Notes
- The main attraction to Lake Cumberland, of course, is boating, fishing and water skiing. Also, Somerset, less than 10 minutes away, has a drive-in theater with a choice of 4 new-release movies, golf and SomerSplash Water Park, all both great family activities. https://www.cityofsomerset.com/waterpark/ There is a wide variety of restaurants and 2 local wineries (Cedar Creek and Sinking Valley), as well as a mall, Kroger's, Walmart and Lowe's. There are many golf courses in the area. General Burnside State Park and Woodson Bend are the closest and within 10 minutes away. Both are nice courses. Cumberland Falls, one of the largest waterfalls in the United States and one of only two places in the world where a moonbow can be seen, is only 30-minutes away. If you like horseback riding, it is available at the state park across the lake.

Ask a questionAbout Clara Nin
We have this single home overlooking Lake Cumberland and 2 homes in Hilton Head overlooking the beach and ocean. We have been renting our home at Lake Cumberland for almost 15 years. We make some improvement almost every year. It was a full time residence when we bought it and we've only improved it. We live in Northern KY close to downtown Cincinnati.
Clara Nin purchased this House in 1988
Why Clara Nin chose Bronston
We grew up going to Lake Cumberland and camped. We learned to ski there. We have owned our home since 1988. We love the view and comforts of our year around home while still enjoying sitting around a campfire. It has given us many wonderful memories.
What makes this House unique
Differentiating Home Features 1. Panoramic view - Look out over Lake Cumberland, Pittman Creek winding away from you, and rolling hillside for miles. 2. Large Deck - Large deck overlooking the lake as well as a covered deck to enjoy the view even when it is raining. 3. Turnaround driveway - Semi-circle driveway for easy turnaround with your boat. 4. Fully equipped kitchen - Includes a dishwasher and oven as well. 5. Stack washer and dryer - In case you need to do laundry while you're there. 6. Firepit - Enjoy a relaxing evening socializing around our large fire pit (bring your wood). 7. Maintenance - Last but far from least, we have a handy man that goes to our homes weekly. Absentee owners have an incredibly difficult time maintaining their homes.
