Empfehle ich sehr gerne weiter

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in Pinarellu. Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr schön, ruhig ca. 1 km vom sehr schönen, langen Strand. Anfangs sind wir zum Strand gelaufen. Mit dem üblichen Strandgepäck war es dann aber doch angenehmer die paar Meter mit dem Auto zu fahren (Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden). Die Außenanlagen, schön angelegt mitten in der Natur, sind so wie auf den Fotos, herrlich (uneinsehbar, falls das wichtig sein sollte und super zum Relaxen). Eine Außendusche, Esstisch und Gasgrill (haben wir oft genutzt) überdacht durch Verbindung der beiden Ferienhäuser, 4 Sonnenliegen, ein großer Sonnenschirm und natürlich der Pool (das Highlight unserer Kinder während dem ganzen Urlaub), nicht "zum Bahnenschwimmen", aber wir genossen ihn sehr! Alles natürlich sauber (innen wie außen) und so vorhanden wie beschrieben. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern lief bereits vor unserem Urlaub sehr freundlich. Der "Check-in" und "Check-out" war einwandfrei über eine sehr hilfsbereite Kontaktperson vor Ort. Vielen Dank!

Location top, très bien située et très calme !! la vue du matin est vraiment géniale avec cette petite piscine mais largement suffisante pour se rafraichir ..premier séjour en Corse et on y reviendra... Nous sommes arrivés le premier jour tardivement vers 21 h 30 et Christian était là pour nos accueillir , nous a donné quelques bonnes adresses, un séjour comme on les aime ...

Très calme

La situation des Sitelles est au calme, entourée de nature verdoyante, dans un quartier résidentiel modéré, nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Bémol quant à la route d'accès qui est très en pente et non goudronnée, donc difficile d'accès pour des véhicules non surélevés ou équipés de 4x4 en cas de mauvais temps.

Belle petite villa bien équipée

Nous avons vraiment adorée cette petite villa trés trés bien équipée pour faire à manger. Il n'y a pas de wifi mais on capte parfaitement avec la 3G ou la 4G. L'accès à la villa est un peu compliqué mieux vaut ne pas avoir une voiture trop basse. Et oui il y a beaucoup de moustiques mais bien équipé c'est gérable.

La photo de la villa lors de notre réservation n'est pas celle du questionnaire. Aussi la piscine est plus petite et le chemin derrière celle-ci n'existait pas, bruits de passage. Prolifération de moustiques agressifs malgré répulsif et citronnelle et chenilles qui ont rendu impossible l'utilisation des extérieurs. Accès compliqué car piste d'accès déformée par le ravinement causé par les engins de terrassement des nouvelles villas en construction. Villa confortable et bien aménagée, bon matériel. bonne literie.

Un vrai moment de détente.

Nous avons passé une semaine excellente dans un lieu boisé, calme avec uniquement le chant des oiseaux comme compagnie. La location correspond en tout point à ce que nous attendions: Un lieu un peu en retrait, bien équipé, et confortable. Si nous revenons dans la région se sera assurément ici.

Wir, 2 Erwachsene und 2 jugendliche Kinder, haben unsere eine Woche in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Die Betreuung im Vorfeld unserer Reise und auch die Betreuung vor Ort war ausgezeichnet, sehr freundlich! Das Haus an sich bietet mit seinem ausreichend großen Pool und dem mehr als schönen Blick in die Berge eine Oase der Ruhe und Erholung. Das Haus war sehr sauber, die Küche gut eingerichtet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir werden das Haus in sehr guter Erinnerung halten und können es nur empfehlen.

Haus für Sommermonate

Das Haus hat eine gute Lage, Mitten im Grünen mit Blick auf die Berge und sehr ruhig. Sowohl Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Porto Vecchio) als auch sehr schöne Strände (Pinarellu, St. Cyprien) sind schnell zu erreichen. Das Haus hat einen schönen Untersitz mit einer Grillplatte. Die Außenanlage ist gepflegt und einladend. Der Pool eignet sich für Erwachsene allerdings nicht zum schwimmen da er nicht tief genug ist. Von innen ist das Haus sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, bei schlechtem Wetter hat man leider keine Möglichkeit gemütlich zu Essen oder zu entspannen. Es gibt nur einen Klapptisch und zwei unbequeme Stühle zum Essen. Die Küche ist funktional eingerichtet. Auch bei Sonnenschein ist es im Haus leider sehr dunkel. Es kommt keine Gemütlichkeit auf. Bei einem Aufenthalt von min. 2 Wochen, kommt eine Putzfrau. Somit war das Haus immer sauber. Die Vermieter sind nett und dezent im Hintergrund, wenn man sie brauch aber sehr hilfsbereit.

magnifique séjour

l'endroit est vraiment très agréable, entouré de nature et une superbe vue sur les aiguilles de Bavella. La villa est confortable, nous avons apprécié la terrasse couverte pour prendre les repas. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et a répondu à nos demandes efficacement.

