Bien placé et aménagement optimal de l'espace

Points positifs : Appartement tres bien placĂ©, et calme. AccĂšs facile espace bien amĂ©nagĂ© salle de bain apprĂ©ciable avec la cabine de douche. Coin nuit pour les enfant trĂšs bien et salon assez grand pas de soucis pour 4. Pour le nĂ©gatif, ça manque un peu de place de rangement pour les valises qui du coup ont occupĂ©s le salon. La literie du lit double est Ă  changer car matelas pas assez Ă©pais (Ă©lĂ©ment communiquĂ© au propriĂ©taire qui devrait ĂȘtre changĂ©). Parking un peu petit pas Ă©vident pour les longs vĂ©hicule mais bonne entente avec les autres locataires. Un Ă©lĂ©ment qui serait top serait un lave linge qui permettrait de moins emmener de vĂȘtements et donc une valise de moins, dĂ©jĂ  eu dans d'autres appartements de la mĂȘme taille et c'est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable. Globalement content du sĂ©jour avec un regret pour la literie.

Séjour été 2022 au calme

Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour. L'appartement est bien équipé. Il propose un large balcon qui permet de manger dehors. Il est à proximité du centre ville, des commerces mais dans un quartier calme. Manque un peu d'espace pour le rangement des affaires personnelles. La chambre est également trÚs petite. Les couchages sont de qualité. Merci nous avons passé un agréable séjour.
