House / Villa - Torre delle Stelle - Villasimius

The house is located in the renowned tourist resort of Torre delle Stelle, 250 meters from the beach of white sand and crystal clear water called "Cann'e Sisa", reproduced in the attached photographs.
The village is equipped with all services: market, butcher, fishmonger, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacy, emergency doctor, etc. Furthermore, twice a week there is an excellent market where, among other things, you can buy local products: fruit, vegetables, cold cuts, cheeses, etc.
The village is located 16 kilometers from Villasimus in an ideal position to reach numerous other splendid beaches in a few minutes by car.
The house consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two beds (the two bedrooms are connected through a hallway), a living room with kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, large covered veranda, garden, barbecue and outdoor shower.
The house is equipped with a wall safe and an anti-intrusion alarm system.
In the months of July and August arrivals and departures only on Saturdays.

Super vacances

L'endroit est magnifique ainsi que l'accueil de Mario et Adelina! Joli village de vacances, proche des commerces, cafés, belle plage à proximité de la maison. Splendida

Appartamento con giardino, tutto curato fin nei minimi dettagli, attrezzato di tutto, elettrodomearici nuovi, molta biancheria di ricambio, un grill splendido in muratura. Senza parlare della cortesia del sig. Mario, srmpre presente e prodigo di consigli, abbiamo pure trovato un vassoio di dolcetti sardi di benvenuto.

Superbe location

Un gîte juste parfait, idéalement placé pour visiter le sud de la Sardaigne. Plateau d’accueil à notre arrivée, gîte très propre, très bien équipé, petit jardin et terrasse agréable. Un grand merci à Adelina et Mario pour leur conseil et leur gentillesse. Je conseille vraiment cette location pour quatre personnes.

Bellissima casetta in eccellente posizione

I signori Mario e Adelina sono stati ospiti perfetti, abbiamo trovato ad accoglierci un vassoio di dolcetti tipici, veramente un bel gesto. L’appartamento è molto grazioso, ben tenuto e pulito, con un piacevole giardinetto in cui le nostre bimbe hanno potuto giocare in tranquillità. Spiaggia vicinissima e ottima base per esplorare le altre splendide località in zona Villasimius. Consigliatissimo!

Gute Lage, nette & saubere Unterkunft mit Verbesserungsbedarf

Wir hatten einen insgesamt sehr schönen Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft. Ein großes Plus gibt es für den sehr liebevoll gepflegten Garten und die dazugehörige Gartendusche. Der Steingrill erfülte ebenfalls bestens seinen Zweck. Zu Fuß kamen wir in nur 3 Minuten an den nächsten Strand, der allerdings verglichen mit den unzähligen anderen Stränden nicht der schönste war, sodass wir in zwei Wochen tatsächlich nur am ersten Tag diesen Hausstrand besucht haben. Das mag aber vielleicht auch daran gelegen haben, dass wir zum Ende der Saison hin dort Urlaub gemacht haben und zumindest an diesem Strand schon sehr viel abgestorbenes Seegras angespült wurde. Ein Auto ist hier daher auch um alle anderen Dinge, wie Einkäufe, Ausflüge und sonstiges zu erledigen, fast Pflicht. Man kann zwar auch fußläufig in 5 bis 10 Minuten ein nettes Restaurant und in 10 bis 15 Minuten einen Supermarkt erreichen, der etwas teurer als andere auch nicht die frischesten Angebote bietet, aber wer will schon mit schweren Einkaufstüten in der Gluthitze durch die Gegend spazieren und nicht die vielen anderen Buchten und Strände entdecken, die ganz Sardinien alle paar Meter bietet. Die Betten der Unterkunft waren ebenfalls akzeptabel, kein Traum, aber wir haben meistens gut auf den eher harten Matrazen geschlafen. Die beiden Kimaanlagen (Schlafzimmer & Wohnzimmer) funkionierten einwandfrei, der große und neue Kühlschrank ebenso. Das sehr kleine Bad dagegen hatte eine noch kleinere Dusche, bei der keine Freude aufkam. Hier müsste auch wenigstens eine fehlende Schraube ersetzt werden, wenn nicht besser gleich die ganze Dusche, die schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist. Schimmel gab es aber keinen. Die Couch und die restlichen Möbel waren etwas lieblos zusammengestellt okay. An einer Art Seemanns-Bilderrahmen ohne Bild zum Beispiel hing noch das Etikett des Herstellers. Beim eigentlich neuen Induktionskochfeld konnten immer nur zwei der vier Kochfelder gleichzeitig genutzt werden. Der Empfang deutscher Sender war leider ohne ein Verstellen der Satelittenschüssel nicht möglich. WLAN bietet diese Unterkunft nicht. Ebenso vermissten wir einen Schneebesen und ein Nudelholz. Ansonsten war die Küche gut ausgestattet. Die Plastikstühle auf der Terrasse waren in Ordnung. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte über einen Wandsafe. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern, die man nicht kennenlernte, lief immer sehr nett und problemlos ab. Erneut Dank an dieser Stelle für die gute Zeit und das leckere Geschenk.

