A time to remember

We had a wonderful time in this lovely house! We greatly enjoyed the inviting garden with its terraces and the special atmosphere of the house, which is decorated with so many pretty details that make it really special. The beach that is close to the house (5 minutes) is very beautiful, but some climbing skills are needed to get into the water, we didn’t mind because it was almost empty of people. There was one thing which we dearly missed: we found it somehow surprising that such a lovely house with such a nice garden is not equipped with comfortable garden furniture. The garden furniture was stylish but without provided cushion very ! uncomfortable to sit on. We wished we had some sun beds with covers to relax in the garden, that these were missing is hard to understand. But otherwise we had a great time in cassis!

Merci Ă  Claudie pour son accueil chaleureux et arrangeant. La maison est propre et trĂšs agrĂ©able, la cuisine trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e Attention le lit de la 5Ăšme personne est dans le salon et malgrĂ© les ventilateurs mis Ă  disposition, il fait trĂšs chaud Ă  l'Ă©tage oĂč sont les 2 chambres. Excellent emplacement pour dĂ©couvrir les calanques. Nous reviendrions sans hĂ©siter... sa salon

Schönes Haus mit großem Garten

Das Haus hat einen wunderschönen großen Garten, mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten und einer ĂŒberdachten Terrasse. Es ist auffĂ€llig, mit wie viel Liebe und kreativem Geschick das Haus dekoriert ist. Die Deko und Wandgestaltung sind echte Hingucker. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und Trockenmöglichkeiten (WĂ€scheklammern sind vorhanden). Das Haus ist zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtet, d.h. mit Plastiktischdecken auf Ess- und KĂŒchentisch. Das Mobiliar im Wohnzimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das KĂŒchengeschirr z.T. angeschlagen. Es ist Sorgfalt geboten, denn eine Preisliste fĂŒr möglicherweise zerbrochene GlĂ€ser, Tassen, Teller usw. liegt bei. Das hat uns wirklich irritiert, denn auch zu Hause geht einmal etwas versehentlich zu Bruch. Es empfiehlt sich, HandtĂŒcher und BettwĂ€sche selbst mitzubringen - wir haben fĂŒr 5 Personen 85,00 € bezahlt! Im Ferienhaus gibt keinerlei Extras, wie z.B. Seife im Bad, Abwaschmittel oder Toilettenpapier fĂŒr den Anreisetag. Auch Salz, Pfeffer u.Ă€. mĂŒssen mitgebracht werden. Weiterhin gibt es im ganzen Haus Hinweiszettel ĂŒber korrektes Verhalten und Pflegeanleitungen. Auch hier wird vor falschem Verhalten gewarnt und es ist eine GebĂŒhrenliste ausgelegt, die z.B. Kosten fĂŒr nicht pĂŒnktlich entsorgte MĂŒlltonnen erhebt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen oder man plant einen langen Fußmarsch. Den Hafen von Cassis erreicht man in ca. 30 Minuten per pedes. Badestellen sind in etwa 10 Minuten zu erreichen; der Einstieg ins Wasser ist "sportlich". Dennoch haben wir unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Die Gegend ist sehr schön, der Nationalpark bietet viele Wanderziele und herrliche Badebuchten. Einen Ausflug ins wunderschöne Bergdorf Castellet empfehlen wir unbedingt; genauso wie eine Bootsfahrt zum Sonnenuntergang.

TrĂšs belle villa avec un magnifique jardin

Nous avons beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© les trois semaines passĂ©es dans cette magnifique villa spacieuse. Tout Ă©tait trĂšs propre et bien amĂ©nagĂ©. Le jardin et la pergola sont un rĂȘve. MĂȘme par un temps chaud et inattendu, nous avons pu manger dehors. La villa est amĂ©nagĂ©e avec beaucoup de goĂ»t et de dĂ©tails particuliers. Important Ă  savoir : le lit dans la chambre Ă  coucher ne fait que 140 cm et la deuxiĂšme chambre est une galerie. Mais cela ne nous a pas dĂ©rangĂ©s, puisque nous n'Ă©tions que deux. Seul petit bĂ©mol : le canapĂ© et les fauteuils du salon ont un peu vieilli. Nous vous remercions de nous avoir permis de passer ces bons moments dans la villa. Meilleures salutations !

Belle maison au calme avec un emplacement idéal au pied de la calanque de port miou , 2 places parking. Jardin immense . Maison ou on se sent bien . Juste un éclairage extérieur et la connexion internet un peu juste mais rien de grave .

Belle propriété, trÚs bien équipée. Dommage que la mer était trÚs souvent froide ! Nous aurions aimé des chaises extérieures ainsi que des chaises longues plus confortables et comme le barbecue est interdit une plancha.

