SUNDAY RIVER SKI RESORT, Newry, ME. 3 Bedroom Luxury Condo, end unit, sleeps 8, one mile from lodge, 2 big screen TV's, Gas Propane Fireplace, 2 living areas, great for kids, very safe and private setting, Snowmobile trail, snowshoeing, cross country skiing at your doorstep, WIFII, Netflix, Washer and Dryer in the unit, No pets. $500 a night with a five night minimum stay, plus $150 cleaning fee.

Great condo, excellent location, wonderful owner

We very much enjoyed staying at Mark's condo for a 4-day family trip up to Sunday River. Mark was extremely friendly and communicative. His condo is VERY WELL equipped (including a game room, covered hot tub, laundry room, etc), and the location is superb (less than 2 minutes to the ski slopes). I would highly recommend this property! Thanks Mark!!
