Set on the north end of the complex on one of Florida’s most beautiful wide sandy beaches, Crescent Beach. It’s modern coastal theme has all the comforts needed for a short or longer stay.

Chris was an excellent host. Great communication.The views were spectacular and the condo had what we needed. Totally out of control of the host, but the neighbor had dogs that barked often. Easy beach access and the location was easy to explore the area!

The condo was at the end so not much noise from other guest. Perfect for relaxing. Easy access to the beach and pool. I plan on staying here again if im back in the area. I highly recommend this condo.

The condo was ok. It’s a small place, so I don’t recommend more than two people. Needs some maintenance. No lock on sliding door and screen was broken. Location on beach fantastic and the condo pool was great.

Thanks for staying with us, I recall you were a real busy body Guest! I think you called me three times before you were even in the condo less than an hour or two. Making a long story short not everybody is suited for oceanfront accommodations, maybe you would be better suited in a higher end fancy hotel? Making a long story short. I’m glad you were able to recognize the million dollar view and the location. We have rectified the small issue with the screen and the lock, I offered to fix it for you and you declined, the pool is fantastic as you noted and to all future travelers don’t let this review deter you from our five star property. These condos comfortably sleep for people, but are very comfortable for two. They are true one bedrooms and they are true condos on the ocean for an incredible price.

Very Nice Condo with Fantastic Beach View

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. I would describe it as cute, clean and cozy with a beautiful beach view. Best of all our two small dogs were welcome to come along with us. We would not hesitate to stay at this condo again.

Perfect getaway!

Absolutely correct about being the best deal on the beach! Cute little place RIGHT on the beach. The place itself is older, but very cute and fits all of your needs. Very convenient access to the beach, and beautiful pool. Great balcony. The owner was very friendly and quick to respond to any and all of our questions. We will most definitely be coming back!

No light in hallway. No tv stations to watch except news. No room on balcony with all the beach chairs and umbrellas, that was not ours. Room was clean and maintained except lock on sliding door.

Thank you for staying with us. A simple phone call and we could’ve told you where the switches for the hallway which is exactly right by the front door. There are also numerous channels which we also could’ve told you how to navigate that through the smart TV not only in the bedroom, but the living room. Finally, this is an oversized balcony with ample room. Sometimes people leave their chairs behind on purpose that we have no control over. We pride ourselves and being available as owners and keeping a very nice condo for future travelers. Don’t let the subpar review, deter you from booking a really great true oceanfront experience for an incredible price.

Perfect getaway for two beach bums

We had an amazing time. If you are high maintenance, this place is not for you. The property is a bit weathered but that is expected at a spot right on the beach. If you want a getaway with a beautiful view, amazing beach, perfect location and somewhere to make great memories, then book it now! LOVED not having to worry about carrying a key. Will definitely book again!

32nd Anniversary

It was a cute place with a beautiful view. We got to watch the beautiful sunrise in the morning and a great central location to everything. Definitely need to go eat at Viola's Italian restaurant. Excellent food! Make reservations though! Had a wonderful time and the condo was perfect for the 2 of us! Just needs some wine glasses. But otherwise it was great!

Great little weekend getaway!

Small but perfect for 2 people. Clean and updated. The only complaint is the elevator was out on that end so getting our stuff to the room was tough but can't say I didn't need the exercise. Lol. Best deal for the money that I've seen in a while!

Amazing view.

I took mom for her 70th birthday here. It was a quaint little place with lots of amazing views. Very quiet, clean and everything you need all in one place. Chris was extremely nice and I loved his property he had awaiting for us. Downtown was very close and restaurants were just down the road too. I can not wait to book and stay again. I am a very picky person and I rate this place a 10. Thank you Chris for sharing your property with us! Beautiful VIEWS!

Beautiful condo with a great patio view of the ocean. Very clean, plenty of parking. Quick drive to historic St Augustine, Anastasia SP, lighthouse. If you plan on fixing and serving meals bring everything you need, no mixing or serving bowls. No containers, ziplock bags, tinfoil or saran wrap. Coffee maker works well. Loved the shower, great water pressure and hot water. Bring your own body wash, shampoo and conditioner as none of these are provided. There are little hotel soaps, but they do not lather. Great place to use as a home base to enjoy the beach and St Augustine. Beach chairs with attached umbrellas were provided and appreciated. Bring your own beach towels.

On The Beach!

This is a small condo, more akin to a room at a Residence Inn. It isn’t comfortable to hang out in, only a small worn couch, but it met the criteria I had which was beach front. The bed was comfortable. It was awesome to hear the ocean! Bring your own beach towels as there are only 2 and they are small. There was sugar and cream for coffee as well as Folgers. It’s a short drive to St. Augustine and a very short walk to the soft sand of the beach. The beach is beautiful! Collage in St. Augustine was an amazing restaurant! Harry’s was also very good!

Thank you for staying with us. We couldn’t agree more, this is true direct oceanfront accommodations. Let’s be very clear, this is a full one bedroom condominium. It has a full kitchen with a four burner stove and oven. It has a full sized microwave and a refrigerator. It also has two televisions, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. It has a pullout sleeper in the living room, and has a full separate bedroom with closet. Your comment of it being similar to a residence Inn is not true. This is a full one bedroom condo. It is fully equipped with all the utensils pots and pans that one would need to live in for several days. I’m glad that you were able to enjoy Saint Augustine and the ocean and everything that it offers.

Awesome View

This condo is ocean front!! It is so awesome to sit on the balcony and watch the waves come in! There is also a wonderful view from the bedroom. The condo was clean and I understand he is renovating. The dishwasher must have recently broken because it had been taken out and the hole boarded up. There also was no bake ware. Chris is an awesome owner and very responsive! I hope to be back one day.