Sehr schönes Haus, sehr nette hilfsbereite Vermieter, die Englisch sprechen, sehr schöne Umgebung. Rundherum zu empfehlen. Die Kaution von 900 Euro finde ich übertrieben, es wurde aber nachher gar nicht nachgeschaut, ob irgendwas beschädigt war. Tut dem Ganzen keinen Abbruch. Richtig super

Décevant / Disappointing

La maison est agréable, calme, bien répartie, et la piscine bien que petite offre néanmoins une jolie vue sur « les Aiguilles de Bavella » au loin. Mais le propriétaire habitant à l'entrée de la propriété, sa proximité est un peu trop présente, et son opposition à la venue d'invités venant seulement déjeuner ou dîner nuit à l'esprit des vacances, et nous conduira à ne plus jamais revenir dans cette location. Pierre et Patricia D. The house is nice, calm, well distributed, and the swimming pool, though small, offers a nice view on the afar mountains “les Aiguilles de Bavella”. But, as the owner lives at the entrance of the property, his proximity is a bit too present and his opposition to the venue of visitors just coming for lunch or for diner spoils the holiday spirit and will lead us to never come back to this renting again. Toller Urlaub in wunderbarem Ferienhaus

Wir haben einen dreiwöchigen Urlaub in diesem wunderbaren Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig auf einem Grundstück mit altem Baumbestand und bietet einen ganz tollen Blick auf das Bavella Massiv. Zum Strand von Pinarello sind es zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten, mit dem Auto ist man in 3 Minuten da! Die Lage im Südosten der Insel bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge, Wanderungen und zum Erkunden der Insel. Das Haus ist fantastisch und hochwertig ausgestattet mit allem was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. Uns haben vor allem die kombinierte Kaffee-Espressomaschine und der Gasgrill auf der Terrasse beeindruckt. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist für 2 Paare oder eine Familie mit 2 Kindern hervorragend geeignet. Die sehr netten Vermieter Michelle und Jean-Francois wohnen auch auf dem Grundstück und sind jederzeit bei Fragen ansprechbar. Sie haben uns ganz viele tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben. Ganz herzlichen Dank noch mal dafür! Ein rundum gelungener und erholsamer Aufenthalt.

Tolles Haus

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus mit einer guten Ausstattung in einer schönen und ruhigen Umgebung mit mehreren kleinen Ferienhäusern auf dem gleichen Gelände. Das Meer ist ca. 15 Gehminuten entfernt, der vorhandene Pool ist eine tolle Alternative zum Meer. Der Strand ist schön gepflegt, liegt toll und ist ruhig. Wer Angst vor Eidechsen hat sollte das Haus nicht buchen, es krabbeln viele Tiere herum (die aber toll zum beobachten sind). Insgesamt ist Korsika auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert.

ruhige und sehr gute Ferienwohnung

Das Haus war - wie in der Anzeige beschrieben - sehr gut ausgestattet und gepflegt, ebenso der Pool. Unser Sohn (14J.) war begeistert, dass er einen eigenen, separaten Wohnbereich zur Verfügung hatte. Die Tauchschule in Pinarello hatte im September schon geschlossen, aber in St, Cyprien ( 5Min Fahrzeit) gab es eine sehr gute Alternative. Herr und Frau Grimaldi sind aufmerksame, freundliche und diskrete Vermieter. Wir haben uns in den zwei Wochen unserer Aufenthaltes wunderbar erholt und kommen gerne wieder.

Traumhaftes Haus in Superlage

Das Haus und die Anlage sind außergewöhnlich schön gestaltet und ausgestattet. Auf dem Grundstück befinden sich mehrere Ferienhäuser des Vermieters, die alle separiert sind und uneinsehbar voneinander. Tolle und geschmackvolle Ausstattung im Haus, Klimatisierung in den Schlafräumen, sehr schöner großer Pool, traumhafter Blick auf die Berge. In wenigen Minuten ist man am herrlichen Strand von Pinareddu. Die Grimaldis sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend und geben gerne auch Tips für Ausflüge in die nahe und fernere Umgebung. Sehr unkomppliziertes Miteinander. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.
