Rent beautiful country house surrounded by trulli and surrounded by green olive trees in a relaxing area on the hills between Castellana Grotte and Alberobello. The house can accommodate up to six people as it has three bedrooms: two with double bed and one with a single bed. A bedroom with a double bed is located on the first floor and communicates with a solarium terrace in a panoramic position. The house is equipped with a bathroom with shower and kitchen. It is equipped with heating with wood burning fireplace. Artesian water. The rooms are fully furnished, equipped with satellite TV. Large outdoor area with shade. The house is recommended for families looking for tranquility, also given its location is about twenty minutes drive from Valle d'Itria (Trulli district) and about an hour from Castel del Monte.

Heerlijke woning!

Het prachtige huis staat in een zeer rustige omgeving, centraal gelegen in Puglia. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien en het terras is erg mooi. Modesto, de eigenaar, is zeer vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. We hebben er genoten!

Vacation getaway

Staying in Mr Modesto's house was a privilege and quite surprising, having stayed in many other properties in Italy this home was the most well stocked with kitchen equipment including a kettle and teapot I have come across, the home itself was in a remote area but within easy distance of all the local places to visit, only downside was the local roads which were very narrow driving a large car was a challenge, the home was clean and comfortable, the welcome from Mr Modesto was great, even though I don't speak Italian and he didn't speak English we managed to communicate well and all my questions answered. Any issues were dealt with immediately and resolved quickly all in all I would have no hesitation in recommending this home for an authentic Italian family style holiday in Apulia.

Très belle maison qui reste au frais même au cœur de l'été. L'endroit,au milieu des oliviers,est très calme. Modesto est très sympa et nous a bien accueilli. La région est très vaste mais la location est très bien située,on peut aller à Bari aussi bien qu'à Matera... grazie modesto! e berremo la bottiglia pensando a te!

Le calme et la vue

Maison spacieuse au milieu des oliviers, loin du tumulte, très bien située pour les visites des villages environnants. Modesto est très accueillant et arrangeant. Un très beau séjour Merci pour la gentille attention de départ.

Vacances sereines au milieu des oliviers et des Trulli

La location est idéalement située à la campagne, au calme, a proximité des plages de Monopoly, des Trulli de Alberobello et les villes comme Lecce, Tarente à environ 1h00 de route.Bien équipée nous n'avons manqué de rien. Le propriétaire répondait rapidement suite à nos demandes par SMS. Nous gardons un bon souvenir des figues qu'il cueillait dans son verger. Nous recommandons cette location pour visiter les Pouilles.

Posto incantevole, in mezzo alla campagna. Molto aprezzato angolino separato del saloto dove probabilemte in tempi passati c'era il focolare che i bambini hanno fatto loro e sopranominato il "bunker". Il propietario molto disponibile e gentile, mette a disposizione l'ininmaginabile, sia come attrezature da cucina e lavanderia, sia come prodotti di igiene e alimentari. Siamo stati molto bene

Quel bel endroit, la maison est parfaite, propre et équipée à merveille. Le propriétaire discret et très proche des besoins de ses clients nous a attendu et accompagné dans notre location à plus de 23 heures et tout ça avec un grand sourire. Les pouilles sont superbes. Merci
