Relaxing by the river!

Everything we needed, close to town and the university. We had a great time visiting the kids at college and relaxing with our coffee each morning. The misty mornings, sipping coffee and listening to the river- the absolute best!

This cabin was well appointed and had all we needed for a relaxing vacation. The view of the river and mountains was priceless. My husband enjoyed fishing the river while I enjoyed quiet time on the front porch. We hope to return soon.

Home away from home

We couldn't have enjoyed our stay anymore than we did! An amazing location with a spectacular view!! The sounds of the river were peaceful and relaxing. We wanted for nothing during our stay as the cabin was equipped with everything we could ever need and then some! Brook Trout Cabin is a DEFINITE return visit 🙂

We had such a great holiday weekend! The cabin was clean, cozy and quiet-loved seeing and hearing the river across the street. Well-stocked with everything you needed and more! We never turned on the TV, instead explored the beautiful outdoors during the day! Pets loved it too! Would stay here again in the future!

Very Considerate Host

My wife and I booked this property for a week long vacation. Very unexpectedly on our first day there, the heat went out and it was going to take several days for it to be repaired. We booked another property for the remainder of the week and Colin and Jill were very gracious to provide a full refund. The property is great and has a beautiful view of the river. We would not hesitate to book this property for a return trip.
