sono stati all'altezza delle nostre aspettative. Un saluto al Sig. Francesco.

Unvergessliche Tage direkt am Meer

Wir haben unseren Urlaub Ende Juni in diesem schönen Haus sehr genossen. Das Meer direkt vor der Tür ist fantastisch. Der Blick von der großen Terrasse einfach toll! Die von vielen erwähnten Sonnenuntergänge sind jeden Abend magisch und faszinierend. Wir wurden von den Besitzern persönlich sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Haus ist liebevoll mit sardischem Charme ausgestattet, uns hat an nichts gefehlt. Alle Räume waren sauber, das Bettwäsche und Handtücher lagen bereit. In der Küche gibt es auch alles, was man braucht, auch die Putz- und Waschmittel, Müllsäcke etc, was in anderen Häuser nicht selbstverständlich ist. Ganz lieben Dank an der Stelle an Francesco und Bianka! Auch für die sardischen Leckereien im Kühlschrank bei der Ankunft! So kann der Urlaub beginnen! Das Haus ist absolut empfehlungswert. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Irina und Igor.

Lovely break on the med

A fantastic location right on the beach. The beach is stoney, but sandy underfoot once in the sea. Francesco was very helpful and kind. The washing machine broke whilst we were there, and he brought a new one over to us the next day. We were 2 families holidaying together and the house suited us very well. The house is somewhat basic inside, but the outside terrace where we spent most of our time was great; plenty of seating, marvellous views and a hot shower. Do bring beach towels, water shoes and insect repellent.

Wonderfull Vacation

Thank you to Francesco and Family for this fantastic stay. We enjoyed your holiday home so much. The best things were the close sea (every day at least a short swim), the outdoor warm shower and every day a beautifull sunset while dinner. This house is perfect for up to 10 person (we were 5 adults and 4 kids). Francesco an his daughter were very helpfull and provided helpfull tips. We hope to come back one time Regards Anke and family

Sardegna (Sorgo) Marritza Nous avons loué cette belle maison du 4 au 19 août 2018. Les échanges, très aimables avec Monsieur Canopoli nous avaient rassurés tant pour le confort de la location que pour l’accès à la mer et à la plage Nous étions une famille de 10 personnes, parents, enfants, petits-enfants. Cette grande maison, avec jardin, ensoleillée, est située, en hauteur, la terrasse face à la mer. Plus loin on aperçoit la silhouette de l’isola dell’Asinara. La plage est en contrebas à 20m, trois enjambées sur des cailloux et l’on a pied sur 50 m dans du sable, l’eau chaude, très agréable pour enfants et adultes. Il a fait beau pendant tout le séjour, le vent marin rafraîchit l’air, la nuit nous n’avons pas souffert de la chaleur. Dans le quotidien nous avons vécu sur la grande terrasse ; la vue, l’air, un léger courant d’air le soir, incitent à vivre dehors , en face la mer. Pour les courses, en voiture, il y a une supérette proche ou pour plus de choix des magasins à Sorso (6 km) ou Sassari à 20 km. Nous avons visité Castelsardo, ville tout proche, le isole de la Maddalena par Palau, (compter une journée (A/R), Alghero, Stintino, des villes de mer et plages, différentes, intéressantes, sardes. Mais le bon climat et le cadre très agréable propice à une ambiance familiale ne nous incitaient pas à voyager. En bref ce fut un beau séjour, très apprécié par tous enfants et petits- enfants. Superbe séjour

Superbe séjour dans cette maison sur la mer. La maison est grande et bien agencée et les propriaitaires sont très gentils et ont été disponibles tout au long du séjour en fonction de nos demandes. Elle bénéficie d’un accès direct sur la mer depuis le jardin ce qui est un luxe ! L’environnement est calme et la maison très bien placée pour rayonner dans nord de la Sardaigne.

Belle maison pieds dans l'eau !

Dans un premier temps , la réservation s'est faite sans problème . Le propriétaire monsieur Canopoli répond rapidement aux mails s'il y a des questions A l'arrivée , nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux de Mr Canopoli et de son épouse . Grand maison très propre , lits faits .Boissons et petits gâteaux en cadeau ! Le site est magnifique , une grande terrasse à l'ombre offre une vue splendide sur la mer avec couché de soleil tous les soirs ! Accès direct à la mer .L'eau est claire , déjà chaude lors de notre séjour en juin .Pente douce et sable . On peux voir quelques poissons avec un masque .Petit bémol , la plage de sable est petite , mais on peux s'installer sur les galets . La région est belle avec en particulier le village de Castelsardo très touristique à 20 minutes Nous recommandons donc vivement cette location

Wir kommen sicher wieder !