Maison trÚs agréable

Belle maison, trÚs propre, jardin rafraßchissant car trÚs ombragé. La terrasse couverte est trÚs appréciable pendant la chaleur de l'aprÚs midi. La petite plage juste à cÎté est un vrai plus pour cette location (accÚs à l'eau toutefois réservé aux bons nageurs, vagues, rochers). Voiture fortement recommandée : le centre de Cassis est un peu loin et le trajet à pied est délicat (bord de route non protégé) Mention spéciale à Claudie qui accueille les vacanciers : gentillesse, disponibilité et bonnes astuces garanties ! Tolles Haus mit großem Garten in guter Lage

Das Haus bietet viel Platz und ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Liebe fĂŒrs Detail. Man fĂŒhlt sich von Anfang an sehr wohl,. Der Garten ist riesig und mit tollen mediterranen Pflanzen angelegt. Das Haus liegt abseits des Ortzentrums. Mehrere FelsstrĂ€nde sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr Wanderungen in den Calanques. Der Nationalpark bietet traumhafte Ausblicke auf die KĂŒstenlandschaft. Im August sind die Wanderrouten jedoch sehr stark frequentiert. Es gibt sehr gute Zugverbindungen zwischen den Bahnhöfen Cassis/Marseille (Reisezeit: 20 Minuten), sodass eine Stadtbesichtigung von Marseille ohne Auto möglich ist. Das Auto kann dabei auf dem Parkplatz am Bahnhof von Cassis kostenfrei abgestellt werden. Fazit: Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen :-))

Parfait séjour dans cette belle demeure

Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans ce lieu idéalement placé pour les ballades vers les calanques et éloigné du bruit du centre de Cassis. Malgré l absence de véhicule, nous avons pu sans problÚme nous ravitailler au centre ville. Nous recommandons cette location.

Mostly a wonderful week

Overall we loved the house and the area and had a truly wonderful week. However, what didn't come across in the photos is that the property is very close to a busy car park and during busy times it felt like being in the middle of a roundabout with cars constantly arriving and leaving the car park and driving past the property. However, after the weekend this calmed down and the rest of the week was quieter. I would definitely visit again as the area is beautiful and the house was really lovely but I would avoid busy times during August.

Tolle Lage und schönes Haus

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Das Haus und der Garten bieten viel Platz. Durch die UmzĂ€unung des GrundstĂŒcks ist dieses Haus bestens geeignet fĂŒr Familien mit Hund. Cassis ist ein wunderschönes StĂ€dtchen das zum verweilen einlĂ€dt. :-)

Toller Garten, direkt an den Callanques

Wir durften bei Mme.Racourt eine sehr schöne Woche verbringen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt und alle GerĂ€te funktionieren einwandfrei. Der Garten ist hervorragend und man kann dort trotz viel Tourismus, komplett ungestört seine Zeit genießen. Alles ist umzĂ€unt so das wir unseren Hund bedenkenlos im Garten laufen lassen konnten.Wir kommen gerne wieder! Nochmals vielen Dank Myriam und Tina

Maison spacieuse idéalement située

Famille avec 2 enfants, nous avons passé un trÚs agréable séjour dans cette grande maison idéalement située à la pointe de Cassis à quelques pas de la plage et de l'entrée des Calanques. Nous avons été trÚs gentiment accueillis et les propriétaires se sont montrés trÚs à l'écoute de nos demandes. Je recommande sincÚrement cette maison pour son volume et sa fraicheur, les commodités que nous y avons trouvées, sa localisation à proximité des plus beaux sites de la région, son jardin ombragé et l'accueil qui nous a été réservé. Un excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un séjour trÚs agréable en famille (2 adultes et trois grands enfants de 16 à 21 ans). La maison est fonctionnelle , joliment décorée, au calme et trÚs bien située pour l'accÚs aux calanques. Une seule vraie chambre avec un grand lit et trois lits individuels dans les parties communes (peu d'intimité mais ça n'a posé aucun problÚme à nos enfants). Une belle zone de baignade rocheuse (pas pour les enfants en bas ùge) se trouve à 100 mÚtres. Une mention spéciale à la personne qui s'occupe de la location sur place et qui est vraiment adorable.

Tout juste super! La belle maison est bien équipée. Le jardin est joli, entretenu avec soin et tout juste énorme (notre enfant de 2.5 ans l'a enormement apprécié). L'acceuil était chalereux....En plus des calanques (tout prÚs) et du centre-ville de Cassis (un peu da marche / en voiture) l'endroit nous à énormément plu!

Excellent!!

Maison superbe, trÚs bien entretenue et merveilleusement bien placée, au départ des randonnées pour les calanques (Et location kayak) et jolies plage! Cassis accessible à pied en un rien de temps, pour les sorties resto, shopping, activités en mer! Petite terrasse a l'ombre toujours au frais malgré les canicules!! TrÚs bon accueil avec de bons conseils!! Au plaisir de revenir!!
