Lovely property - with enough space for a family of four to stay comparably and a room to spare. Everything provided, cleaning done to a high standard once a week (with towel changes) and a supportive property host / manager.

Comfortable and SO Sweet

Perfect for a small family and a friend or 2, or a week with girlfriends--I didn't want to leave. CLEAN. A very homey experience. GREAT location... Near Plage Keller (reserve your sunbeds way in advance). I wanted to buy the house, it was so adorable. Host was responsive and nice to deal with, and helped with anything that came up. The manager Johnny was amazing--just the nicest guy in the Universe.

No 3 - Jane's place

We had a fantastic week at Jane's beautiful home on the Cap D'Antibes. We decided against hiring a car and enjoyed the accessibility of the house to the beaches, restaurants, the Old Town and Cap D'Antibes trail. There are local shops for basic provisions within walking distance. At this time of year (May) the weather was perfect to go where we wanted to on foot - I'd recommend car hire in the height of summer heat. Jane's house is in a gorgeous neighbourhood and has been decorated in a delightful French traditional style with every convenience we could want. Her garden is an absolute delight - festooned with fragrant roses and beautiful planting surrounding the exquisite terraces. The views from the house are dreamy. We would love to return. What a great stay!

Generally a nice villa with some minor flaws

The villa comes fully equipped with almost everything one needs for a holiday. It is very clean and has enough space for six persons (the details regarding the number of rooms, etc, is given in the advert). The contact person, Johnny, is great and always of help - we were very happy to have him! Although we generally enjoyed our time there we must say that, compared to other villas we rented the years before (we come to the area almost each year), this villa needs a bit of 'attention' when it comes to renovating (for example the power system as we experienced a blackout) and we were a bit surprised that the dishwasher tabs and soap were not included but were to be replaced by us. All in all it is a nice villa which is located perfectly to discover the Côte.

Wonderful stay

We stayed two weeks and really enjoyed our stay. The villa is very well located in the Cap of Antibes, city center and beaches are within walking distance. Everything was as described and Jane is a great host. Highly recommended!

Living in London, I have been fortunate to escape to the South of France for holidays and long weekends. Having an airport within easy reach is important to me, as is the proximity of an authentic year round town or village rather than simply a 'summer resort'. Antibes is definitely such a place with life and events happening year round.

Why they chose this property

The house homely and welcoming and hope you agree.

It's beautifully peaceful with the coastal breeze gently blowing through the native pine and oak trees.

It has a new 7x4m swimming pool for 2018 with a state of the art filtration system. It uses magnesium filtration technology (often used in luxury spas) to keep your skin clean, soft and supple without the need for harsh chemicals.

It is walking distance to the coast with its array of lovely restaurants and bars.

The light is simply spectacular.

It is a refuge from the hustle and bustle of life offering views through the trees of the sea, Antibes old town and the Southern Alps.

The beautiful, white, sandy beaches and marinas are very close to the house, several within a few minutes walk.

Proximity to Juan les Pins (and the Lerins), Antibes. Cannes, Nice, Mougins and Grasse too are within 30 minutes drive.