Wir waren für 17 Tage in dieser wunderschönen Villa direkt am Strand. Da noch Vorsaison war , hatten wir den naturbelassenen Strand für uns fast allein.Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen und möchten und nochmal rechtherzlich bei Francesco und Familie bedanken. Die Villa ist einfach nur top. Es fehlte an nichts.

Sehr schönes Haus,direckt am Meer,

Sehr schnelle und unkomplizierte Buchung.Das Haus befindet sich direckt am Meer.Sehr ruhige Lage.Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und alles sauber und gepflegt.Uns fehlte es an nichts.Besonders erwähnenswert,die warme Aussendusche,und die schöne Terasse von der aus wir eine herrliche Aussicht auf das Meer und die Sonnenuntergänge genossen haben. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der jederzeit per Handy erreichbar war. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub und würden das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an Francesco

Un excellent sejour

Une tres belle maison tout pres de la mer- quel bonheur de se lever et de prendre le petit déjeuner face à la mer- la plage est juste en dessous- la maison est tres bien équipée- nos enfants se sont tres bien amuses entre la plage et l espace devant la maison- le coucher de soleil est sublime- les environs sont paisibles- La cote etait venteuse- cela nous a permis de ne pas avoir chaud et de pouvoir bien dormir- La ville est à côté- il est possible de faire ses courses rapidement- Les proprietaires sont fort acceuillants- Excellent sejour !

Eravamo due adulti e due bambini di 3 e 9 anni e la casa corrisponde esattamente a tutto quello che c'è scritto anzi se dobbiamo essere sinceri dal vivo è ancora meglio.il mare è proprio davanti a casa 10 passi e sei in spiaggia.i bambi possono giocare tranquillamente senza problemi e si possono vedere stando seduti in veranda.il proprietario è una fantastica persona e molto disponibile. si vive realmente sul mare

Abbiamo trascorso due settimane molto rilassanti. Si vive a contatto col mare, bagno appena svegli e prima di andare a dormire. La posizione è ottima, molto tranquilla, si sente solo il rumore del mare, affaccio sul tramonto, a pochi minuti dal bellissimo borgo di Castelsardo, a mazz'ora di macchina da Stintino e Alghero. Zero problemi di traffico. I bambini erano sempre sotto controllo, sia per l'ampio giardino che per la vista diretta sulla spiaggia distante 10 metri. Fino a Porto Torres (pochi km) c'è una bellissima pineta e tanta spiaggia. Consigliatissima anche per appassionati di mtb e bici da corsa, c'è molto da girare. E' una zona che sta crescendo per cui è ancora molto vivibile. Una o due settimane qui rigenerano.

Very nice house for two families on vacation

We spent a week two families (4 children age 4-9) in this very nice house. The house is clean and functional. The owner was very helpfull to us. The house has a wonderfull terace very we could eat all meals every day. The Beach is just in front of the house. The Beach was a little bit to windy for the small children with big waves. But there was also a lot of wind the week we spent there. The place and house is perfect if your are two families that want to go on holiday toghether.

Pros - Good outside area with a great view - Close to the beach with great bathing for both children and adults - Good grill/barbecue - Enough room for 11 adults Cons: - A bit in the middle of nowhere. There is not much in the area around the house, but if you have a car and do not mind to drive, then this is not a problem - No internet

Una terrazza sul mare

Siamo stati ospiti della casa per 5 giorni in 9 adulti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa è molto grande, accogliente, pulitissima e dotata di tutti i confort per trascorrere una vacanza di totale relax. L'affaccio sul mare al tramonto regala una cornice indimenticabile per le cene in veranda. I proprietari sono molto gentili e pieni di attenzioni. Vivamente consigliata!

"Very nice place. We have been completely satisfied with the house. The description is accurate. The beach was sandy some days and rocky other days :-). The sea is just few steps from the terrace. The place is sufficiently big for two families. We liked it very much."

Un séjour idéal à tous points de vue.

La maison est située entre Castelsardo et Porto Torres, directement sur la mer, loin de la cohue estivale (on n'entends que le bruit de la mer). La terrasse sur la mer est particulièrement agréable pour les repas en famille. La maison est parfaitement équipée et adaptée pour une famille (très) nombreuse. Vacanza fantastica. La c...

Vacanza fantastica. La casa è stata all'altezza delle aspettative. Ci sono tutte le attrezzature necessarie; dal ferro da stiro all'apprezzatissima lavastoviglie. Pur essendo in 11, gli spazi sono stati adeguati alle nostre esigenze. Anche se alla fine la spaziosa veranda è stata la parte più utilizzata. Il posto è isolato, quanto basta ad avere tutta la tranquillità che si vuole, ma abbastanza vicino alle zone più frequentate, se invece si preferisce un po' più di movimento. Questa vacanza è sicuramente sta una delle migliori che abbiamo fatto. Un sincero grazie al propietario (sig. Franco) per la disponibilità e la simpatia dimostrataci.
