Quaint home

The space was a perfect size for us and the view truly was remarkable. Being able to walk down to the local beach was a plus! The pizza at Santa Maria was outstanding!

Cute House at the Beach

The House is located on a beautiful beach and you can park directly in front of the house but you should know that you definitely need a car because it is very remote from everything. The accommodation is very simply furnished, but has a nice terrace. The water in the shower was unfortunately not really warm and there are additional costs if you want bed linen and towels. Everything was very clean. Although it is very secluded, you can hear when the neighbors are on the terrace, as there are several vacation homes right next to each other. We had a lovely stay and can recommend it. (We just wish we had known a few details beforehand).

Buongiorno Jolie ,grazie per la recensione per quanto mi dispiace leggere che non sapevate dei costi aggiuntivi per le lenzuola gli asciugamani e le tasse di soggiorno perché le cose sono chiaramente riportate nelle regole della casa su Vrbo e ogni volta che qualcuno prenota ,rispondo immediatamente con una mail dove riscrivo le più importanti come orari di arrivo e costi extra . Ubicación fantástica. A mí hijo le encantaba bajar a la playa en dos minutos y darse un baño a cualquier hora.

Lugar mágico

Playa genial al lado, con el propietario comunicación excelente. Si grandes lujos, pero es un lugar especial, te hace sentir como en cda pero con unas vistas preciosas. La barbacoa u plus.

Super spot mais assez bruyant

Le spot est vraiment top, réellement a 30 mètres de la mer par un petit sentier. La maison simple mais agréable. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Mais à déconseiller à ceux qui recherchent le calme, à cause de la mitoyenneté avec les voisins et les animations musicales du restaurant de la plage.

il Paradiso c’é

La casa é situata in una posizione eccezionale. Le foto non rendono bene l’idea. Si é subito al mare a due passi. la spiaggia vicinissima a casa é di sabbia fine e il mare veramente bello. La casa ha una terrazza stupenda. Anche dal bagno si ha un panorama mozzafiato. Ringraziamo il sig Baldussi,per la sua cortesia e attenzione. Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza da sogno. Aggiungo che a pochi minuti di auto si possono raggiungere spiagge meravigliose. Spero di tornare in questo paradiso al piu presto

Struttura stupenda ,host gentilissimo

La struttura è molto bella,tranquilla,pulita,ha un bel parcheggio privato sul retro della casa, uno stupendo panorama sul mare ed è vicinissima alla spiaggia(100 mt. a piedi attraverso un facile sentiero).Il propietario il sig.Michele è stato molto disponibile per qualsiasi nostra esigenza.

Un angolo di paradiso

Siamo stati in questa villetta due settimane. Posizione fantastica, a 50 mt dalla spiaggia di campus molto bella, ma comodo anche il paese raggiungibile in pochi minuti di auto. Presente una doccia condominiale esterna comoda al rientro dalla spiaggia. Casa spaziosa, con addirittura la macchinetta del caffè nespresso! Sul davanti della casa ampia terrazza dove poter mangiare con vista mare. Proprietario molto gentile. Abbiamo avuto un imprevisto risolto in pochissimo! Sicuramente da consigliare!

Schöne, saubere Unterkunft in super Lage

Uns hat es dort sehr gut gefallen. Die Nähe zum Meer ist einfach perfekt, zum Einkaufen sind es 5 Minuten mit dem Auto und der Vermieter war jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit.

Location fantastica

I villini sono situati in una location incredibile, pochi passa dalla spiaggia e vista sul mare. La casa è pulita e in ordine, inoltre i proprietari sono gentili e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi necessità o informazione. Il centro di Villasimius dista 3 min in macchina. Che dire, purtroppo il nostro soggiorno è durato solo 7 gg ma speriamo di poter tornare in futuro. Grazie di tutto a Michele e Monica!
