Villa au calme très agréable bien située. Propriétaire charmant. Logement bien équipé. Seul bémol nous aurions aimé être informé avant l’arrivée d’un forfait électrique limité à 6 kw heure par jour. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Habe zusammen mit meiner Frau 2 Wochen in diesem Haus gewohnt. Wir waren zufrieden, vielleicht sollte man als Vermieter in der nächsten Zeit das ein oder andere ( Geschirr, Polsterbezüge o.ä.) erneuern

schönes Ferienhaus nah am Meer

das Haus ist gepflegt und sauber, bietet 3 Schlafzimmer und auch sonst alles was man braucht im Urlaub. Ruhige Wohnlage in einer Sackgasse. Das Wohnzimmer ist gemütlicher als es auf den Bildern erscheint ;-), es gibt noch einen großen Esstisch mit Sitzbank. Toll ist die Lademöglichkeit für das Elektroauto, die wir gern genutzt haben (nutzbar gegen Zahlung der Stromkosten, die Abrechnung erfolgte über einen separaten Stromzähler. So muss das sein, das freut jeden Fahrer eines Elektroautos). Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Der tolle Sandstrand "Anse du Croc" ist zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar. Einkaufen, Restaurants etc. sind mit dem Auto in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Insgesamt ein tolles, gemütliches Ferienhaus für Familien, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Maison agréable. La pelouse mériterait un bon entretien car elle est envahie de pissenlits et autres. A noter la présence de 2 caméras de vidéosurveillance.

Il ne s’agit pas de pissenlits mais de boutons d’or et j’ai fait le choix de ne pas mettre d’herbicides par souci d’écologie. Les caméras de vidéo surveillance sont bien entendues désactivées lors des locations

Mon mari et moi avons passé une super semaine dans cette location très bien équipée, au calme et à un quart d' heure de la mer à pied. Le propriétaire est très aimable et à votre écoute. Je conseille cette location à tout le monde. Véhicule nécessaire.

Urlaub in Frehel, Nord Bretagne

14 Tage beste Erholung. Ungebung und Stände sind super, sauber und interessant. Das Haus entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Empfehlen es gerne weiter. Kleiner Minuspunkt: die Dusche im ersten Stock war ok, aber es waren Ansätze von Schimmel zu erkennen. Das sollte mit Spezialreiniger einmal gründlicher gereinigt werden. Ansonsten ist das Haus TipTop.

Hébergement agréable, bien équipé. Sur l'annonce lors de ma réservation c'était prévu une arrivée pour 14 h, je n'ai pu avoir le logement qu'à 15 h, nous etions invités à un mariage à 15h00 alors nous sommes arrivés très en retard 😒. Semaine de rêve

Une belle semaine en Bretagne, région très agréable. Maison parfaitement située au calme, toutes les commodités nécessaires à un bon séjour sont présentes, le jardin avec terrasse est un plus. Patrick est un hôte charmant. La plage est à proximité immédiate, bon resto de moules à côté. Rien à redire, parfait pour une semaine familiale avec des enfants en bas âges.

Une maison fonctionnelle et belle, tout près d'un magnifique site

Très bon séjour, la maison de Patrick est très bien équipée; les chambres sont grandes, la pièce de vie aussi... La mer est proche, à 800m. Patrick est discret, mais il nous a parfaitement accueilli et s'est inquiété de notre bien-être pendant le séjour. Très bonne adresse. Merci Patrick
