10 windows with triple glazing, so calm and cool in summer.
Depending on availability, a private box in the car park located 80m away, suitable for a car up to 4.2m long. Free public parking however in August.
Apartment simply furnished, but pleasant, warm and spacious.
This apartment is divided into two parts which can communicate or be separated, with the choices. :

Details of the apartment:
 The 12 m2 parent bedroom contains a 160 cm double bed, a small single bathroom with shower and sink, a small desk and a chest of drawers with TV and player.
The 11m2 children's room contains a single bed and an extra bed below (= 80 cm wide pull-out beds), a desk, a wardrobe ...
In the small studio or 3rd bedroom of 21m2: a piano, a desk, a sofa bed "rapido" good bed, for two people, a small kitchnette with fridge and microwave, a small bistro table. No hotplates. WIRELESS
In the living room: a 130 cm wide sofa bed, a TV and good stereo equipment, a large dining table (6/8 people), a designer coffee table with 4 trays, a desk and a fireplace.
Please note, this apartment is inhabited all year round. It is therefore rented, clean of course, but in the current state of development, ie that the cupboards or shelves will not be completely emptied of our personal belongings and that all the material left (Books, dishes, household linen, household appliances ...) is used by us on a daily basis. It is simple equipment, made available in good condition, but neither new nor renewed especially for rental.
