3 km from the village, a quiet Provençal-style villa featuring an entryway, living room and family room, separate kitchen, 3 bedrooms, an office, and a bathroom with a shower. Covered terrace with a barbecue area, terrace with a pergola and garden furniture. Small swimming pool. Flat lot with no neighbors. Ping-pong table and swing.
The village of Flayosc is located in the heart of the Var department. It sits atop a rocky outcrop and was built around the Church of Saint-Laurent, famous for its bell tower. Flayosc is the gateway to the Haut-Var. The village is situated on the road to the famous Lac de Sainte-Croix, halfway between the sea and the Verdon Gorges. The nearest towns are Draguignan, Lorgues, Salernes, Ampus, and Tourtour. Activities and recreation: FlayCycle: mountain bike and e-bike rentals 7 days a week to explore the village and the EuroVelo 8 bike route.
Hiking trails, the Flay’Forest Adventure Park at Espace Michelage, and its many tree-climbing courses of all difficulty levels. The Flay’Forest team welcomes you from June 1 through September 15.

Wonderful House and surroundings

Our family enjoyed very much our stay in the very charming Villa. We spend many hours on the terrace. We had some enjoyable tabletennis games. And our three teenagers enjoyed very much the pool and the wifi. We hope to come back.

Excellent stay in an excellent house

Stayed for a week in Patricia and Yannick's house. Our travel to France was littered with hiccups, but our host was very accommodating to our constant travel changes. The house fully lived up to our expectations with a real provincial feel to it and with great outdoor areas. We especially loved the outdoor kitchen. The pool is small but sufficient for cooling down. If we are to mention one small downside, there is from time to time a distinct odour of sewer. Would we come back? Yes we would.

Merci pour votre commentaire positif . Nous sommes désolés pour la gêne occasionnée par " l'odeur d'égout" que vous mentionnez . Néanmoins il aurait suffit de nous le signaler lors de votre séjour afin de remédier au problème immédiatement. En effet, un des siphons de la salle de bain (celui du bidet) était vide et occasionnait ce désagrément. Il suffisait de faire couler de l'eau et le problème était réglé tout simplement. En espérant vous recevoir une prochaine fois chez nous, nous vous souhaitons une bonne continuation. Patricia et Yannick

DO NOT STAY HERE

We recently stayed at the villa and whilst the villa itself is nice (there are a few negatives I will lost below), the host ruined it for us for the following reasons: 1. Very rude and unhelpful (they dont speak a word of English and made no effort to try communicate to us or help us understand. They speak at you very fast in French and expect you to translate everything for them (if you speak French, great, if not your in trouble). 2. Not very hospitable, everything is an added extra and they will charge you for it. For example, bed linen is an extra cost and bath towels are not provided. Something we weren't expecting given the price of the villa and that it is advertised as a holiday let. 3. Childrens room has bunk beds which are unsafe to use as only has 2 pins in the legs holding it together. Had to take them down to make safe. 4. The villa has a Cesspit which smells awful in the evening. Not pleasant when you have the windows open at night to cool down. 5. There is no air conditioning and no fans in the property, so combined with the point above is really not nice. 6. They require two large deposits for the villa and cleaning deposit which I feel is a scam to get more money out of you. We left the villa spotless and spent the last day mopping and cleaning it but they refused to give the deposit back. They must expect a professional level of cleaning which is ludicrous to expect of holiday makers. 7. They also penalised us for damage to a pair of outside chairs which were damaged on our arrival. I wish I had have photographed them at the start (as I had a niggle about them) but alas they also withheld deposit money for damage to them. So BEWARE, if you want a relaxing holiday that won't be ruined afterwards by money grabbing hosts, DO NOT book here.

Très bel hébergement en pleine campagne et au calme. La maison est très agréable et les parties extérieures ombragées sont tout à fait appropriées aux fortes chaleurs. Très bon contact avec les propriétaires que nous remercions au passage pour leur accueil. Nous avons vraiment envie d’y retourner.

