By booking the Property on this listing, BOTH the 1st and 2nd floor of the home and the 4 Bedrooms/3 Bathrooms will be made available and accessible. We reserve the right to refuse any large group we deem unsuitable for our family vacation rental property. We respect the peacefulness of the neighborhood & take great pride in keeping the home clean & in repair.

Must be at least twenty five (25) years of age to rent the property. A copy of a driver's license or suitable ID proving proof of age must be furnished.
