Very well located for a good weekend or a good vacation, quiet and close to the sea and the city center, this very bright villa benefits from the best standards of comfort, insulation and ventilation (BBC label). All your activities are accessible by bike or on foot and whatever the season or the weather you will always feel good!
A living - dining room with a table for 10 people and a bar for 5 people opens onto the kitchen. Upstairs, another 20 m2 lounge serves as a game room or television.
Sheets can be provided for an additional € 60-100. We do not have a towel, but we do provide kitchen towels.

Perfect location

Communications clear & access to property easy. We were a party of 4 adults and 3 children. The house is spacious and well set out with all we needed for our 3 night stay. Ten minute walk to the beach and 15 minute walk in to town. We also visited the amazing aquarium in Boulogne-sur-Mer. Would recommend this lovely house and would definitely stay again. Super séjour. Nous étions 3 couples et 4 enfants. La maison est tres agréable, chacun a eu son espace. La villa est tres bien équipée, et située. Nous avons pu nous deplacer a pied, tout est a proximité, la plage et la ville. Je recommande une adresse a garder.

Nous avons passé un super weekend au Touquet et dans la villa BBC. Elle est très agréable à vivre, bien située, tout se fait très bien à pied même avec des petits. Petite précision que nous n'avions pas bien compris dans l'annonce et qui mérite d'être soulignée : il y a 1 sdb et 2 salles de douche.La personne qui s'occupe du logement répond à toutes les questions et rapidement. Le logement est bien équipé en ustensiles et vaisselle. Nous sommes ravis de notre weekend et recommandons cette villa qui est un super rapport qualité/prix.

un superbe séjour entre amies avec un grand soleil

Pour notre week-end annuel entre amies nous avons eu la chance de séjourner dans cette villa, le soleil ayant été au rendez-vous nous avons pu profiter des deux terrasses (celle face au séjour pour le petit déjeuner et le déjeuner et celle face à la cuisine pour le diner). Nous avons pu tout faire à pied (plage, marché, restaurant, shopping, thalasso...), nous ne pouvons que recommander cette villa.

Perfect getaway

Beautiful comfortable and well equipped home, five minutes walk from a sandy beach and sand dunes. Easy 15 minute walk into vibrant town with plenty of cafes & independent shops. Host easy to communicate with, any questions answered promptly. We enjoyed a lovely family holiday.