Propriétaires charmants, propriété tenue avec soin et goût, terrasse avec coin apéro et barbecue très agréable, située entre Draguignan et Salernes. Tout était nickel. A recommander les yeux fermés.

Les vacances parfaites

Nous sommes venus avec nos deux filles (d'Allemagne) pour deux semaines. L'accueil était très chaleureux et agréable - avec une visite détaillée de la maison. La communication s'est faite ici avec les mains et les pieds - mais de manière très charmante et amicale. Nous ne parlons que très peu le français. Mais nous avons pu communiquer parfaitement à tout moment par le biais du chat.La maison, le jardin et la piscine sont superbes. Tout est très bien entretenu, parfaitement propre et aménagé avec beaucoup de style. L'équipement était également excellent. Le jardin est absolument protégé et privé avec une belle vue. Nos filles ont adoré la piscine - tout comme la maison.Dans l'ensemble, la maison est très bien située pour les excursions, les randonnées ou les baignades dans la mer. Parfaitement située entre les lacs et les gorges et la mer. On peut ainsi atteindre tout ce qui est important en moins de 60 minutes.Nous étions très contents et nous nous sommes bien reposés. Nos enfants en parlent encore avec enthousiasme.Merci pour la communication parfaite et amicale à tout moment - et pour le séjour très agréable.

Un Havre de paix plein de charme.

Nous confirmons tout ce qui a été dit d’enthousiasmant sur cette maison et à propos de Patricia et Yannick.On dirait que la maison, ses équipements, la création de son cadre, la déco intérieure et extérieure ont été pensés pour créer une sorte de complicité avec les locataires. Tout est harmonieux, pratique, bien pensé.il y a de la place pour tout, partout.La piscine en rond est particulièrement agréable.Même les routes environnantes qui vous conduisent aux balades, aux caveaux (viticoles…) , aux lieux de visites, aux marchés (super), sont agréables à fréquenter. Nous sommes des seniors qui louons des lieux de vacances depuis 40 ans, même si nos goûts ont pu évoluer, à ce jour, nous plaçons cette location en tête de notre classement. Entspannung und Wellbeing pur!

Das Haus ist ein wahres "Bijou" in traumhafter Umgebung. Die Einrichtung lässt keinerlei Wünsche unerfüllt und das innere Ambiente ist konsequent durchdacht, geschmackvoll und stylish. Die Besitzer/Vermieter sind äusserst sympathisch, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Abende auf der Terrasse sind sehr romantisch und stimmungsvoll, die einige Meter unterhalb verlaufende Departementstrasse ist abends sehr wenig befahren und stört daher in keinster Weise. Die Lage ausserhalb des authentischen Dorfes ist ausserdem perfekt für die diversesten Ausflüge, sei es ins Hinterland oder an die Küste. Wir freuen uns bereits auf's nächste Mal!

Appréciation en toute objectivité

Nous avons pu profiter en famille, avec nos enfants (8 et 6 ans) de cette jolie villa. Dès notre arrivée, les propriétaires, nous ayant chaleureusement accueillit, nous ont fait faire le tour de leur propriété se trouvant dans un endroit calme, sans vis-à-vis, et proche du village (4 min en voiture). Ils nous ont fait part de leurs bons conseils pour la gestion de leur demeure et pour les diverses activités locales, restaurants et autres à ne pas manquer. Grace à une isolation de qualité, la maison n'a jamais été en surchauffe et est restée très confortable malgré l'absence de climatisation. Idem pour la piscine, toujours à une très bonne température malgré qu'elle ne soit pas chauffée. Les propriétaires, extrêmement discrets, restent disponibles par téléphone en cas de besoin. La propreté irréprochable de la maison est également à souligner. Pas une poussière sur les meubles et les décorations. Nous recommandons à toutes et tous, sincèrement, ce logement. Wunderschöner Familienurlaub

Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir an manchen Tagen einfach nur die Sonne, den Garten und den Pool genießen konnten. Das Grundstück ist bestens geeignet für (kleine und große) Kinder mit Tischtennisplatte, Schaukel und Pool. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Im Garten selbst gibt es viele schöne Plätze, sodass man trotz Hitze jeden Moment des Tages im Schatten verbringen kann. Das Haus selbst ist sehr sauber, ansprechend und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und zur Nachbarschaft abgegrenzt. Man kann daher 100% Privatsphäre genießen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Umgebung lässt sich in einem Fahrzeitraum von max. 45 Minuten vieles erleben: ob es das Schwimmen im Meer oder im See ist, das Wandern oder auch Entdeckungstouren durch die vielen schönen Dörfer im Var sind. Für uns immer wichtig: die nächsten Bäckereien im Ort Flayosc sind mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Wir hatten einen rundum schönen, entspannten Urlaub. Monsieur et Madame Deschamps, merci pour cette agréable journée dans votre maison. Nous sommes ravis d'avoir fait votre connaissance.

Prachtig huis met heerlijke tuin en zwembad

Heerlijk huis, in mooie omgeving, met een fijne tuin en zwembad. Vele plekjes om buiten te zitten, in de zon of juist de schaduw. Heel netjes en schoon. Aardige eigenaren. Veel uitstapjes in de buurt mogelijk. Echte aanrader!

Havre de tranquillité et verdure

Séjour parfait dans une maison confortable et très bien entretenue où rien ne manque. Lits de bonne qualité. Chacun choisit son endroit pour une petite sieste de milieu de journée, soit sous la fraicheur de l'epais feuillage du mûrier à feuilles de platane, soit dans le patio mi-ombre... Les propriétaires Yannick&Patricia sont charmants et très discrets, aux petits soins pour les bons conseils et choses à faire dans la région. Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation l'endroit.

Magnifique

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette magnifique maison. Nous étions deux couples avec 4 enfants et la maison était idéalement équipée tant pour accueillir les enfants (lit bébé, petite baignoire, chaise haute, balançoire) que pour nous ( ping pong, piscine, barbecue en pierre ) Le jardin est superbe, avec une grande terrasse abritée. Vous pourrez trouver à côté de la piscine un mûrier parasol idéal pour faire la sieste à l ombre.... La maison est joliment décorée et les propriétaires sont charmants ! Idéal!

Tout était parfait: maison et jardin parfaitement entretenus, beaucoup de goût dans l'arrangement extérieur et intérieur. Rien ne manque en terme d'équipement. Le cadre est idéal, nous avons passé avec nos 2 petites filles et notre bébé des vacances parfaites en découvrant une région magnifique. En outre, les propriétaires sont très accueillants ce qui a tout de suite donné le ton à des vacances qui s'annonçaient idéales. Nous conseillons vivement cette location. Les belfortains

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Patricia & Yannick en juillet 2013. La maison est joliment décorée, très confortable et très bien entretenue ! Rien ne manque. Les photos correspondent bien à la réalité. Patricia & Yannick sont charmants et très accueillants. Ils savent conseiller leurs locataires concernant les visites et la région. Plus que parfait

Nous avions déjà été séduits par les photos sur le site mais quand nous sommes arrivés sur place c'était encore mieux... Un havre de paix et de tranquilité où il a fait bon vivre. Les propriétaires sont charmants et très à l'écoute. La région est très belle. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Même le soleil était au rendez-vous... Nous recommandons sans hésiter cet endroit tant pour le gîte que pour la gentillesse et la disponibilité des propriétaires.

Un endroit à mettre dans son carnet d'adresse

La maison est superbe, on a tout ce qu'il faut pour s'y sentir comme chez soi. On est au milieu de la nature. Je recommende les siestes sous le parasol naturel .....