Hallo Ester, danke für deine Bewertung und Kommentare. Es freut mich, dass die Gesamtbewertung insgesamt mehr als positiv ausfällt. Bezüglich der fehlenden Schraube in der Duschbox tut es mir leid, dass Sie mir diese nicht gemeldet haben, denn es wäre meine Sorge gewesen, für sofortigen Ersatz zu sorgen. In Bezug auf das Induktionskochfeld kommt es vor, dass, wenn die vier Platten gleichzeitig eingeschaltet werden, sie nicht mit maximaler Leistung arbeiten können, wie dies bei allen Induktionskochfeldern der Fall ist. Was das Badezimmer betrifft, so ist es sicherlich klein, aber nicht übermäßig, unserer Meinung nach ausreichend für ein Ferienhaus am Meer. So ist die Dusche, deren Maße ganz normal sind, 70 cm x 70 cm. Hallo Esther, Danke für die Bewertung. Seit April 2023 haben wir das Badezimmer komplett neu machen lassen, Duschgröße 70 x 90 cm. Wir verfügen außerdem über eine hervorragende Internetverbindung über WLAN mit unbegrenztem, kostenlosem Datenverkehr. Vielen Dank und viele Grüße.

Casa bellissima

La casa si trova in una zona bellissima e a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Mai come quest’anno ci siamo goduti le serate nella tranquillità del giardino. La casa è completa di tutto: lavatrice, lavastoviglie, aspirapolvere, asse da stiro, forno, microonde etc… Abbiamo notato tante piccole cose che hanno contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole e rilassante. Al nostro arrivo la Sig.ra Adelina, sempre molto cortese, ci ha fatto trovare un cabaret di dolci tipici, abbiamo apprezzato molto! Ci torneremo. Grazie

Sehr gutes Haus mit freundlichen Besitzern. Spitzen Lage!

Ein sehr gutes Haus. Ausstattung ist super und reicht perfekt für 4 Personen. Das Meer mit einem klasse öffentlichen Strand ist ca. 150 Meter entfernt. Im Ort ein kleiner Markt mit Vollsortiment und guten heimischen Produkten. Die Hauptstadt ist in 30 min. zu erreichen und viele kleine Strände liegen in der nähen Umgebung. Auto ist zu empfehlen.

Fantastica

Sono stato in vacanza con tutta la famiglia x le due settimane centrali di luglio. La casa è comodissima e rispetta perfettamente quello che si vede dalle foto. È ordinata, pulita e ricca di tutti i confort possibili. È a soli 3 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e Torre delle stelle offre tutti i servizi di cui si puo' aver bisogno. Inoltre spostandosi con la macchina, in pochi minuti si possono raggiungere molte spiagge bellissime. Una menzione speciale x i propietari: Mario e Adelina sono due persone fantastiche: ti accolgono come fossi uno di casa, sempre disponibili e cordiali. Li ringrazio di tutto cuore x avermi dato la possibilita' di passare una vacanza stupenda.

wunderschönes Ferienhaus nah am Meer!

Schönes Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht für 2-4 Personen, kleiner Garten mit Zaun zum Spielen und Abendessen auf der Terrasse, ruhig gelegen, nah zum Meer (3-5 Minuten). Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Ort Torre delle Stelle ist relativ weitläufig, erstreckt sich über zwei Buchten, es gibt 2 Supermärkte, 1 Fischhändler, 2-3 Restaurants, Apotheke (alles aber eher mit dem Auto zu erreichen vom Ferienhaus aus weil zt auf der Anhöhe/ andere Bucht). Unbedingt Mückenschutz mitnehmen! Schöner Aufenthalt für unsere Familie (2 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder)!

Ottimo soggiorno

Prima di parlare della casa voglio sottolineare la gentilezza la cortesia e la disponibilità dei proprietari di casa; unici. Detto ciò, casa perfetta per un soggiorno marino. Godibilissimo il giardino ed il barbecue in muratura. Casa perfettamente pulita ed in ordine. Attrezzata, stoviglie e biancheria in abbondanza a disposizione. Fresca nonostante la stagione particolarmente calda di quest'anno 2015. Senza dubbi farò pubblicità ad amici e parenti! Ovviamente quando tornerò nel sud della Sardegna (a mio giudizio molto più bella del nord) soggiornerò sicuramente a casa Ghiani!
